The sales representative that came out was knowledgeable, experienced, and willing to do what he could to work with my family. He was empathetic to our situation as we'd previously been scammed out of a lot of money from a contractor that never came to do the work. He helped us by discounting the labor itself. He took the time to review options, address our questions, and he ensured we were comfortable with everything. He probably asked three times before leaving if we had any questions or concerns. This company knew we couldn't afford to put a lot down considering what the prior contractor did. They offered us financing for five years and we were able to use our credit card. This was important for us considering we didn't have a lot we could put down. The salesman had his finance representative come out that night to meet in person. She went over final paperwork details with us. She was down to earth and treated us so kindly. She even gave us her phone number so we could follow up if we ever had another question. Now for the best part. Friday we signed the papers and on Monday they came and built both our front and back decks. The work itself was beautiful. It was exactly what we agreed on and discussed. The workers were kind, very efficient, and courteous. Before leaving they reviewed how to clean our deck. They let us know the vinyl was guaranteed lifetime and the work was guaranteed for five years. My previous deck was about to fall apart and this company made it happen for us.

Total waste of time. I requested a quote on a deck . When Paul Sr. didn't show at our first…read morescheduled appointment, I called to inquire and he simply shrugged it off saying "things happen". I reluctantly set up another appointment for the following week. When Paul finally did arrive, he was unprepared and lacked focus. He didn't have a tape measure, didn't ask many questions and he didn't take notes. I actually provided him with a sketch and estimated dimensions. Now, over a month later, there has been no estimate. I called the office hoping to get a plausible excuse so I wouldn't have to write this negative review. I was told he would get back to me, which of course never happened. I can understand if you don't want to do the job. A simple a courtesy call would have sufficed. Apparently that was too much for this Contractor who evidently just subs out the work anyway.

They did a very large paver project in our back yard last week. It looks amazing! They helped level out our existing yard that had drainage problems and build up a privacy fence for our hot tub. The paver patio looks incredible, beautiful pattern and lovely stone steps!! The boys were on time every morning, and cleaned up the work space every night! Left nothing behind!
