Documentation of the device failure was noted by 2 attending surgeons upon implantation surgery. Demand was made of the device manufacturer for $1,000,000. I was told that they countered with $10,000 though I received nothing in writing. On August 8th, 2026 I was informed that taking my suit any further would not be worth the the attorney's effort and cost. Attorneys noted that this case seems to be winnable but cost excessive. My attorney said that the probable best course of action would be to see if he could negotiate a little higher, possibly to $50,000, but in any event we had an offer of $10,000 on the table. That he would keep me current and informed as to the progress. In the last 6 weeks I have messaged my contact person at Arnold Law at least 4 times asking for an update on their final negotiations. I'm sorry to report that I have been ignored completely. As I see it Arnold positioned themselves to hopefully grab a quick fee in negotiations but folded when the suit required effort and action. Then of course my request for an update have been ignored. Finally I have only received 2 pieces of actual correspondence during the entire time of our contract; their contract and the first settlement demand. Surely I should have received copies of counter-offers and other correspondence, you think? If you really want to hate attorneys, this is the place to go

However they advised us incorrectly and when I called to ask about it o never heard back. She made a mistake or advised us incorrectly on changing the title of our property and when I received a letter from our county that my property tax was going to be reassessed due to this mistake and I had 60 days to appeal I called and texted Michelle numerous times and received no response and no return call. He wants me to sign, among other things, a document in which I remove all responsibility from Costco, which is a lie. I will leave photos of said carpet at the end of this note in which you will see different dates, the last date on them is October 26, 2025 and the lawyer mentioned above says that these carpets are checked every hour and if they have something that could affect the safety of us clients, they fix them at the moment, you judge if it is fair what they want to do to me, in addition, I ask for $ 150 thousand for my pocket and that they, the three law offices, pay of the $ 200 thousand that are left over all the other costs that remain pending because they only offer me $ 375,000 of $ 4 million that one of the law offices that represented me (J & Y) was asking for.
