My family and I were also affected by Hurricane Florence and though the process hasn't been the fastest in the world, that's at no fault of Gabe's. He's left no call unanswered and no stone unturned when it comes to returning calls and helping my family through this process. I have insurance through Gabe Norris. I live in Wilmington NC. My family and I have been effected…read moreby hurricane Florence. We have extensive yard damage, water damage, and black mold growing. My husband, children, and I are still living in these conditions. I filed a claim on September 21, 2018. Was told I would hear back from them.. NOTHING. I called back September 26, 2018 I was told they would get right on it I would hear back. NOTHING. I called back October 2, 2018. I was told again they would get right on it. NOTHING. October 3, 2018 I called the Farm bureau hub in Raleigh, NC after looking into it they let me know that Gabe Norris's office never filed anything until October 2, 2018. It is now October 10, 2018 and I still have not heard anything. It has almost been a month. The insurance office/agency has never on their own called to check in or see if things are moving along. They have never tried to help or make this even a tiny bit easier for us. I have contacted the better business bureau. I am not sure if it will do any good but I felt it was necessary. I am not one to leave reviews, but take my word and do yourself and your family a favor and look some where else when looking for an insurance agent/agency!
