They told me to file a claim - which I did immediately after they left. Customer service put me in touch with the manager (Mark) who is the meanest and rudest person that I may have ever spoken to. After explaining numerous times that I have proof (images before and after, text time stamps, etc) - he continued to say I was the problem. Not shocked though since that's the type of company they are. TERRIBLE!
