Robert Bachus, the owner of AHP Testing made time immediately to help us out. We were up against a deadline to open the restaurant, and unfortunately failed our first air balancing test. Robert did not just deliver the bad news and move to his next appointment. Instead he helped us troubleshoot the cause of failure and coordinated closely with the HVAC contractor we were using. Robert led the way to specify and share with the team the exact amperage and CFM levels needed to pass the test. After we hustled to source the items Robert advised us on, he put us back on his already busy testing calendar for the following day. As murphy's law would have it; Robert shows up with all his gear, we turn the exhaust system on and it still was not working properly. Rob made his way to the roof to troubleshoot and even made some adjustments to the fan belt - going way above and beyond! Not 40-minutes later we passed our air balance test! Throughout the process Robert was steadfast, calm, resourceful, collegial, and above all humble when we praised him for all the help he gave to us. AHP Testing receives our full endorsement for quality work and savvy troubleshooting skills. We won't ever use another Testing service other than AHP Testing. We appreciate you, Robert Bachus!
