The only reason I am leaving 1 star is so I can leave a review. I spoke to the owner, which he…read morerefused to give me his name, has the worst customer service! He was giving me two price options on an eviction letter, and when my follow up question was one option I can mail it and the other you would service it. THE OWNER JUMPED TO CONCLUSIONS and starting yelling at me and asked me if I will do this on my own and just calling to get information or do I want him to do it. After he was done YELLING AND ASSUMING, I said did you not only give me two options one mail and the other to service them. He never apologized for his tone, assumptions, nor his volatile behavior. WAKE THE FUCK UP we are in 2019, and you do not talk to women like that and think you can get away with it. STAY AWAY; he has no respect for women! I never leave reviews, but I had to create an account and make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. Update, few hours later.... I get a condescending message; placing blame on me and saying I was "frustrated"... I wasn't frustrated, I was being attached and yelled at!

Stole over 3000$ from me, did zero work. Served no papers, prepared no documents. Took all my legal…read moredocuments and didn't return them. Admittedly, I came to this office in bad shape. I was despondent having being put through the ringer in divorce court. The blonde lady assured me that she would help me, straighten out my paperwork and fight for me. What she did was take my money up front, did literally zero work, and then did not return any calls. I feel for her office staff, as they seem like genuinely nice people, but avoid this office/service at all costs, there are literally dozens of decent document preparers/paralegals in this town that will provide you good service and not blatantly rob you under the guise of helping, while using legalese to get away with it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and state legal boards as well.

I have tried getting in contact with them and letting them know how to serve people properly and they refuse to do it . When they are told how to legally serve someone they get offended and threaten to file police reports for harassment when all we really want to do is be served properly. Papers in our hand or the mail! It is not hard to knock on somebody's front door and hand them papers or mail them, even easier! Not to mention they leave portions of papers out that are very important to the people being served. I had to speak with the sheriffs office to verify the proper way of being served and indeed they are not serving people legally the correct way.

Never been able to afford bail without not paying for rent or a car payment before because it's pricy . But the payment plans here are actually for people who need them. I was honest and told him my situation and he listened Hands down best ever bail place. And I mean like I was at the point of googling using Facebook and then looking for loans or pay day loans I was so desperate I was about to title Loan on a vehicle or sell off something I'd later regret I had tried all day called over 25 places from here to turlock manteca only one other person in the whole valley would do 0 down for me but then didn't accept my self employment income I do hair and instacart my husband does home repairs and door dash so it's basically cash and apps and guess what 0 down ! Id give 10 stars if possible I'll never go anywhere even Aladdin wouldn't do a low cost payment plan better than the guy here and tbh they were my go to before tonight! Yeah I get it sounds bad but I've bailed out a few people and myself a couple times for various reasons and Wish I would of called these guys at all pro first and if I ever need to bail someone out you know it will be here. Sorry to all the others around because I haven't come across a true 0 down bail until here
