I started calling places to see if we cluld get a tow directly, guy says do you have a call in with us already? I said I had a call in to AAA. Turns out they had called this dumpster fire of a company. Guy says we have one more call, so about 25 to 30 minutes longer. Nothing. Call back to AAA and they say that the vendor refused the transaction. Sorry example for a person and company. There shpuld be a zero stars option. They are normally pretty busy so most of the time is per appointments. 2 weeks ago I had my tires change, and some concern over some parts of my vehicle that I already knew was going on but didn't have the time to fix, he suggested take it to their mechanic and if you want them to send you the mechanic it will be around $65.00 for a diagnostic. They are currently fixing my car today since we had to order parts for it. Some people say they are a little pricey but to me as long as customer service is done right you got my money and I did some research on my own for the parts that I needed and their price was like 20.00 over the online price so to me is worth it. She did said she call several dealers for the parts but couldn't find a lower local price available. Waiting 1 day to fix my car vs waiting a week or 2 for the same results for a safety issue is worth it to me. I have got their services before and they are on a growing pat, so still have some room for improvement in their part but I like them. I will recommend them for tire and oil change they go right to you and change it in no time.

The guy took 20 minutes to complete the task and then hit us with a $400 bill. My husband wasn't at all happy and spoke to the woman who initially quoted us the price. She came back screaming at us that we had to pay up or her husband, her lawyer and the police are on the way to us at the Rv Park where we were staying. We felt very threatened by her. Of course, we ended up paying them. Lesson learned. And to top all that off the appointment was supposed to be the beginning of the morning, no message or apology we had to call them and reschedule later in the day. She obviously probably thought these people are desperate. Let's get them for double the amount that was my impression

Right before we noticed the Arcimoto we were literally looking at another company who had these trashy golf carts and scooters that didn't look well taken care of. So we decided to call Arcimoto Key West to get pricing. We had an amazing experience with this company! They personally delivered the electric vehicle to the front of our hotel which was about 4 miles away from their business location. Laura, the owner, did a great job of explaining how to use this easily operable vehicle. We drove all around Key West and pulled over to get some food and to tour some local attractions. It made our trip so much more fun and easier to navigate. Anthony, one of the company owners also picked up the vehicle right in front of our hotel. We had some great conversations about their electric vehicles and some of the future options they will have available. He was very personable and is really the main reason I decided to write this review. When you are in Key West skip the golf carts, mopeds and Uber and just do yourself a favor with at least a 24 hour rental from Arcimoto Key West!
