I paid $5,300 to have my 830-square-foot condo painted, and the crew left paint splatters and spots…read morethroughout the property, including on the floors and countertops. I later hired a professional deep cleaner who confirmed that the paint was everywhere and said she could not get it off. When I asked the painter to return and clean up what his crew had left behind, he refused, blamed the problem on the condo being dirty before they arrived, and handed me a razor blade so I could scrape it off myself and quickly left--not even an apology. The crew initially had my permission to use the air conditioner. However, once my HOA notified me that it was leaking into my downstairs neighbor's unit, she asked the crew to turn it off. They reportedly refused to listen to her and would not help her contact me, potentially allowing further water damage to occur. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of cleanup and accountability afterward was unacceptable. I was left with the distinct impression that because my condo was only 830 square feet--and therefore not one of their larger, more profitable jobs--my concerns were not worth their time once they had been paid. After spending $5,300, I should not have been left hiring another professional to clean up their paint or scraping my own floors and countertops with a razor blade. I would not hire this company again.

I was looking for a painter to put a fresh coat on all interiors of my house, and I'm super happy…read moreto have found Painting Pro. This was not the easiest project as the house had a lot of wallpaper that needed to be removed first. I must have contacted about fifteen different painters around Orange County. Phil came by, walked through the entire house with me, asked me a lot of good questions, and took the time to explain the pros and cons of various choices that I had to make about the job. Because of his attention to detail and his competitive quote, I decided to go with Painting Pro over any of the others. Phil was able to schedule the start of work quickly, and he and his team worked efficiently to get the job done. The house looked amazing after they were done - bright, clean, and detailed. After the project was done I had to follow up with Phil on a few things that I wanted addressed that I hadn't brought up during our initial walkthrough. He was super reasonable about coming back to make sure the place was exactly how I wanted it. Overall I had a great experience working with Painting Pro and would recommend them without hesitation.

I had the pleasure of working with Darren, Chris and Ivan from Sierra West in April of 2021 for an…read moreexterior paint job to my home. It was a first class experience from beginning to end. They did outstanding prep work to the outside of the house which had many cracks and defects. Work began with a thorough pressure washing, then scraping loose paint and unsound stucco from the walls. Next, they patched everywhere and blended the stucco so you could barely tell the old from the new. Finally, they primered the whole house, backrolled it, and sprayed on the final color. About one week has passed and we've already received compliments from several neighbours. We can't believe how much better the house looks! Darren told us from the beginning that he would not be the cheapest bid but he also wouldn't be the most expensive. He asked us to keep in mind that he and his team are true professionals and would get the job done right. We certainly feel that that was the case and we can highly recommend the Sierra West team. They are professionals and they were always respectful and kind, even when we were probably being a little too picky about some things. As a bonus Sierra West was the only painter we spoke to who offered a workmanship warranty, so we feel secure in our investment.

Communication and quote started out great with Dane but the workmanship was lazy and as you can see in the photo did not last at all. I am assuming they only put 2 coats of finish on and didn't prep correctly since all of the finish has already released after only 4 short months. When his team was "complete" I could tell they did not do the job I expected. I asked them to come back out and place one more coat on....which they did but didn't make much difference. I have since refinished myself after spending over $2k for their crappy work. It looks great now.....after a real complete strip and 4 coats of the finish I originally asked for. My advice is do it yourself or go elsewhere.
