He wants me to sign, among other things, a document in which I remove all responsibility from Costco, which is a lie. I will leave photos of said carpet at the end of this note in which you will see different dates, the last date on them is October 26, 2025 and the lawyer mentioned above says that these carpets are checked every hour and if they have something that could affect the safety of us clients, they fix them at the moment, you judge if it is fair what they want to do to me, in addition, I ask for $ 150 thousand for my pocket and that they, the three law offices, pay of the $ 200 thousand that are left over all the other costs that remain pending because they only offer me $ 375,000 of $ 4 million that one of the law offices that represented me (J & Y) was asking for. No, I was told he wouldn't be and he was very well aware of our family situation, etc. Not knowing which law office to go to, and considering it was a very difficult time, I went with this law office where our past lawyer is employed, yet unavailable. I met with Daniel Hunt, and at one point was asked "Do you want your old attorney?" Well, if that was an option, why did the past attorney tell me he wasn't available? I selected someone else within the law office. 1. Proactive communication was minimal. I had to contact the office to check the status of what was going on, and of course there's charges for communication. 2. At least two errors in paperwork I had to bring to their office's attention - one involving an incorrect EIN number, the other being an incorrect name. For what's being charged, you would think work would be double-checked. If I didn't catch these errors, who knows what issues this could have caused later down the road. 3. Being that everything should be finalized by now, after 6 months of no communication and asking for a final bill and the remainder of the unused retainers - no response. 4. I contacted the office over a week ago stating the above, and was told "he'll call you back". No communication. 5. At one point I was considering the same attorney to handle a conservatorship matter, but with the lack of communication, the customer having to ask for an update, lack of proactive communication and having to point-out their errors, etc., I would not recommend this law office. I'm sure a response will be 'You signed an agreement that states the rates for communication, etc.", here's a thought - contact the customer and state in clear, simple terms: "Mr. Smith, this is a quick heads-up of the progress where things are. Now, if you need clarification, and an in-depth explanation of what I just said, the meter is running." As far as errors on documents such as incorrect EIN numbers and getting names on trusts incorrect which requires me having to contact your office to make the corrections, I would expect that from a discount "great value" law office, not one that charges your rates.

After paying the retainer fee, I expected him to review my case, provide feedback, and guide me through the process. However, he did not fulfill these expectations. He didn't even communicate to me anything he was receiving from the prosecutor, but instead waited until to the last hour right before my court case start and showed me what he got from the prosecutor. During the court proceedings, I was disheartened to observe that he made minimal efforts to defend my case. I asked him if he had submitted my response to the judge and asked him to send me back a copy with the Court Clerk's stamp. He didn't have a copy and told me he only dropped the copy of my response in a drop box at the courthouse on that morning of the court date. Clearly, he is very incompetent and unprepared. He just takes the case and sits in to collect the fee without any intention of defending for his client. Stay away from this attorney at all cost.
