Love the sewer brothers! Pedro has been here twice for hydrojetting the outer drains to main line…read more Today we needed our line from the kitchen all the way to the main line cleaned through. He explains the situation, potential causes, a thorough assessment, and his recommendations. He's very kind and calm but straightforward like he mentioned the angle our pipe is in will cause xyz issues. Cost is very reasonable as well. They're now my go to for everything plumbing related. We are already planning to get water heater done through them as well when it's needed.

We had our old galvanized main water line replaced from the meter to the house (about a 50-foot…read morerun, 3 feet deep), added a sub-meter for irrigation and pool water, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The crew was professional, polite, and extremely communicative throughout the entire process. They walked us through what they were doing, kept us informed about timing, and answered every question clearly and patiently. The work itself was clean and efficient. Digging up a front yard is no small job, but they handled it carefully and respectfully. The trenching was precise, the copper line installation was done properly, and everything was restored neatly once the job was complete. It's rare to find a team that combines technical skill with strong communication and professionalism -- but they delivered on all fronts. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing main line replacement or plumbing work.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of integrity this company displayed…read more I called on Saturday to schedule a visit for Sunday to fix a backed-up shower drain. When I made the appointment, I was quoted a flat rate of $99 for a standard drain clean-out. I even clarified the price to make sure there wouldn't be any surprises. On the day of the appointment, the technician arrived about 30 minutes before the scheduled service time. One of the first questions he asked was whether my landlord was paying for the service, which I found odd. I told him I wasn't sure yet. After my landlord came upstairs to look at the issue, the technician assessed the shower and suddenly quoted us $150 for the job. My landlord and I both explained that I had been quoted a flat rate of $99. After making a phone call, he came back and said he would "do it for $99." He then spent no more than 15 minutes working on the drain before telling us he couldn't fix it. He claimed he had snaked the drain about 15 feet and suggested the pipes were probably corroded. He recommended scheduling a much larger repair that would require cutting into the ceiling downstairs to access the main line and replacing the pipes. What bothered me most was that he left without resolving the problem and left us with disgusting standing water full of debris that wasn't there before he started. Instead of fixing what turned out to be a simple clog, he immediately tried to upsell us into what sounded like a major plumbing project. Fortunately, we called a different plumber the next day. He ran a snake about 10 feet into the drain, pulled out a large hair clog, and had the shower draining properly in a short amount of time. No corroded pipes. No cutting into ceilings. No unnecessary pipe replacement. Based on my experience, I can't help but question whether unnecessary repairs are being recommended to other customers as well. I expected honesty and professionalism, but instead I felt pressured toward an expensive repair that wasn't needed. I would not recommend MVP Plumbing based on my experience.

I received a call from the office every hour giving me a status update. The job was set up for the next day. The technicians showed up on time and immediately went to work. I had told them we had 2 tanks and we ended having one 2500 gallon tank. The men handled the issue with ease and professionalism. They were friendly and showed me their progress the entire way. Once the job was completed they showed me how empty the tanks were. The price was the same as previously quoted even though the job was larger. I would definitely hire Drain Kings again and would recommend them to all!

I say this because I have tons of resources and vendors for service needs. For 5+ years now, we have been having rodent infestation issues at one of our properties and none of our own maintenance crews, pest control or plumbers were able to find the source. We got referred to the Drain Kings and I got lucky enough to speak with the owner, Tiago, and I knew immediately over the phone that this guy was going to solve this freaking nightmare! As expected, these pros gave me an amazing price, showed up on time in these amazing clean service vans, did what they were supposed to and honestly went over beyond to make sure that they would genuinely resolve this problem. These guys were not hourly guys trying to take advantage of you, these guys wanted get the job done. These guys checked every crack and crevice from top to bottom like they were on a military mission. It was crazy. They assessed everything, used multiple technology gadgets like cameras, micro cameras, sensors, leak detection devices smoke. You name it, they had the arsenal. I am soo impressed by them and the whole process; that how can I not take time to express and refer them too. one lesson I learned in life, "it's not the product, but who is behind the product or service in this case that matters more". These guys are highly recommended and will become my #1 stop for all pluming, sewer, leak and rodent detection and exclusions.

We have a…read morevery high pressure issue in our area which causes the valves to eventually need to be replaced and this was that kind of issue. Last time we had it replaced it was a few years ago and we paid around $500. The technician arrived and I showed him the issue as well as a problem that had just started with our water heater. There was water coming from under the pan in the water heater. The technician said that the water heater had bottomed out and we would need a new one. We had just bought this heater at Home Depot in January 2022 so I couldn't believe that it was bad. I asked if the issue in the front could be causing this and was told no. When all was said and done we were quoted $1200 to fix the pipe issue in the front and would need a new water heater to boot. We sent the technician away because we felt the quote to fix the issue was extremely high and this heater was under warranty so we weren't going to pay for a new one. We got the valve we needed at Home Depot that same evening and paid $294 for it. We contacted the water heater manufacturer and was told that unless we had around 50 gallons of water flooding our garage the water heater didn't bottom out and there was another issue. We had maybe a gallon or two of water overflowing but it was no where near a massive flood. We had another plumber come on Wed to replace the valve and he fixed the issue with the water heater which was overflowing because of the issue in the front. He had to tighten a few pipes on the water heater and that corrected that issue so the water heater was not defective at all. All of this took about an hour and we paid $300 for the whole service call. The valve replacement part was $294 so the rest of his $1200 quote was for labor?! The fact that Ninja Plumber wanted to charge us $900 in labor to change the valve is crazy! And to just look at the water heater and declare it defective is also insane! I think it's safe to say we won't be calling Ninja Plumber again and I highly recommend that if any does want to use them to get a second opinion before going with the first quote from them.
