Communication was great and they were punctual and responsive. The apartment's carpet was nasty from years of electric wheelchair use. I didn't have much hope of getting the security deposit back from the landlord. Keke's Cleaning did wonders and we got the ENTIRE security deposit back! They provided before and after photos. It was a no-stress transaction during a very stressful time. I highly recommend them!

They dried everything. Then they moved it all back. I forgot to mention that our problem was that the main waterline line coming into our home had broken, and put lots of water in our basement. I have been looking for a good house cleaner. I have had many horror story cleaners! Most cleaners…read moreare in a hurry because they have too many clients packed into a day and are not detail oriented or do a comprehensive job even if you request a deep clean. They forget certain instructions or worse have to be micro managed. But Crystal of Jesse's Premier Cleaning was PERFECT! She was prompt, professional, didn't make excuses, worked non-stop without a break (and please next time take breaks!!). Cleaned and arranged items in my bathroom in a pleasing way (showing me that she cares) and was super nice and bent over backwards to please me. I am excited to have Crystal come back and clean again. It is refreshing (literally my home is refreshed and figuratively I am refreshed) to have a clean home again. Thank you Jesse's Premier Cleaning!

Can i give this company '0' stars .... First off let me say I used this company about 3-4 years ago…read moreand they did a fairly decent job. It was a clean after remodel to get ready to rent. Since, I have given their name to two separate people. My Mother in law used them a few days ago and it was a disaster. They spent most of the day and it looked like they weren't even there. *Did a half way job on the shower walls and bath *Kitchen looked untouched *Crumbs and dirt in all the drawers *Appliances dirty *Windows a mess * Floors disgusting I can go on and on. WORST part is they pulled on her heart string saying they needed the money for something important. Took her money and left the place a mess. They will not answer phone calls or reply to messages. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you like giving your money away for free and want to clean it yourself or have to pay someone else.
