Which I did - but fast forward 3 months later when It's time for my annual termite inspection - the office lady again was very rude - I received a bill before service was performed and when I called she said "It's not my problem - I don't care if you pay your bill or not" SO... I requested to speak with Augie Jr (new manager) he ditched his appointment with me and has not returned any phone calls. Find another company. Augie Sr would be appalled at how the business he worked so hard to build is treating their customers now. Shame Shame

From these super economical finds, I was able to fabricate a garden gate, using the faucet as a creative spin on a traditional doorknob or latch. I love it. Recently, I eye spied, a partially used tub of tile adhesive and several random tiles. They'd be the perfect solution with someone with a tiny bathroom or counter top that needed sprucing up. You can find doors, windows, screen, light fixtures, tiles, wood, paint, and a whole host of parts that you can't pick up at any big box store. Think of the green project like a thrift store for your house or creative endeavor. Be patient and diligent, as it can be hit or miss.

I've been a customer for over 5-years and have made many donations as well as many purchases. I intended to buy a pallet of flooring; I gave my credit card to the cashier to pay for the flooring; I made a hasty decision because I was leaving town in a few days, then I changed my mind. On Sunday, the following day the stored was closed, I made contact with one of the stores workers by the name of Jerome. I told him I decided not to buy the flooring and requested my credit card be credited back to me for the $1980. On Monday I called and asked if I needed to bring my card to the store for the 1980 refund. I spoke to the Manager by the name of Jasmine; she informed me that they don't give refunds. Of course, I thought that was ridicules because I hadn't even removed anything from the store and proceeded to call the credit card company and file a claim for the $1980 to be refunded. Credit One gave me a temporary refund, I left town a few days later, when I returned, I still didn't think there was a problem until May 6, 2026, the day my bank reversed the credit claim, and I owed my creditor $1980. Since then, I've made attempt after another trying to recover those funds and I have not been successful. At this time my credit account is past due, and I refuse to pay for something I did not receive. The Green project sold the flooring to someone else. The manager Jasmine told my creditor that I had picked up the flooring and also told them there was a large, posted sign stating, "no refund policy", but this is not true, there was no sign at all posted. The Green Project knows very well I did not pick up the flooring, and they should've simply refunded my card. Basically, this is theft.

This year, they must have a contest going with their termite employees because in a one month period, I have had over a dozen emails, as many texts and phone calls from multiple employees trying to set up my annual inspection. one actually showed up unannounced and would not take no for an answer. No, you cannot come in, we are about to go out did not deter her. Finally, the truth came out. they want to sell you thousands of dollars of additional service. the manager will not speak to me or return my calls. They have reached me every quarter for a few years and charged my credit card every time without problem. But for some reason they couldn't reach me for termite. Not true. The owner Steve was so rude. Now I have purchased my own traps so as they pick up their trap I will drop the same plastic trap back in its place. In other words if this happens to you, go online and buy your own very inexpensive traps. Pretty crazy.

I…read morelearned the hard way that even if you don't have any pets it is easy for fleas to latch onto your clothing while you're out and about. I woke up one day thinking I had mosquito bites but as time progressed I realized this was a bigger issue. I was freaking out to be honest because I was scared it was the "B' word-- bed bugs. After checking my bed and everything else I was able to cross that option off the list. I was dumbfounded and wasn't sure what else it could be. Once I gave a call to DA Exterminating, I received a call within an hour from their technician Rodney. Rodney was so informative and honestly had my well being top of mind. He mentioned to me there was an assessment fee (that is applied to their use of services) to go in-person and see what was happening; however, if I had any pictures he would be able to decipher what my issue was. I mentioned how I discovered a few pesky bugs that would jump and he asked if I had bites solely on my ankles and legs. Once I confirmed he was able to confirm it was indeed fleas. Pricing was more than fair as they only charged $125 for my one bedroom shotgun-esque place. We confirmed a date/time via text and he arrived within two days. Rodney sent over a few details on what needed to be done ahead of time including removing all stuff off the floor, clearing floors of the closets, and vacuuming everything down. The day of, Rodney arrived with all the equipment and immediately went to work. I waited outside since it was some intense emissions. He was wearing a gas mask and all. Was instructed to not come inside or else I'd slip on my ass. I chuckled at the various stories he told me, but he said to give it about 3-4 hours before I went back in. Happy to report that I have not had any issues since that day! They even offered a two week grace period to come back and re-do it if after 14 days there were still bites. BEST $125 I HAVE EVER SPENT. ***Don't waste money trying to take care of a bed bug/flea issue yourself. I wasted $50 and it was a waste of money and time from products I got at Home Depot. The commercial grade stuff is the only thing that'll work.***

Being a first home owner, I had a million of questions for him. He answered everything thoroughly. House was treated with the chemical called Termidor. According to David, it is the best treatment on the market, but it happens to be the most expensive treatment. He also left me a brochure about the treatment.
