My husband is an OTR owner/operator and he had a mechanical fire in his truck which resulted in needing their services. They work with insurance companies and offer so many services. My husband was about 5 hrs from home when I got the call. By the time I made it to him, Davey's had already towed the truck, dropped my husband off at a restaurant!! Can you believe they went above and beyond for a stranger! Asked if they needed to be dropped off at a hotel as well. Fortunately for us, I was able to rescue him. They allowed him to wait at the tow yard/body shop until I arrived! You can't expect businesses nowadays to be this kind! These are true American people and a blessing to us! So if you are looking for a trustworthy company this is it!! Establishment is clean and reliable. I truly can't thank them enough! Thank you for making sure my husband was safe and sound! According to the company, they claim the title was mailed via FedEx to an Arkansas address on October 17 and delivered on October 20 . However, we had already sold that home prior to the purchase and did not receive the title. Despite multiple calls over several months, we were never provided with clear mailing details or assistance in resolving the issue. When we filed a complaint with the Arkansas Attorney General's office, the company's response shifted responsibility. They also implied we were attempting to avoid sales tax, which is completely false and unprofessional not to mention Defamation. We have made repeated attempts to resolve this but communication has been inconsistent and unhelpful. At this point: We paid for a trailer in full We cannot legally register it We have spent months trying to fix an issue This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I would not recommend doing business here based on how this situation has been handled.
