There was an ice cream store and a Starbucks opened when we were there. Several of the businesses were not open when we stopped by. There is a craft brewery on site as well as a restaurant, The Club House, and a distillery. We did not sample any of these as we were there early in the day. The Factory is an entertainment complex geared towards younger children. There is plenty for young kids to do including an escape room, trampoline park, high ropes course, zip line and virtual reality. Would be ideal for kids on a rainy cold day. It was nice to see the changes to this space and understand that they are building a hotel and concert area which should be a good draw.

We were…read morethere from 11am to closing with kids ages 4,8,10 and nobody at any point said they were bored or wanted to go home, this is a first! We have been to many farms around Ontario and even as adults we enjoyed ourselves! Before we came I reached out to them as my youngest one is a full-time wheelchair user and they were super kind by email and informed me they accept Access 2 card. That helped! As this meant that we only had to pay for 4 admissions and I was free as my daughter's caretaker. We decided to keep the wheelchair at home after seeing some photos online of the roads, we took the wagon instead. I highly recommend taking a wagon or a stroller! This is a big farm. You will do a lot of walking. Some of the things about this place : - Lots of shade, lots of benches and seating areas to rest in the shade for anyone. - Lots of bathrooms can be found around the farm, including a small house that was made for privacy for anyone wanting to breastfeed their baby or change a diaper. The little house had two chairs, a change table and a nice size bench by the window if you had a oldest child you needed to change. I thought that was a nice touch to the farm. It is labelled on the map! - The staff were very friendly and helpful. - The food we grabbed for lunch, service was quick and everyone was happy with their meal. Kids meals were under $10.00( they had chicken strips and burger option), Adult meals were $10+ ( burgers, chicken wrap, chicken sandwich). The kids loved the honey lemonade with the Popsicle inside. - We also got some ice cream at the end of the day and had funnel cake that was $8.00 each. - They had a splash pad, pretty decent size. We did not end up using it as it was too cold out and our kids found they were too occupied with everything else. They had nice size private individual change rooms right next to the splash pad. Also saw a change table in the biggest one. - They had many animals through out the farm to visit and feed. - They took debit or credit only! There was no cash option! -The gift shop was a nice size, you can sample 3 of your choice of honey flavours, that was a fun experience for the kids. - Lots of other cool mazes, climbing things, games and things I never seen at other farms that you just need to discover for yourself! When we arrived it was already quite quaint looking and social media worthy. At the front desk to buy tickets I was greeted warmly and just before I was about to pay I asked if there was a discount when buying tickets online which there was! So when buying tickets buy in advance! I quickly told them to give me a few minutes while i hopped on my phone to buy the tickets but thanks to Koodo I had no data! I asked the front desk if i could maybe borrow their wifi and they said dont worry about it and just gave me the tickets at the price of online which was much appreciated! Now upon entering the entire thing was jam packed full of things to do. My daughter was enthralled with all the different animals and activities. Mind you things did get busy so we did have to patiently wait to be "next" when doing something but of course not every child has learned how to share properly so just make sure to pack your patience! There is food on site for purchase that was pretty decent and the price was not outrageous. Rides are only at specific times through out the day and runs for about 30 minutes roughly at the set times. So by the time we made it to the rides we just missed one I believe around 2pm, so had to wait for the next set of rides at 4pm. I was planning on only being here for maybe half a day from 9-12 but as you can tell we ended up being here well beyond and basically up to closing! So plan accordingly that this is a full day activity. Sunscreen, hat, fans, snacks, extra change of clothes (they have a splash pad!) and again make sure to pack LOTS OF EXTRA PATIENCE with your little ones. Super fun, jam packed full day. This place is ridiculous…read more 1. The put put course needs to be upgraded, its way to simple to really be fun. 2. Having to get tickets from a machine outside, just to walk over 12 feet to the window to hand them to the teens sitting there not doing anything is counterintuitive, ridiculous, and archaic. 3. Having to use your credit card to pay for tickets is asinine. Tickets in the machine only come out in 10, 5, and 1 tickets. So because I needed 12, I had to do multiple card transactions to get what I needed. I will not be back for put put, I do not recommend, save your money and like someone else said drive 30 minutes to CJ Barrymore. The batting cages are good but again, you have to get tokens outside and get the bat from inside/window. There is bumper boats, balloon toss and basketball as well but again just save your money. Go to the dollar store and get water balloons, grab your own ball and go to the park.

When you play on a table you should know not to have your beverages or food over the cloth, put objects on the table or do anything that may damage the equipment. A staff member approached you (any one should be able to inform you of this basic ettiquette) and politely asked you to keep your drink back from the table and the reason why. You became immediately confrontational - Why? Who are You? Are you "even" staff? They informed you of all this.... You then decided to amp up needlessly situation and you know all the other things that you and your party did and I'm not going to get into that... The staff at Strokers are excellent and everyone is welcome there, and many people from many different nationalities and walks of life play there - what it boils down to is that you had a chip on your shoulder and instead of just accepting the staffs request you decided to take offense and then double down on that, saying it was due to race - and that is just disgusting. I've admittedly made indiscretions of my own at times and have been reminded by staff of rules and ettiquette, as have many players - all you had to do was be polite and accepting instead of taking it personal - maybe you should reflect on your own actions of Saturday night - you ruined the night for yourself, your friends and frankly for staff who work very hard for the patrons and deserve better. Visiting during the Christmas holidays added that perfect festive magic, with the crisp winter air, snow-dusted trees, and the kind of excitement that makes you feel like a kid again. The tubing lanes are wide, well-groomed, and just the right steepness to get your heart racing without feeling unsafe. I spent hours going down over and over, and every run delivered that perfect mix of thrill and laughter. Staff were friendly and helpful, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish. The vibe at the park is cheerful and welcoming, with families, friends, and solo adventurers all sharing the same infectious energy. Hot drinks and cozy spots to rest in between rides made it easy to recharge before heading back up the lift. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be slightly more lifts or faster loading during peak holiday hours, as waits can build up when the park is busy. Still, the fun factor more than makes up for it. It's a pretty straightforward experience since during the winter, since they are simply a snow tubbing hill. It's a good-sized hill with clear lanes to go down. There's a moving belt that you stand on and bring your tube up with you to get up the hill. Beyond that, there's a surprisingly large chalet which seems like it could accommodate a larger ski hill. They also have snow machines which allows them to continue operating outside of normal snow levels, and that was certainly the case when I visited. I don't live in the area and had to drive a bit to get here, but it would be very convenient to anyone in the region since it's right in the middle of Kitchener off of the highway, and not having to go to a more remote area. It looks like in the the fair weather months they have a big zipline (or two?), and that could be a lot of fun as it was a pretty good length. They do everything they need to do to run a good tube park, so no complaints for me at all.

3 star place, but with 5 star value…read more This is a fairly small place that's not necessarily a destination spot for families to travel a good amount of distance for. With that said, it's very affordable and well-suited to families who have kids in the 3-12 age range. A great spot for locals or if you happen to be with your family in the area. For just under $30, a family can enter the park which has: an outdoor pool, a 20 ft. spiral water slide, a 'lazy river' tube ride, picnic benches (you can bring in outside food), and a kids playground. For another $5 (total), everyone in the family can have access the mini golf course - though its certainly an older run-down one. Finally, there's also a batting cage and it was fairly cheap too. The concession had the standard items such as hot dogs, hamburgers and sausages, along with chips and chocolate bars. Again, quite cheap and nothing was over $3.50. They even grill the food on the BBQ to order. That pretty much describes the place. Fairly simple, but also very affordable and a sure-fire way to enjoy a day with family on a warm summer's day.
