After my mother passed away, her house had to be sold. In this case, a well/septic inspection was required and completed, and three minor fixes were recommended. My realtor recommended Aaron Rice, and Aaron and his crew were able to come out to the house within a few days and quickly fix the three problems. But at a closing a buyer likes receipts to show that work has been done. Mr. Rice brought no paperwork with him, so he said he'd mail it to me in time for the closing. Five days later, with the closing looming days away, no receipt had arrived in the mail. So I called him, and he e-mailed me the document, which I forwarded to my realtor. And everything was good. But no receipt ever arrived in the mail, so if I hadn't called Mr. Rice the second time I'd still be waiting. So my opinion is: an expert well technician, a bit lax with paperwork.

It took about 1 week total from the time we contacted them until completion. The guys were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We were told by many that after having a new well installed, it can be difficult to pass the 1st water test completed by the health department. I'm happy to say that we not only passed it the first time, but with flying colors!! Today we had another company come out to fix our water softener. The gentlemen tested our water again and he said that it tested better than most city water and we have virtually NO iron! I'm not one to usually write reviews, but these guys did such a good job that I just couldn't help myself. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a new well/pump!!
