I knew I shouldn't use the smiths app to order groceries as…read morepast experiences and failures to successfully use the app have plagued me in the past, but I ran out of groceries and decided to try again. unfortunately 50 items and over $300 in expenses later the checkout page dropped an irrelevant error code and number to call when I tried to pay. I also knew I shouldn't waste my time with customer service who never have the ability to solve app issues but I had just spent an hour shopping... so, 40 minutes later i was proven correct by the failure of customer service to actually take my money and check me out. such a waste of my time! Now I'm livid. 2 hours of time spent getting nowhere!!!! I could have shopped at three different stores in person in that amount of time!!! I can only blame myself for picking Smiths as a business and thinking they would deliver on their value and service. I will not make that mistake again! I'd rather pay $2 extra for everything by going to Harmons where their apps and service do work than losing my mind trying to shop at smiths. I really hate Smiths right now!

I also appreciate how careful they were in flattening the prints, putting tissue paper between them, and packing them on top of a mat board and enclosing in cellophane for protection during transport. I received quotes from six local labs, and MasterLab, while not the least expensive, was less expensive than most and came with great recommendations. I can now vouch as well for their expertise - if you're looking for the best printing (highest quality printers, paper/canvas, and inks) for printing your art project, I'd definitely recommend MasterLab!

I found an appointment with no trouble. I chose this location because I actually went to the city location a few years ago and I wanted a different look for these. Sally the photographer was Fantastic!! We came running in and she was very accommodating and she was delightful. She quickly befriended my granddaughter and they had a great time getting the session done. The price is unbeatable, the photos are beautiful and I will definitely be back!

He Litterally didn't understand what she was saying and she kept being aggressive and frustrated with him. Especially when kids are in front of a camera it's nerve wracking enough that getting mad at them for not looking a way or looking at the camera was uncalled for. I know it's a busy time of year and probably long days but don't be in this business where you work with young children if you can't handle it.
