After my mother passed away, her house had to be sold. And as a house is being prepared to be sold, depending on the type of loan the buyer is arranging, the house needs to go through certain inspections and appraisals. In this case, a well/septic inspection was required and completed, and three minor fixes were recommended. My realtor recommended Aaron Rice, and Aaron and his crew were able to come out to the house within a few days and quickly fix the three problems. But at a closing a buyer likes receipts to show that work has been done. Mr. Rice brought no paperwork with him, so he said he'd mail it to me in time for the closing. Five days later, with the closing looming days away, no receipt had arrived in the mail. So I called him, and he e-mailed me the document, which I forwarded to my realtor. And everything was good. But no receipt ever arrived in the mail, so if I hadn't called Mr. Rice the second time I'd still be waiting. So my opinion is: an expert well technician, a bit lax with paperwork. read more
