We contacted Home Care Assistance who came and met with us to assess the level of care required and to find a caregiver with the required skill set to appropriately take care of my mother. They found 2 caregivers within a day and reviewed their qualifications and experience with us. We requested an interview with one of the caregivers which was immediately set up. After selecting the caregiver, our Client Manager accompanied her on the first day and stayed a while to ensure a smooth transition. Our Client Manager keeps in contact with us regularly to make sure things are going well and if there is anything additional she and the team can do to assist. It's hard enough deciding it's time to get a loved one some help, so choosing a home care provider is a very important decision. We are very happy with the care and interest Home Care Assistance staff and personnel have supplied with the care of my mother. In a fast moving world with numerous responsibilities to attend to daily, it's very comforting to know that there is someone there taking good care of my mother and to ensure she has everything she needs. In addition to finding qualified help, it was very reassuring to discover the honesty of our caregiver as well. With my mother's dementia and confusion that comes with it, she paid her caregiver $50 cash her first day. The caregiver brought it to my attention and handed me the money. I was so grateful for her honesty as many people these days could have easily kept it.

First Olga the owner came to our house and gave us a false impression that everything would be fine. Then she promised a sweet lady would come and help my mother. The next day a big man shows up to my Mothers house and goes into her bedroom; literally scaring her pants off. She was ready to call the police. My mother called me and I called Olga who then sent him home and gave us another care giver. This new caregiver barely did anything, complained, and was a disgrace of a person...let alone a "caregiver". Next day we were promised a new person and a new caregiver came but smelled like drugs and oils. I write this review in a bittersweet fashion…read more I sadly had to reconnect with Margaret due to having surgery to repair multiple displaced fractures to my tibia and fibula in late May. I had to have a rod inserted into my tibia cutting through my knee and two plates inside and out just above my ankle with many screws. The positive of this review is that once again (see my review from April 21, 2014) Margaret was truly amazing! You can not find a therapist who cares more to help you get back to the best you that you can be. Margaret has such a compassion and positive attitude toward you as a patient and getting you all the needed care and work to help you heal and regain what was lost. As with any quality PT you must come willing to work and if you do you will see results needed to get your life back. I can't say enough again about how far she got me in my allotted visits and even released me with three to spare because we got to where I needed to be. I refer without hesitation and trust that when you are hurt and need the help you can ask for no one better and who is an awesome therapist and person who will impact your life and well being.

Margaret is an amazing physical therapist. She is patient, she knows her the technical stuff, she is willing to try new techniques to help her patients, and best of all she listens. One of the problems with my recovery process was I was attempting to recover too fast, I'd weight lift too much or push too hard. I learned a valuable lesson from her on patience and not overdoing things which all my other physical therapists couldn't get through to me because the others would not listen to my worries and desires. I'm finally done with physical therapy after pouring 10,000 dollars into 150 sessions. And it is all thanks to Margaret!

She is attentive and will point out ( in a nice way) if there are any trends in behavior that is counter productive to you working thru your problems. She also offers group therapy. I was supposed to do this weeks ago upon completing therapy, but as luck would have it things hit the fan. Found out my jobs contract was up and I was due to be jobless rather soon. Thanks to techniques I learned at Dr. Gracer's, not only did I not freak out, I was able to land another job really quick and ask for better pay. I owe this woman my sanity.
