Medicaid approved the surgery the day after they received the paperwork they usually take 2 weeks to approve. I am in a wheelchair so surgeries are tricky. I had to do jaw surgery in November because it was vital for me to have the room in my mouth for the anesthesiologist to intubate if necessary during my an extremely important upcoming shoulder surgery and an elective surgery in December. The shoulder surgery was entirely necessary for me in my wheelchair, I ended up rescheduling the other surgery because I didnt heal as I wanted. This was due entirely to my own body having issues and not caused in any way by my surgery or the office team - they were amazing at solving my healing issues creatively with as little pain to me as possible so my shoulder surgery wouldnt be cancelled due to any unhealed wounds in my mouth. I also know that having another surgery scheduled for the next month, something would have to be creative about healing (which my body isnt always great at) so I would not have open wounds in my mouth that could postpone the incredibly important shoulder surgery. I was slightly frustrated that we had to reschedule the surgery once - not gonna lie - but it was for a good reason. We needed the right person on anesthesia because although they were removing large pieces of bone from my jaw I could not be fully under general - and figured out a way under light/medium sedation to perform the surgery safely without me risking pneumonia or blood clots and stroke risks that come with anesthesia too close together. As a cripple in a wheelchair I have to consider these things. I do have to say if there is one thing i would have preferred since I was essentially awake but not feeling it would have been nice to have earbuds with music on during the 1st surgery so I didnt hear the sounds and talking around me but that was barely more than a minor annoyance to me because I am a bit audioconscious in my neurodiversity.. I ended up having healing issues and canceling another elective surgery to go in and fix issues in two follow up procedures we were able to easily do with novocane rather than sedation. Through all of the problems healing, my gums receding and not reattaching to teeth, clotting and bleeding issues we encountered everyone in the office was amazing. After the surgery I had both surgeons information, easy access to them for video calls that night and through the weekend for bleeding issues - tremendous amount of support from all members of the staff. They are tops all of them - I felt 100% supported and taken care of from start to end of this and completely listened to when discussing my concerns. They checked my mouth multiple times after the 1 surgery and 2 procedures and moved up scheduled appointments if anything concerned me. I am healing now at the end of February and my mouth is doind great thanks to their absolutely amazing family-like team of employees - I couldn't have asked for more. I can go to the dentist for cleanings without choking and drowning on water because there wasnt enough suction - we have plenty of room for suction now. Thank you Red Rock OFS team, you are truly top notch - I felt like the most important patient in the office every time I was there. Not many people treat medicare and medicaid with as much respect and dignity as those with fancy insurance. I felt just as taken care of as someone worth a million bucks and that matters so much. I love that my motorized wheelchair and my manual chair fit in your office so easily.

My wife and son had gone to them a year before and they were in network. When I called to see what had happened I was told that they no longer accepted that insurance, but when I asked why I wasn't told that when I went in the response was "yeah we should have checked that. Sorry for the inconvenience." As I continued to try and see if there was something we could do due to the mistake on their end all I ever got in response was "sorry for the mistake." Very unhelpful and unprofessional.

Plumb Dental is the exception to every dentist I've ever been to. They're AMAZING. I had to get an extraction done and the whole staff was so nice and caring. They knew I had anxiety and claustrophobia and made sure to talk me through everything and literally the most painless numbing I've ever experienced. They actually care about you and make what would normally be a terribly uncomfortable experience one that I am singing praises over. I even was sent home with a first time patient goodie bag and a follow up for cleaning. My…read moreexperience with him and his team then was outstanding and my experience with him yesterday was equally positive. Dr. Davis placed 2 implants. He was incredibly patient and professional. Madi, my nurse explained the procedure thoroughly and helped make me feel comfortable and at ease. I was given several options for pain relief (anesthesia vs. nitrous vs. local) and I was provided with the financial breakdown of each. I opted for local, but was given nitrous as a courtesy. I was given a warm blanket and Netflix to use/watch during the surgery and Dr. Davis explained everything as he was inserting the implants. The team was very conscientious about sterility and replaced the tools swiftly when I accidentally touched the surgical equipment. The facility is beautiful, clean, and well organized. Not to mention...everyone who works there is absolutely gorgeous! when I got home I received two calls from the office. Madi called to check in on me to make sure I was feeling OK. I shared my pain level and she checked with Dr. Davis and offered me solutions to help control the pain. She instructed me to call the after hours number if I got worse and then provided me with Dr. Davis' personal cell phone number to call if I needed anything. A couple hours after I was home, beautiful flowers were delivered from the office! Who does this??? Incredible and much appreciated!!! This is a state of the art facility with caring, knowledgeable, and professional doctors and staff. I recommend Dr. Davis to anyone and everyone who needs dental surgery.

I just had an individual tooth extracted and an implant placed late this afternoon. I chose to…read moreundergo the procedure using general anesthesia and, for me, it was definitely the right decision. I have an health issue that causes potentially serious side effects from anesthesia if it is not administered precisely, and Brett, the dedicated anesthesiologist, rose to the occasion. I had absolutely no nausea or dizziness after the procedure. I'm now home resting, it's late in the evening, I've already received a personal phone call from Dr. Scott, and I have zero pain so far. I'm armed with an arsenal of prescribed medications if I should need them. But seriously, this has been one of the best surgical experiences I've ever had. Doctor Scott took time to discuss my procedure thoroughly during the initial consultation and again before he put me under to perform the procedure. He also answered questions after the procedure before I left the office. He stopped and personally engaged with me to ensure that I was comfortable every step of the way. I would highly recommend him and will not hesitate to use him in the future if the need arises.

Even after I questioned that we were in the wrong place after I saw the dentists name on the door. She took an x-ray of my kids mouth and recommended orthodontic work...even though my dentist has never mentioned that before. Also, I thought I was there for wisdom teeth removal not a orthodontist referral. After we discovered our mistake we took our business to the original dentist we scheduled with.
