extremely disappointed. i dropped my laptop off here three weeks ago with a promise they would call by the end of the day when they figure out the issue. NO call for TWO weeks. The old owner may have been bad, which are what some of the negative reviews are referring to, having under the new ownership I had a great experience. Incredibly rude customer service. I called to ask about a computer charger and was immediately greeted with such animosity and anger it was shocking. He immediately cut me off to tell me he would not sell a charger to someone without seeing the computer because "I was probably wrong" about the kind of charger I would need (I know exactly what I needed). When asked if they were open, he responded "I'm here answering the phone aren't I?" Maybe if he wasn't so rude to customers, he wouldn't have so many problems with them. After that call I looked for other options because I didn't want to give this man money. Luckily, my sweet neighbor had the exact charger I needed. I never leave Yelp reviews, but this man was so ugly to me on the phone I wanted to warn others to expect that attitude. You catch more bees with honey than vinegar!! read more

I stopped in looking for an adapter to link my iPad to my TV. The proprietor at All Keys Computers told me he had exactly what I needed and showed it to me. He then proceeded to tell me that he would not sell it to me because I was a tourist and he had been burned by too many tourists. His words, "you are all the same, you want the part now will use it until you are ready to leave and then return it or stop the transaction payment on the credit card. " I was quite taken aback and offended. We even offered to pay him cash for the part. His response was, " I don't need your money and will not sell to tourists" Perhaps with that attitude he should consider closing his business. I hate leaving bad reviews but this guy was so horrible if I could leave zero stars I would. Saturday morning on the way home from breakfast we stopped by and the sign on the door said their hours for Saturday were "depending on my mood", well the door was opened (unlocked) so I went in to see if they had a device that I could transfer sd to micro sd. He said "we aren't open until 10 for one, and I have 57 computers ahead of you so it's not going to happen today". I asked if there was something I could buy and do myself and he said "again, we aren't opened until 10 and it's not going to happen today, anyways I take care of locals long before I'll do anything for a tourist". I explained to him I'm not a tourist, that I own a home and have for years. He then said "it doesn't matter - unless you live here full time you're a tourist, and for the FOURTH TIME WE AREN'T OPEN UNTIL TEN!!!! I don't know why he assumed anything about me as he's never even met me, but I walked out in tears and I will never, ever, ever, be back. Never have I been treated with such disrespect and pure disgust by anyone anywhere. To you Mr. Grouchy, you are the most rotten human being with the worse attitude I have ever met. SHAME ON YOU for treating people this way. I was only trying to patronize a local business. Maybe you should: 1) lock your door if you aren't open, 2) post clear hours on your door so people KNOW if you aren't open, 3) learn some people skills and practice being nice, and 4) find a job that doesn't deal with the public. read more

Don't go here to get your computer fixed!!!! 5 weeks later and won't give me my computer back. Claims he couldn't fix the problem. When my wife asked why he changed the motherboard he, in very rude manner, asked her to get out of the store. She was just asking why he claimed to replace parts that had nothing to do with the problem all without consulting me. He then decided that, despite my calling 13 times and leaving at least 5 unanswered messages throughout the weeks, that I did not "deserve" to have my computer back today. He would have to think about whether he might give it back tomorrow. WHAT!! Crazy old lizard is keeping my apple computer. If you must try him, delete all important information first and do not expect the 3-5 days he promises. Good luck out there! Absolutely Rude and violent! Sold me a used computer monitor 2 weeks ago. He mentioned to me had had several in the back. I Went back today to buy another. when I explained I was back to buy another he became like a raging idiot. He told me he did not have time and before I said can I arrange to come back and pick it up, he said its not worth the 50.00 to sell me one. I said OK " good you don't need the 50.00" and he told me to go F myself and I said what? He said " you want me to throw you thru the window" . I went in to see if they could help me get my laptop to charge. The guy asked me if I was a local and I said no just visiting. He then said he hated tourists and get out of my fucking store. This is the worst electronic repair place I've ever been too. Normally I would use Apple but living in the keys there's no store close. Decided to use all keys computers they are horrible horrible horrible. I wouldn't recommend them to the Devil himself. They took my iPhone and "fixed" my screen I say "fixed" because it was still broken it was flickering and dim. The Touch ID *fingerprint scanner* was broken and wouldn't work. (was not broken before only the screen was damaged) And the cameras no longer work front or back. Please don't go here for any electronic needs. This place is seriously the worst. Plus they tried to upcharge me on the original price. (I guess he forgot what he quoted me) read more

I'm renting a house that is supported by this company and has signs posted everywhere to call them if there is an issue, so when the WiFi wasn't reaching upstairs I made the mistake of actually calling. The rep who answered told me that they weren't open until 10 (I called at 9 and he answered) but asked about my issue. I told him the issue and he became irate and angry and refused to listen and kept interrupting me to tell me to call the owner. Incredibly unprofessional and rude. If you're looking for a company to support your renters I highly recommend you look elsewhere. read more

We stopped in here today to ask about a problem concerning my wife's laptop. The door was locked, but as I was going back to the car, a gentlemen pulled up. I asked him if he was the owner, and he said yes. I told him that we needed to get some help with a computer. His immediate response: "If it is free advice, the answer is no. Otherwise, the service department is inside." I was not looking for free advice. I was asking about his business. Nevertheless, after a bit I went in and explained the problem with the laptop. After getting a token "uh-huh", I asked him about his rates. "$120/an hour," he said. Then, looking at the board, he said "And you are #165 in line. And even if Jesus Christ himself came in looking for help he would not be moved up." At that point I was done. I said "Thank you, we will not be using your services." He said "Perfect." I said "No, it is not perfect. Your attitude stinks. I am in the tech business." At which point he calls me an ass. I say "Have a great day" - and leave. I would not recommend this company to anyone. From the time I met the gentleman to the time I left - I was treated rudely and unprofessionally. He may be the only tech company in Marathon, but that does not give him the excuse to treat a potential customer - or anyone - in such a way. read more

Fantastic service! I was in desperate need for help. Working from home is great unless the one and only utensil I really, really need breaks. My laptop screen turned black on me at the worst time imaginable. I called All Keys Computers, and Mark, the owner truly stepped out of his way to be to my rescue. A very angry man! I had my Mac book Pro there for a software issue. He called me to say I gave him the wrong password, but he had the right one and was very aggressive and nasty. I picked up the laptop and it still had issues. I called and instead of helping, he immediately called me a liar, cursed and threatened me despite my calm demeanor. I was verbally abused and felt physically threatened when he asked me to come to the store. I have filed complaints with the BBB and requested my credit card company to deny the $75, since he didn't fix it. Avoid at all costs!! read more

Beware of having a phone battery replaced, especially if you won't be in the area for long. I was on a boat in Boot Key Harbor and had them replace an iPhone 6 battery prior to leaving. Within 2-3 weeks the phone was acting erratic and I went in for service at an Apple store in Norfolk.. Turns out the aftermarket battery used by All Keys Computers had swollen and split the case destroying the phone and requiring a phone replacement. I called to notify All Keys and politely ask simply for a refund of the $49 fee I'd recently paid. I'd even offered to glady email him the Apple store invoice of the new replacement phone as proof of the diagnosis and failure. To his credit, he offered to repair my phone if I sent it to him; an alternative that wasn't at all practical because the phone was irreparably damaged and, senseless, inasmuch as I'd just bought a new phone. In my opinion, this was extremely poor customer service to not take any accountability for causing the damage, unexpected as it was. read more
