We walked in excited expecting we were getting piercings, they asked how they can help us and we said we were there for the sale. They proceeded to tell me that the sale was over and i asked well it says 10PM? they said that they were tired and done for the night and i told them i completely understood. The girl behind the counter with red hair then PROCEEDS TO SAY "That's the price you got to pay for waiting last minute." I was astonished with that comment, i even turned around to look at my group. I said "wow okay." We turned around and walked out. OUTSIDE OF THE DOOR, i said to my group "..Then why say you're doing a sale til 10 PM." then the other girl with a short curly bob then proceeds to scream and fly out the door and yell at us. She said "You fucking tattoo your back for 10 hour straight and tell us how your fucking back feels." i turned around and i said "excuse me what is your problem?." she continued to say that i was the one that had a problem and im the one at a lost. i continued to tell her that's extremely rude and unprofessional, they are the ones loosing sales. i told her nobody was getting tattoos, just piercings. Then i proceeded to tell her that she's extremely rude and there was no reason to speak to us like that. that they failed to update their policy and that they are out of pocket for treating me like that when it was their fault. i understand the situation of being tired and everything but other people have jobs as well. My wife got in to see him last night. We had several concepts for hers, and he just decided to go completely off script and she now has something completely different than we had originally talked about. my 12 hours of booked time has been reduce to 4 hours today, and still no drawing. Super unprofessional, doesn't honor appointment times and can't be trusted to keep his word.

A few other attributes worth noting is that this establishment is veteran owned and operated, they share conservative values, and seem to be a very good salt of the earth type of people to work. That would have been nice to know when I called and asked if they pierced minors or when I stopped by the first time with my 12 year old. Just a fellow Hoosier trying to support another Hoosier. Morgan already had plenty of dragons pre-drawn with different varying looks with added color and/or fire coming out of its mouth. All of the styles she drew are $75 and I got a cute certificate of adoption! Suuuuppperrr cute. This was my first tattoo and my experience with Morgan was a 10/10. She is super sweet, funny and does not mind taking off the stencil a few times to make sure you're happy. I am totally going back for more tattoos!
