Since I've been retired I have had the opportunity to meet and know A.J. Pontillo. With the Hell the Stanislaus County district attorney and her minions put him through, thanks to Frank Carson, the district attorney lost another high profile case. It wasn't really a matter of the district attorney losing the case, A.J. was innocent. BIG DIFFERENCE!!!! I won't go into the details but they are available on YouTube. A.J. suffered a tremendous loss due to the stress, Gestapo tactics, false criminal charges being filed, malicious prosecution and the stress of going through a trial to prove his innocence WHICH WAS DONE!!!! If you look at the videos and photos of the raid by Special Agent Bunch, Special Agent Jacobson and other various and assorted special agents, they act as if they were rounding up John Dillinger, Pretty Boy Floyd and Machine Gun Kelly. What a joke!!! But all the special agents got their jollies. And we can thank God that nobody got shot in the back if you get my drift. I have the highest respect for law enforcement when the law enforcement personnel exhibit honesty, compassion, understanding, veracity and above all INTEGRITY!!!! Unfortunately, there are several Dist. Atty.'s investigators, several Stanislaus County Sheriff's deputies and several Modesto police officers who decided to abandon the oath of office they took. In a short time Stanislaus County is going to be hit with numerous lawsuits because of the conduct of the law enforcement personnel mentioned in the above paragraph. "SUITAGEDDON" is coming soon to a County near you. Unfortunately it's our County. Taxpayers,cover your rears because your wallets are gonna be hit for big money because of egregious, unlawful and malicious law enforcement conduct. The reason I'm writing this review is because I have had the pleasure of knowing A.J. Pontillo for several years and found him to be one stand up person. He is always there to help someone who may have been falsely accused much like he was, or maybe they did commit an offense and need to be bailed out. A.J. Pontillo will be your go to guy. he will be working for you. I have tried getting in contact with them and letting them know how to serve people properly and they refuse to do it . When they are told how to legally serve someone they get offended and threaten to file police reports for harassment when all we really want to do is be served properly. Papers in our hand or the mail! It is not hard to knock on somebody's front door and hand them papers or mail them, even easier! Not to mention they leave portions of papers out that are very important to the people being served. I had to speak with the sheriffs office to verify the proper way of being served and indeed they are not serving people legally the correct way.
