the staff and medical is great. they really care and took care of me. I highly recommend this place to get you and your life back!!!

I completed a program at All in Solutions in Simi Valley Ca. Detox is pure hell. You can't update your family for several days. They treat you like a prisoner. They lured me out to California, from Maryland. Told me they would cover my travel BOTH ways. Come to find out, about 24 hours into the program .. if you want to go home on their dime, you must complete the program. I was told I would have my own room. I did not. They ripped me off of a sleep med that I had been on for 15 years... never once abusing, and they threw me into a room with a stranger. Im AUDADHD, I have severe mental illness. Some linked to trauma over things that happened to me in my sleep. *speaking of, they took me off stimulates. They are a controlled substance, dont ya know. Doesn't matter that I have been on them since I was 6 years old. No taper. Hard withdrawal. I went to the emergency room bc of it. So there I am, stuck in California... no promise of a good night's rest. I have several chronic illnesses. They completely ignored the fact that getting enough sleep is the only way I can function and learn. You have to go to 6-8 hours of class 5 days a week . Again, chronically ill. I have not maintained a 35 hour work week in over 10 years. No accommodations were made for me. Despite going all the way to Debbie (manager of program). I suffered through the program, came home..... absolutely zero follow-up. Absolutely zero direction as to what comes next. Im sure this program works for some. But if you have mental illness or other chronic illness... Search elsewhere I ended up going to the psych ward to get my meds straightened back out. Oh and I still dont drink alcohol. Which is why I was there. But I do not give that credit to AIS. Thats all me. read more

They lie through their teeth and tell you what you want to hear to get you to their facility. Then they don't do what they said on phone! All to get your insurance money or few dollars a family might have . Give a person going through withdrawals a Ativan and call it medical detox, joke. read more

All In Solutions Detox is a really special place to me. I've never been to treatment before so I was pretty nervous going into it. Nervous about the facility and just nervous about getting sober. But my life was falling apart around me, so I had to do something. Everyone I met there from staff members to other clients treated me like family. The whole team was super accommodating and encouraging. It felt like they were genuinely happy that I was there and wanted to help me. I really liked that it's a smaller facility, so you get plenty of individual attention and you always get a chance to feel heard. Aside from the staff and community, the facility was nice and comfortable. I had my own room for half my stay and had one roommate the other half. The weather was beautiful so I loved the backyard area. Oh, and the chef there is so good! I did not expect to eat that well in a detox. read more

I WOULD NOT recommend this business. I did call to learn about it. Unannounced to me it popped up to the top of a search when I didn't even search this place. Called it and realized an hour in it wasn't who I Ment to call. I reached out in my own accord. Phillip helped me on my I initial call and walked me through what the process is. Also keep in mind they say " everything is confidential" I didn't answer Phillip's follow up calls because I am not in their program and don't have to. They went ahead and called my "emergency" contact (I gave them no verbal agreement or signed anything saying they could reach out to my emergency contact- especially since why would they think they could, I gave them no reason other than not replying to them) I gave them had I put myself into this place, my father who knows nothing of anything that is going on. Emailed him an "acceptance" letter to the program ( I had not committed to) I called to see why they felt the need to reach out to my emergency contact and I talked to Chris Burton the director of admissions to see why they would call my emergency contact, he was very aggressive and combative and didn't see what the problem was. Chris even told me to tell my Dad a lie as to why they reached out to him. (Everything is confidential - they say) And said it doesn't look like I am okay after I told him not to contact my father ever and I have got help. But based on what he saw from the notes with Phillip I am not okay .from what I can gather Phillip initiated the call to my father and Chris backed it up. THIS IS THE REASON people stray away from getting help. You are pushing people away with your aggressive tactics, I hope someone above Phillip and Chris Burton see this. This is what your people are doing. You arnt at all helping people. You are hurting them further. Not to mention, What would and how would they treat me if I had been in program. I dont trust a word they say or that they really want to help. Keep this in mind read more

The staff at this program is amazing, however; the doctor doesn't care at all about the comfort of one's withdrawal symptoms. I met with him for 2 mins and he told me he'd put me on subutex. I stated the last two times I detoxed it was just Ativan/clonidine or phenobarbital/clonidine several times a day and I slept perfectly comfortable through detox. Opiate detox is just about the worst pain on earth. Guess what the doctor gave me for my First night at the house? 1 gabapentin. I'm prescribed 3/day already, but rarely take them because they do nothing. But one is withdrawing from fentanyl and they're given one single gabapentin? And prescribed subutex when specifically requested not to? Again, the staff is great. If you're not going to have a hard detox it's probably an incredible facility. But the physician who holds the most power over everybody only cares about his malpractice insurance. By the way, in my 36 hours there I maybe slept 2.5 hours. At cri help detox i slept and woke up to smoke or chat every couple hours then got medded and back to sleep. That's how a detox should be. So my solution? I left after 35 hours took a bunch of my clonidine and finally got some damn sleep. Also haven't used and constantly been calling my sponsor (had 9 years at one point). One last time, Sean, Joby (the freaking man) Chase and anybody else I didn't mention thank you for all your help, you were great. Dr Thompson, I suggest you hire a PA so your patients that are suffering don't wait 6 hours just to get a response on a benign prescription. Your malpractice insurance means far less than our sleep/comfort. Your staff is extremely diligent, they check BP so regularly you don't have to worry about somebody dying. Get a darn PA so patients can get prescriptions in real time for their symptoms. Ask how Case Nueva Vida does it, or Cri Help for that matter. You know how long the doctor at CNV spends with every ints making patient? 1 hour for an H&P. For a physician as established and renowned as yourself to spend two minutes with me and ignore what I asked and let me go sleepless for nearly two days... I'm not going to forget that. Especially when I know how effective detox works. Edit: One thing I did forget to mention they allow you to bring your dog! That's a huge plus, and everybody loved playing with my puppy husky and she had a blast. So I have to give them credit for that. read more
