Do not get insurance with this office. Absolutely horrible. I had multiple policies here including…read moreauto and homeowners. I cancelled my insurance with them and went to Allstate in 2016. I just got my mortgage statement and State Farm had billed my lender and got paid the 2017 premium even after it was cancelled, even after proof that I switched to Allstate was provided. I have submitted a claim with the NC Insurance Commissioner and am waiting for the results now.

Insurance companies are a very tough entity to review. Unless you've had a major claim and had…read moreexperiences to one side of the spectrum or the other the only thing you can really review is customer service and pricing. Up to this point I've never made a claim, lucky me, so I cannot review services I haven't utilized. Three stars for this company seems a little light so I'm edging towards 3 and a half. The customer service for this location has always been pleasant. Juanita was my latest service representative for this office and did a splendid job of communicating the details of swapping renter's insurance for a homeowner's insurance policy. I've been a member with State Farm for nearly 10 years and it's been the best deal I've been offered among the major insurance carriers I've researched. I'll likely continue using this agency and office while I live in this area. If I ever need to file a claim I will review again based upon my experience.

So in an effort to conserve money I switch insurance companies. I combined my home and auto…read morepolicies and moved to this company. The sales staff is great and will try and get the best price for you. I was not even with the company for a couple of months before I had to file a few claims, 1 home and 2 auto claims, all within a weeks time. The auto claims were made at the same time as a drunk driver totaled 2 of my autos parked in the driveway at the exact same time. The insurance adjuster was nice and set me up in a rental right away. I kept the rental for about 6 weeks. That was much better that what Nationwide would have done, because my neighbor has them, and as soon as their claim was settled, they took the rental back the same day, even before the check was cut. With the claim department, the said that even after I cash the check, if I find evidence that my vehicle was worth more, just to send them the info, and they would add it to my claim. That was good customer service on their part.
