She and her staff are comfortable working around animals, and we were always satisfied with the result of the clean. Price is reasonable. However, ultimately they are just too unreliable as far as when they show up and how long they stay. The first day, they showed up 15 minutes late and ended up staying for almost six hours(!!) for a home that normally is cleaned in two. The next appointment, they showed up an hour late and stayed for about four hours. Long after they told me they were done, my wife found them still sitting in our driveway. I talked with the owner about showing up on time and being more reasonable with timeframe, and she was receptive to the feedback. Last week they showed up at noon and stayed for less than 3 hours, and the clean was still quite good. Today was the last straw. Clean Queen completely ghosted us. After agreeing to come by this week at the usual time, they just didn't show up and wouldn't answer our calls or texts. (See photo) Ultimately they are very unreliable and that's the reason we are calling it quits. There are two other more minor things that bother us: first, the employees she brings with her are always different people from week to week. Second, they don't seem that experienced with cleaning. They were willing to clean our upholstery but didn't know how, and didn't have equipment to do it. Also they didn't have equipment to sweep under furniture, so they just moved it all over the place and this added a significant chunk to their time. I have to agree with the other review. In the beginning, when they do their 1st clean they call it…read morea deep clean. The owner showed up late with her daughter and another family member. Only 1 room got a deep clean by the owner. Her other 2 helpers didn't do much. Her daughter was in my bedroom to clean my bathroom and basically all she did was go through my things(perfume and such) and rearrange my items. The owner said she would come back and complete the cleaning properly. She was late again and brought her same people with her. The deep clean was never done properly. So I decided to give her a chance to clean every 2 weeks. That turned out to be a waste of time and money. The owner is unreliable and keeps her own schedule as suits her. On the last day that she was supposed to come clean she called me in the morning and said that she wanted to go to some event at the Clark county fairgrounds but would come in the afternoon. I told her not to bother and that's the last I heard from her. I believe that she is also untrustworthy. I had given her several coin collections that my brother had left me. She said her husband was knowledgeable about coins and would look at the. My mistake!! I have repeatedly asked her to return them to no avail. I have not received a response.
