The crew is amazing!! They removed two very large trees and left no trace of debris. I would highly recommend them.

All Pro Tree and Crane are simply the best. Oliver Burns and his team have worked with us many times over the last 10 years and they will always be my first call when the need arises in the future. They are focused on safety for their customers and their workers, and tree work is a very dangerous job, so that is huge. When they leave a job the area is cleaned to the 9's. Their pricing is certainly fair and reasonable. They are the All Pros! read more

Recently All Pro Tree and Crane removed 7 trees which required a crane. Oliver was prompt in coming to give a fair quote, organized with his schedule and timely to complete the work. The job was done well with all material removed. we will use this company again should the occasion arise. M. Wannamaker read more

Historically, I will always remember the devastation that Helene wreaked on WNC, and more specifically the number of fallen trees, upended root balls, and dangerous upright "leaners" that ravaged my yard. I had different arborist companies come out and conduct several estimates. All Pro was the most fair (no price gouging!!) and/or was willing to take on difficult extractions that some of the companies flat out said they could not do. All Pro was professional and hard working with a can-do attitude! They went above and beyond my expectations by completing the tasks and immaculately cleaning up my yard afterwards!! It was so healing to see my yard return back to a normal state. No more unsightly destruction!! I've hired arborists in the past, but All Pro without a doubt stands head and shoulders above its competitors. I highly recommend this company, and would hire them again should the need arises. Thank you Oliver, Jeremy, and crew for a job well done! read more

These guys were fantastic, Ben came out and discussed options and was patient, answering all our questions. Putting us at ease. When we got the quote it wasn't much more expensive than others who had quoted us. After postponing the job a week for safety they showed up in force and the job was done meticulously within a really short amount of time. Cleanup was amazing and logs collected next day. Cannot fault them, Ben was excellent, Oliver the crane driver and owner was brilliant and the rest of his crew were great. You get what you pay for and these guys were worth every cent read more

The work done by All Pro is outstanding and extremely thorough. From start to finish the work was expertly done without any problems or collateral damage to plants or to the house. We had a mature tree removed from our front yard where there was risk to the house and to adjacent trees and shrubs. All Pro took care to make the the whole process was done correctly and precisely. We've had other companies do jobs for us, but All Pro does a better job at fair and reasonable prices. read more

We had four trees removed, two of them very tall and in a tight spot on the property. The crew arrived on time and were very curious and professional. They worked quickly and thoroughly cleaned up all of the mess, as well as some additional tree trimmings we had previously collected. We were very impressed with their care they took on our property and their focus on safety throughout. Nice work! Thank you read more

Was almost run off the road by one of their drivers in the company pickup truck. Called and spoke to an owner who was friendly, but have to question the judgment of a company who has a driver out there with the company info tailgating and almost killing my elderly mother and I. Their drivers are definitely not All Pros. read more

A friend recommended All Pro Tree & Crane to me as I had two (2) very tall and large Poplar trees in the back of my house that could have possibly blown over due to all the rain plus the trees were rotten. a worker came out and looked at the trees and gave me an estimate. I called the same week to schedule a time for them to do the work. Mr. Oliver Burns and his crew came out the next week to start the job, bringing all equipment they would need. All the workers were polite and knew what they had to do. It was amazing to me how the trees were taken down with the Crane, limbs and branches chipped up, larger logs loaded on a truck, and all debris cleaned up. Afterwards, they were paid and they offered other services if needed. Mr. Burns and his crew know what they are doing, and I would recommend All Pro Tree & Crane to anyone who want professionals doing the job. read more

Removing trees can be a stressful and overwhelming experience for home owners like myself. But I want to share how pleasant my experience was because of All Pro Tree & Crane; I.e. The owner was patient with me and my questions and explained things with confidence and from experience. The crew was equally pleasant to work with as they were friendly, respectful, competent, conscientious and worked well together. The location and the obstacles such as other trees, power lines, etc., made the job even more difficult, but the work was done safely, skillfully, and with no excuses. Even the clean up was done well and extra effort was made to leave the site clean and orderly. With all the hurdles and the size of the trees, nothing was damaged in terms of property, either mine or my neighbors. And finally everyone finished the day safe and healthy even if a bit tired! I will be happy to recommend this company to anyone that is facing a similar situation of tree extraction. read more
