I've been bringing my pup here for a little over six months, and every visit has been a great…read moreexperience. The check-in process is consistently quick and efficient (which, if you've ever wrangled an anxious pup, luckily mine is all of 13 pounds, in a waiting room, you know is a gift). We are normally taken promptly back by Emanuel, who sets the tone with professionalism and kindness. Dr. Fritzler is thorough, patient, and never makes me feel rushed. He answers every question I have, even when I ask the same one multiple times in slightly different ways (purely for research purposes, of course, not because I'm not understanding). As someone who's mindful of costs, I really appreciate that recommendations are practical and tailored to my budget without compromising care. Having visited several veterinary offices over the years, this one stands out as especially welcoming, efficient, and genuinely dedicated to the well being of the animals they treat. My pup maybe anxious going to the vet, but Dr. Fritzler has won her over.

The vet scraped my dog's skin unnecessarily, and then tried to charge me to cure it. We don't blame the actual doctors as much as we blame the owners who pressure this practice. Also, the staff trash talk the pet owners who are early or just seem odd. They do this in rooms where clients can actually hear them in the next room. it's sad because they could be a good clinic, but their reputation for their negative treatment of animals and pet owners is earned.

Absolutely wonderful first experience here this week!…read more They were able to fit my baby hippo/canine Lola in last minute and took SUCH great care of her as she was in excruciating stomach pain. We really appreciated the above-and-beyond kindness of all of the staff and particularly Alyssa and Dr. Emmett who helped us so much in diagnosing & treating Lola's digestive issues. Very very highly recommend this practice!

DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR ANIMALl , TO MCGEE STREET VET. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!! The level of care is…read moreawful! Try calling them and they hardly answer the phone, when they do they put you on hold for more than 15 minutes but never ask if they can put you on hold! Took my Rottweiler/Pit for a lipoma removal, asked for it to be sent to histology. They never sent it and when asked about it they said we never told them too. LIES they were told by 3 people we wanted it sent off. When I asked Dr. Devine about it she said "well there were so many quotes it must've been lost in between quotes" Nope, one sheet with two quotes, one with dental cleaning under sedation and one without. She did staples instead of sutures before we even got home after them removing the staples her incision tore back open. so not only did we pay$1200 for sorry surgery I was charged another $200+ for them to put staples back in. Afterwards I sent pictures saying her staples were IN HER INCISION not pulling the skin closed. They told me it was the angle of the pictures I took. After 3 weeks of her having the new staples in I took her back in to get removed but because I said I wanted to talk to the doctor I was charged another $140. Now because Dr Devine didn't get everything out and I'm sure she didn't leave enough skin for proper healing my girls growth had come back aggressively. Took her to another vet they did a CT scan and it's going to cost me another $3500 to GET EVERYTHING SURGICALLY REMOVED AND IT WAS A LIPOSARCOMA NOT A LIPOMA!!!! IF I COULD ADD PICTURES OF HER CARE I WOULD.l
