I was very reluctant to put my items in a NON Climate controlled unit for such a long period of time but the owners suggested some very helpful ideas that has kept our belongings safe. First they told me to put plastic on the floor to create a moisture barrier. -Hmmm Concrete has moisture so if you ever stored boxes in your basement you would know what he is talking about. Second, never move items in that are damp or wet so don't move in when it is raining or snowing. Third if you plan on staying a long time through Winter & Summer, buy a bucket of Damp Rid which absorbs any moisture in the unit. All this information was explained to us by the owners so we still have valuable peaces that are not damaged at all. We love this place because of all the following: Owner answers the phone from 8am to 8pm 24 hour security They shovel in front of our doors for us all Winter It is not a Mud Hole in the Spring This place is the Best in Naples!

We were in a bind so we paid the higher price. When we notified Doug that we were vacating the unit he was rude. His security system is intrusive and forces you to exit the building every half hour and reenter your security code. There is a serious rodent infestation which caused damage to my belongings in only one short month of occupancy. Mr Keener terminated our rental agreement without cause and tried to force me out in less than 24 hours. I called the police because it was not possible for me being disabled with back injury to relocate that quickly. He was very aggressive and belligerent and caused much distress to my 14 year old service dog Ella and me. With a police officers help arbitrating, Mr Keener agreed to give me a full refund of the months rent that I had just paid as well as an extra day to move. I moved out as expected but Mr Keener is refusing to give me my refund. Just coming here to our scheduled meeting which he did not show up for has made Ella vomit twice and is causing me so much anxiety. I am disabled and have a fixed income. I cannot afford to have my short amount of funds stolen by despicable thieves like him. The police officer was asked by me to attend the meeting to get the refund ,which Mr Keener was a no show, told me I would have to file action in claims court which I will do today. Its unfortunate that there are people like him that will take advantage to steal from a disabled women and intimidated us by raising his voice, making threats and posturing. Liberty Bell saved the day! My mom was moving in and I totally underestimated the amount of stuff…read moreshe had. We got through a quarter of our stuff before we realized there was NO way we'd make it up the three flights of stairs with all of the other stuff and furniture. We called Liberty Bell in a panic and completely exhausted and they responded in ten minutes!! And before we knew it, they came in about an hour. Cost $350 to move everything in with three guys. They finished the job in maybe an hour and a half?? WOW! They completely saved us and moved everything in, nothing broke and everything was in great shape. This is the best moving experience we've ever had and probably will ever have. Trust them with your move! Thank you Liberty Bell!! We honestly can't thank you enough.

I reached out to their customer service via email and asked about the quote, requesting a total sum rather than hourly rate. Their response offered no help, stating "its hourly." I responded to them and said other companies I had reached out to had given me an estimate for total move, which seemed more solid than just and hourly rate. They responded "You should always go with the cheapest bid...cuz cheap is always the best" I thanked them for their, again, promt response but informed them that I would be searching elsewhere for moving services because their response didn't answer my question or provide any useful information. This is what I received in response: "I would refer you the a guy named ' I a m Cheapest mover " out of Rochester , NH... But he went out of buisness.. Try Craigslist ...there usually cheap but and uninsured ..so be careful Good luck with your Mc move " I would venture a guess that their customer service and quality will match thier spelling/grammer/use of emojis. Not having used Liberty Bell, I can't speak to their actual moving service. However, I would not trust my money and belongings to a company who interacts with prospective customers like this. This is only the second time I have felt a need to leave a negative review online, but in my closing email to them I stated I would be happy to leave screenshots of our conversation online.
