The pre-cleaning communication and walk-through were great, and their estimate was reasonable for a first-time deep cleaning. They arrived punctually and were incredibly thorough. Their attention to detail was exceptional, as they tackled areas other services have overlooked in the past. This deep cleaning was more thorough than any I have had before. They use pet-friendly products, which is very important to me. Their sense of ownership of the task and the passion, pride, and satisfaction they derive from cleaning well were quite evident. It was clearly more than 'just a job' to them. Because of their attention to detail, the actual scope of the cleaning ended up being more than what was agreed upon in the walk-through. However, they stuck to their original cost estimate and declined the extra payment I offered for the additional work. That is impressive! I am glad I found this company and look forward to the next cleaning.

We are new to the Dayton area and wanted to find a reputable cleaning service for our residence…read more Fortunately we found Castle Keepers. What a great organization. They have been absolutely everything we wanted in a cleaning service: professional, reliable, thorough, timely, courteous, honest, etc. We opted for a bi-weekly cleaning since it is just two people without pets. They have consistently done an outstanding job. They are a bonded company and thoroughly vet their employees. This was extremely important to us and gave us added peace of mind. We trust them implicitly. If you are looking for a truly professional cleaning service I highly recommend Castle Keepers.

The quality control and attention to detail is lacking with this company. I even gave this company…read morea second chance. The first time they "cleaned" they forgot an entire floor of my house. What they did clean, I just felt like they wiped things down in the house and didn't really feel or look clean. The edges of the wood floor along baseboards was dirty. They wiped crumbs from the kitchen table onto the chairs and didn't clean the chairs, etc. They did come back out and cleaned they rooms they had forgotten and also re-cleaned our areas of concern. I was pleased when they were finished. The following month I gave them another shot. This time they got all the rooms but it just felt wiped down, not clean. The front of the fridge and my trash cans weren't wiped down. One bathroom, which gets the most use, wasn't cleaned sufficiently. You could also tell whoever did the shower doors cleaned the upper parts of the glass but only bent down so far. The bottom few inches weren't cleaned. We could actually see the wiping swipes where they cleaned and where they had stopped. They did reach out to me after the cleaning to see if I was happy. I explained I wasn't and they offered to make it right, but I already gave them 2 chances. That was enough for me. If you're looking for attention to detail, I would look elsewhere.

Marysol and her team did work on our house. We had bathroom remodel and had a lot of dust upstairs…read more We also have five animals so there is a lot of dust and animal hair all the time. Marysol came by to check the house, gave the quote. We scheduled right away. They came by 10 minutes before the start time. They cleaned throughly and do a great job. House smells like house again. The price is extremely reasonable and the final price and quote was not much different. No hidden fees or anything. They will send you a contract, a cleaning list to go over. Overall did a great job and we are happy with their work.
