Without any initial commitment from me, they brought up my property on their computer (very quickly), discussed what some of the challenges could be, talked about the area in a very knowledgeable tone (without being condescending in any way, shape or form) and gave a workable ballpark estimate on what it would take to get an accurate survey of my property lines. I never once got the feeling I was being taken for a ride. I didn't feel talked down to - they really did their best to talk in plain English, and in the end, the price was waaaay less than the ballpark figure they gave during the initial interview. When they came out to the property, they were very respectful and very professional. While I tried to stay out of their way as they worked (took about two hours), I did want to know specifics in a couple of areas and Evan accommodated every request I had and his partner (so sorry, I forgot his name) was quick to put in a stake. I got my official results in less than a week. I can't say enough good about this company. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a survey.

A week before the auction he wants to cancel after we did all the advertising and spent the time and money to get flyers up. Day of the auction he went around and talked bad about the family and how he didn't want to be here. FYI we had to set everything up. He didn't bring any help with him and what help he brought got first picks at auction items. When they would bid on something that was the end of it. He made sure his people got what they wanted. Started everything at $1 and was giving things away! If all that wasn't bad enough we agree on a percentage before the sale. When we get the check he took it upon himself to double that percentage. We have tried to call and work this out ask why he thought he deserved more then we agreed on, he won't take our calls and will not call us back. Save yourself and your family the trouble find a different company. A better company!!!

Really fantastic work. We were only able to budget 3 hours of cleaning (1.5 with two people) but…read morethat was enough to cover the kitchen and 3 partial bathrooms with excellent efficiency. The crew was prompt, courteous, and very hard working. They even had time to get stuff like hard water or oil marks, and I know those take a ton of time and scrubbing. It is going to be so much easier to keep things maintained. They did mention they could do more with a full 6 hours deep clean (e.g. address very faint water spots, inside of appliances, etc) but the upsell pressure was minimal and they kept inside budget. They were also impressively conscientious about contacting me about schedule/time changes. Great work, Even better communication, and no bad cost surprises. 10/10, hope they let us book them again!
