There was an ice cream store and a Starbucks opened when we were there. Several of the businesses were not open when we stopped by. There is a craft brewery on site as well as a restaurant, The Club House, and a distillery. We did not sample any of these as we were there early in the day. The Factory is an entertainment complex geared towards younger children. There is plenty for young kids to do including an escape room, trampoline park, high ropes course, zip line and virtual reality. Would be ideal for kids on a rainy cold day. It was nice to see the changes to this space and understand that they are building a hotel and concert area which should be a good draw.

This place has a ton of washrooms and they are clean. Also Jordan's Forts (not Forest which makes me think he never visited), is fun and guess what? It's outside which means as kids climb all over it gets dirty!!! What a concept!!! We have been going for years with our kids and they are never bored which also tells me he is lying. The staff are an absolute joy and so kind. I'm glad he's not returning, Clovermead doesn't need miserable, vengeful guests like yourself. Check it out for yourself. Having to get tickets from a machine outside, just to walk over 12 feet to the window to hand them to the teens sitting there not doing anything is counterintuitive, ridiculous, and archaic. 3. Having to use your credit card to pay for tickets is asinine. Tickets in the machine only come out in 10, 5, and 1 tickets. So because I needed 12, I had to do multiple card transactions to get what I needed. I will not be back for put put, I do not recommend, save your money and like someone else said drive 30 minutes to CJ Barrymore. The batting cages are good but again, you have to get tokens outside and get the bat from inside/window. There is bumper boats, balloon toss and basketball as well but again just save your money. When you play on a table you should know not to have your beverages or food over the cloth, put objects on the table or do anything that may damage the equipment. A staff member approached you (any one should be able to inform you of this basic ettiquette) and politely asked you to keep your drink back from the table and the reason why. You became immediately confrontational - Why? Who are You? Are you "even" staff? They informed you of all this.... You then decided to amp up needlessly situation and you know all the other things that you and your party did and I'm not going to get into that... The staff at Strokers are excellent and everyone is welcome there, and many people from many different nationalities and walks of life play there - what it boils down to is that you had a chip on your shoulder and instead of just accepting the staffs request you decided to take offense and then double down on that, saying it was due to race - and that is just disgusting. I've admittedly made indiscretions of my own at times and have been reminded by staff of rules and ettiquette, as have many players - all you had to do was be polite and accepting instead of taking it personal - maybe you should reflect on your own actions of Saturday night - you ruined the night for yourself, your friends and frankly for staff who work very hard for the patrons and deserve better. The tubing lanes are wide, well-groomed, and just the right steepness to get your heart racing without feeling unsafe. I spent hours going down over and over, and every run delivered that perfect mix of thrill and laughter. Staff were friendly and helpful, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish. The vibe at the park is cheerful and welcoming, with families, friends, and solo adventurers all sharing the same infectious energy. Hot drinks and cozy spots to rest in between rides made it easy to recharge before heading back up the lift. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be slightly more lifts or faster loading during peak holiday hours, as waits can build up when the park is busy. Still, the fun factor more than makes up for it. Chicopee Tube Park is a must-visit if you want a pure winter adventure, especially for first-timers looking to embrace the snow, laughter, and holiday spirit. It's a pretty straightforward experience since during the winter, since they are simply a snow tubbing hill. It's a good-sized hill with clear lanes to go down. There's a moving belt that you stand on and bring your tube up with you to get up the hill. Beyond that, there's a surprisingly large chalet which seems like it could accommodate a larger ski hill. They also have snow machines which allows them to continue operating outside of normal snow levels, and that was certainly the case when I visited. I don't live in the area and had to drive a bit to get here, but it would be very convenient to anyone in the region since it's right in the middle of Kitchener off of the highway, and not having to go to a more remote area. It looks like in the the fair weather months they have a big zipline (or two?), and that could be a lot of fun as it was a pretty good length. They do everything they need to do to run a good tube park, so no complaints for me at all.

With that said, it's very affordable and well-suited to families who have kids in the 3-12 age range. A great spot for locals or if you happen to be with your family in the area. For just under $30, a family can enter the park which has: an outdoor pool, a 20 ft. spiral water slide, a 'lazy river' tube ride, picnic benches (you can bring in outside food), and a kids playground. For another $5 (total), everyone in the family can have access the mini golf course - though its certainly an older run-down one. Finally, there's also a batting cage and it was fairly cheap too. The concession had the standard items such as hot dogs, hamburgers and sausages, along with chips and chocolate bars. Again, quite cheap and nothing was over $3.50. They even grill the food on the BBQ to order. That pretty much describes the place. Fairly simple, but also very affordable and a sure-fire way to enjoy a day with family on a warm summer's day.
