A friend recommended All Pro Tree & Crane to me as I had two (2) very tall and large Poplar trees in the back of my house that could have possibly blown over due to all the rain plus the trees were rotten. a worker came out and looked at the trees and gave me an estimate. I called the same week to schedule a time for them to do the work. Mr. Oliver Burns and his crew came out the next week to start the job, bringing all equipment they would need. All the workers were polite and knew what they had to do. It was amazing to me how the trees were taken down with the Crane, limbs and branches chipped up, larger logs loaded on a truck, and all debris cleaned up. Afterwards, they were paid and they offered other services if needed. I don't typically write a review. My expectation is if I pay for something, I expect to get it. I have to tell you this place went above and way beyond! I had 8 really large trees,80+feet tall, if they came down, they would be completely across my house, one had fallen and left a big dent in the yard. All Pro Tree came, gave me a great quote and I took it. I expected a real mess in my yard, was worried about the power lines to the house and what it would do to my drive way and yard. They did the most incredible job, did not mess up my yard, or drive. Picked up everything, no branches laying around, no broken bushes. This was so much more then I ever expected. I am now worry free about any trees coming down on the house, really blown away by the professionalism, team work and results from this company. We have a 300 year old White Oak that was so distressed. Rather than cutting it down, Ben suggested a deep pruning and feeding. After months of delay because of weather, storms, etc., they were finally able to get over and do the job. Outstanding work. Professional, orderly, and EVERYTHING was cleaned up by the time they were gone. We had used them once before for an old maple and locust which were growing between the branches of this same oak. They craned it out and never touched the oak. Amazing to watch these guys work! Hours of entertainment for the kids next door! So impressed. They are our first choice for any type of tree work! I had 8 towering pine trees very close to a fenceline and assorted trees to be pruned. Cesar and his crew of 8 guys got to business and worked straight through the day (breaking only for lunch). They were professional, neat and did all work as promised. They cut down the trees, mulched and ground the stumps. There was not one twig for me to pick up, great job cleaning up! Payment was made after all the work was done. I would definitely be a good reference and recommend this company to anyone. WOW, I am very pleased with Oliver and his crew for the work and clean up they did on removing 9 trees. They all were very friendly and courteous, also arrived at the exact time it was scheduled. I asked for a quote because I had some trees that were hanging over my roof causing moss to grow on the roof. Oliver came out to look at that and also recommended some other trees that were in danger of hitting my house if strong enough wind or ice and some of them were rotten. In the last 16 years I have spent over $12. k on tree and stump work. I know what this work cost. Pro Tree accomplished a very significant amount of work at a reasonable cost. The job included the removal of a cluster of large and medium sized stumps, resultant wood chip removal ( almost a P/U truck load worth), ground leveling, seeding & straw coverup. Oliver came to rescue our cat who was stuck up in a very large tree, too high to come down on his own. He was so kind and gentle with our Max, coaxing him out of the tree easily. The next week we had a terrible wind storm resulting in a tree falling on the back of our house. A really, really great company!! Took down around 6 huge trees in record time, fun to watch. The guys were all nice and the owner Oliver was great! I would call them over any other company. Taking down trees is very expensive but their price was still better. Had a very large tree removed in a very tight location on property with a steep driveway. This team was incredible. Maneuvered large equipment with ease.
