Update: AIO changed their operating entity name to New Jersey Transport Inc. Quoted $11k for move from NY to CA by Trinity Van Lines. We were never advised that the work would be brokered but found out quickly when All in One Movers showed up one day late adding 4K to a separate bill and forcing us to sign a separate contract direct with them despite our contract already signed with TVL. They would not start work until we signed and claimed that the broker under estimated our space needs. I called both companies to complain but got nowhere. They seemed to relish the opportunity to take advantage of the situation. At one point Adriana even made a snide remark about how they "appreciate our military service and already gave us a generous discount." Ultimately we were coerced into signing an agreement by the foreman requesting delivery asap in CA even though we explained we did yet have a closing date for our new home and would require storage. We had a target date of 2/18 but he said it could take another 3 weeks after that unless we indicated that we wanted delivery asap. He reassured that we would have the storage option with TVL so it would not make a difference other than prioritizing the shipment. (They took our goods to NJ to transfer to a larger truck). Had to leave behind alot of what we planned to take because on top of that the truck was too small. Also appeared that the workers may not have been properly documented. None of them spoke English well so we had to deal directly with the foreman. I attempted to get resolution from Eric at TVL several times but he went radio silent. Can't get a call back or answer to emails. 2/22 AIO called to say they are delivering 2/23 but we aren't in the house yet because seller is renting for 21 days in order to move out. Our contract with TVL provides 30 days of free storage and redelivery but I cannot get the broker (Eric) to confirm location for shipper so we had to arrange our own storage and eventually another move out of pocket despite having paid for storage. AIO claims not to be able to work it out with the broker and cites the contract we were coerced into signing on the day of our move under duress. (Our closing on our NY home was set for the following day and we had to move out and get the goods on the road to CA). Access to our contract docs on TVL has been revoked so we cannot see the SOW or contract but do have a hard copy which was stamped as electronically signed. Customer service rep named Rob at TVL tried to claim that our signing of the AIO agreement superseded our agreement with them and they are no longer obligated to secure storage at our destination. More disturbing is that we are being forced to pay cash to get access to our goods or they won't offload based on the contract we were forced to sign with AIO. When we called to try to resolve, AIO gave us 10 minutes at 6 am to find a storage site threatening to send our goods back to NJ and charge us all over again at a later date for a new move. Thank God we were able to get the storage secured however they are saying we will have to pay more money to have our items offloaded and "shuttled" due to the trailer being too large to complete a delivery. It is one cash exploitation after another using our home goods as a hostage. We have already paid $17k. Rob laughed at one point as he gleefully informed me that our move should have cost $30k. There are several BBB complaints on both of these companies with almost exactly the same situation being described. I spoke with a rep from the NJ Dept of consumer Protection and they advised that Thier DOT license is not current valid and they should not be operating at all much less across state lines which makes this a Federal matter. These two companies seem to work together to defraud customers as it would appear. I hope this complaint can help prevent these ruthless greedy extortionists from exploiting other families in their most vulnerable time. Please protect yourself from these scamming con artists. Submitted official notice of fraud complaints with Federal Trade Commission on both companies along with the BBB, the FMCSA with intent to pursue filing official complaints with the State Attorney Generals offices of NJ/NY/FLA & CA respectively . It is my sincere hope that these companies get shut down. No one should have to be subjected to these dishonorable frauds. Can't tell you how many people we spoke with at both companies who seemed to have no issue with exploiting or defrauding customers. They genuinely seemed to enjoy the conflict. Hope the VA will keep them red flagged on their do not hire lists as well. The American public deserves better, but I find it particularly egregious to defraud 2 veterans after offering a special "discount" in appreciation for our combined 20 years of service.

These guys were a complete nightmare. They held my stuff at their facility for months and refused to release it to me so I could drive it myself. It took 3 months for them to complete the delivery. They claimed to have trucks going to Florida every week, but that was not the case. My family as forced to live on air mattresses and in hotels for several weeks. Stay away from them.

I never really take the time to leave negative reviews but I seriously want everyone to steer clear from this company. The people who picked up my stuff did great, they were super nice, put everything perfectly in the truck, and did not complain one bit about me living in the second floor... But They wrecked my stuff, lost items, and one of the drivers was so ridiculously rude, he said he would not deliver my belongings because he was skipping my drop off and was back on his way to New Jersey because he was tired so I would have to wait till the next time they deliver in my area ( I was in North Carolina). Took so long to get that situated, I heard Pam from dispatch scream at him over the phone (she told me to wait and called him from her cell and i heard the whole convo). I had to wait till the next morning, missed two days of work at this point, just to get my things. Once here thats when it really went worse... you see, All In One picks up your belongings from your house, makes it look all nice in the truck, then they took it to their warehouse to put it in a bigger truck. The truck does not have compartments, it is all together with other people's things. (the transfer made them wreck my stuff and loose boxes), and then they deliver your stuff at the same time as they deliver other people's so it can get mingled. In the move, I lost 3 giant boxes of clothes (comprised of all my summer clothes, and lucky for me i moved right before summer and had to purchase new summer clothes. They destroyed a bookshelf so badly, they took it themselves to throw it out. They also damaged my headboard so it cannot be attached to the bed frame any more. All of this to say: AVOID them at ALL costs!!!

At $3800 for 2 medium sized moving trucks, the "manager" of the team had the balls to point out that they get a 10-20% tip because "we dont get paid from the $3800" .....thats YOUR problem sweetheart... dont work for a greedy ass...i WAS NOT handing over a tip out of $600/700 for the workers... take your 200 and go get lunch and then some.... biggest rip off ever..... wish i could leave zero stars

Came late and did not fully complete the move per contract and time. Left 1.5 hours early with our patio furniture in front yard and said "sorry" due to rain, we tipped $300. My wife and I carried the heavy items in the rain. Customer service is equally unprofessional and plays quite the games. Save yourself the aggravation and deal with a Profesional moving company with good reviews. read more

AIO is the most unprofessional and incompetent company. Showed up on moving date with a 16' truck HALF FILLED with other people's items, not having enough room for our items. Our destination was 1.5 hours away and we were told we would have to do two trips and pay for it. We refused to pay extra because the truck would have been sufficient in size if it were empty for one trip. They agreed to not charge us for additional drive time and then 10 minutes later canceled our contract and left us high and dry with no truck and movers when the next tenant was moving in the same day. They tried to scam us into paying double and it was quite obvious they had no intention of wanting to actually move our items. They were doing everything they could do cancel our reservation and leave. No one in the office returned our calls or offered any other support or help. One of the worst experiences ever. read more

All in One Moving & Storage??? The experience of dealing with this facility is more like None in Zero: professionalism, customer service and common courtesy. You'll be better off moving your own furniture in a wagon instead of dealing with these guys. I was scheduled between an 8am to 10am time frame and by 1015am when no one had reached out, I was forced to contact the company myself only to be told that they were going to contact the driver and then get back with me. After waiting until 11am with no call. I'd decided to cal back and after calling back I had to deal with the unprofessionalism of: Kristina Bronstein the "office manager" (who continuously placed me on hold for over 20 plus minutes), then suddenly mysteriously leaving the office after i'd made numerous attempts to speak with her. Finally, I'd requested to speak with a manager. After calling back, Adriana decided to play phone games by listening on the other end of the call without speaking and then placing me on hold ONCE AGAIN! Finally, Lisa attempted some form of professionalism by directing me to contact ext. 308 for a "manager" but called me back to inform me that she was the closest thing to one. Needless to say that I was informed that the driver was having mechanical issues and that they would have to reschedule me for the following day. WHO DOES THAT? Moving is already stressful and then to lack the audacity to not communicate of the delay of services is pathetic. SHAME ON THEM! Save yourself the headache and book your next move with Tony's Moving Co. (888) 504-2424, Gina as well as the movers are professional. They saved the day at the last minute. read more

I have used this company 4 times. The final time there was lost antique glass furniture tops, severe damage to several antique furniture pieces, broken legs to lamp tables, damage to coffee table. The flat screen was dropped out of the truck. Crushed boxes, etc. After speaking and meeting with the owner I was assured not to worry, just submit claim to insurance. I received an insulting $65. Not to mention that the value of the antique furniture is now less. The TV alone was 5X that. I will never use them again or recommend them. PS; AIO, you know exactly who I am. Do not use this company or New Jersey Transport seem to be the same , without drawing this out forever in short they are crooks .. arranged a move with NEW Jersey Transport and these guys showed up . As soon as arrived let them know had extra items to add last minute at daughters request move was arranged only 3 days earlier so as per my booking agent Steve (Only good one in group who seemed to care at all ) he could not adjust driver would . Hector walked the load and said was a 100 cubic feet over I disagreed and told him so he assured me would re examine once on truck Once loaded he said was 100 cubic feet over additional $535.00 again told him I didn't think so and how was he coming up with that, my calculations of added items came out significantly less his response was it is almost 3 panels long I originally laughed thinking that was a joke that he was basing the new rate by looking at side panels in dark truck from 15 feet away but he was serious ..I told him disagreed and handed him a tape measure and asked him to just measure it , he refused at this point he started doing paper work and told me to sign the new estimate and bill I told him didn't agree and would he PLEASE JUST MEASURE IT ,he then told me no and said can take load off but would be charged an unloading fee I felt threatened he told me to call office when he left I tried to call then but as usual with these guys went right to voice mail I asked him again to measure at this point he picked up money paperwork and walked out the door , I immediately called office again and spoke to a young lady who said as soon as truck came back she would talk to driver and have load inspected and get back to me right away I asked her why wouldn't he just measure it answer I don't know , never heard back from Jessica , next morning I spoke to booking agent asked him same question why wouldn't he just measure answer I don't know he told me really out of his hands at this point and i understand that , I called office again and spoke to another young lady who said would look into and send me a detailed printout of the new items and the cubic feet associated with them never came . She said I should not have let them load it or should have taken it off I explained I felt threatened if did not sign didn't seem to matter I asked her the question whey wouldn't he just measure it her answer yep you got it I don't know . At this point there is only one answer I can come up he was ripping me off and he knew it and they know it and they don't care , i even asked for bosses name they refused I was able to get his information thru some associates I started to copy Oren Abuhasira on the emails to see if he had an answer to the question Why not just measure it as of now no response .. So I will stick with my conclusion THEY ARE CROOKS , I will continue to pursue this but wanted to give a heads up to anyone else thinking about moving look elsewhere read more

There is a special place in HELL reserved for those who prey upon families in the midst of moving, which is stressful even if all goes well. NOTHING GOES WELL when you get involved with these LYING SCAMMERS. They hold your belongings until they can find the CHEAPEST way to ping them around the country. Many WEEKS LATER you might get a call from some fly-by-night guys with an unmarked truck who basically inform you they are HOLDING YOUR STUFF HOSTAGE unless you agree to various up charges. They are shameless about showing up with a mere few hours notice, at a time when your building does not permit move ins, which you told them from the get-go. Then they threaten to LEAVE TOWN WITH YOUR BELONGINGS and TOO BAD, WHAT ARE YOU GONNA DO ABOUT IT? Dealing with these DESPICABLE PEOPLE probably aged me ten years. I feel like I have PTSD. STAY AWAY...RUN FOR YOUR LIFE. NEVER NEVER HIRE! Don't say you were not WARNED! read more

I moved across the country and it was the worst moving experience I have ever had. The moving company never shows up with all of my things and when they did, it was damaged or they damaged the furniture while delivering it. I would strongly recommend not using this company no matter the deal they give you. I have learned my lesson. read more

WARNING!!! DO NOT ALLOW THIS COMPANY TO MOVE YOU!!! I've been in the service industry for over 20 years as a customer service rep, manager, and trainer for retail and corporate, and All In One Moving has provided the worst service I have ever experienced in any industry. Sales Department: Steve was my salesperson, he sounds like a nice guy, very easy to speak to but don't fall for it. Once you signed that contract, there's not much else Steve can do for you or is willing to do for you. So DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT accept a quote over the phone. My quote was $1750, and on the day of pick-up, it shot up to $3,154. Moving Day: Our move was scheduled for July 19th, at 10 AM; at 9:00 AM, we got a call from All-In-One-Moving saying: "We have to cancel because the moving truck broke down!" This was the beginning of many issues. Not once did we receive an apology from anyone regarding the cancellation. When I spoke with Christine (manager), her tone was "just deal with it; it happens," showed zero compassion and empathy. The moving guys who came didn't speak or understand English clearly; they understood just enough to tell us, "We have to charge you more. Essentially, they came to the apt's doorway and immediately said, this move will cost you more without stepping foot into our apartment to see what we were moving. The moving guys were the only highlight of this experience; despite the language barrier, they did a great job moving our things from the distance they had to do it. Customer Service: HORRIBLE! Unfortunately, I do not recall the young lady's name, but the communication was poor; she was rescheduling the move. We spoke 3x, and I stated I could not move tomorrow because I have to go to work and to reschedule it for Wednesday. She calls me back in the afternoon, telling me the movers will be there tomorrow. Again, no apology for the inconvenience and displayed a lack of empathy. We tried speaking with Steve and Christine for a rate reduction for the delay, and nothing. They are the most unapologetic service team I have ever come across, but what they will say to you constantly is, "it's in the contract." Our move was from Brooklyn to Florida; they said our stuff would be held in storage until we get to Florida, and we can then let them know when to have it delivered. They picked up our things on July 21st; we received our belongings on Sunday, October 3rd. It took All-In-One-Moving two months to deliver our stuff, to which not once did we receive a phone call with an explanation as to why it's being delayed myself and my fiancée called the company close to 20 times (I'm probably underselling the number of calls) between August and October. Every time we called, they would give us a fabricated date/time for delivery and rush us off the phone as if we were bothering them. Once again, no apologies, no empathy or compassion. Christine is just a nasty person to speak to, and with an attitude like hers, she should not be managing any business or leading people. My fiancée and I are very laid back; we understand things happen, but this company provides zero communication and shows no remorse; so after numerous calls and false attempts for delivery, I reported All-In-One to the Better Business Bureau (P.S. I don't plan on stopping there). After several failed attempts to speak with a manager my fiancée finally spoke with Christine (Mgr.) on the 20th of September who stated that our belongings will arrive in Florida between the 24th and the 28th. We told them we both will be out of town for work after September 28th and can they guarantee the above time frame of delivery. We received a call on the 29th from Cristina telling my fiancée that our things will arrive Thursday the 30th. When my fiancée informed her again no one was around Christine then proceeded to lie and said our belongings were already in route and she will have to charge us a restocking fee of $700 to get our belongings at a later time. That's when my fiancé proceeded to curse Cristina out. Wait, it's not over... On the day of delivery, they want to receive money in hand before unloading the truck. Fine. I showed him the money order we had, and the delivery guy followed up by saying: "this is not the correct money order I have to call the company." If the money order is incorrect, they would not unload our stuff. The company never specified what type of money (ours was from Chase bank); the delivery driver said it needed to be a postal money order. While he went to call the company, I decided to call the authorities to prevent any escalation as they looked to hold our stuff hostage. All our boxes were destroyed thoroughly taped boxes open, not a single box is salvageable, and because we have it in storage, we haven't opened them up; based on how destroyed the boxes were, I can imagine the number of things broken. I know this review was a lot to unpack (pun intended), hopefully, it'll save some of y'all the headaches of dealing with them read more

What a horrible experience! Quoted one price. They show up with a truck too small - have to pay for 2nd truck. Then they say they've got 2 weeks to deliver our stuff! So now we hand out $1600 for expedited moving. :-( Stuff finally comes from truck #1 2 days later, guys don't all read english, so half the boxes end up in wrong room. Then we ask when is the 2nd truck coming - kept hearing "later, later". Made us drive 20 miles to the bank to pay for balance of move before they would unload! Took them 10 days to deliver the 2nd truck. I asked for some of my $1600 expedited delivery fee back since it took 10 days for the last 1/3 of my stuff. Total move was something like $16,000 when we were expecting $6,000. Bunch of shysters! read more

!!!DONT EVER PLEASE MISS TO READ MY COMMENTS. ITS BIT LONG BUT EVERY WORD BELOW IS MY PAIN I FACED DURING MY MOVING DAY!! MY BELOW WORDS ARE TO SAVE EACH AND EVERG PENNY OF YOURS!!!!! PLEASE DONT SKIP MY REVIEW!! The most worst packers and movers you can ever choose. Supet arrogant worst people they ever have as their employees. Three people came for moving anf all three are super arrogant and most careless ,UNPROFESSIONAL , ARROGANT persons in life. SUPER UNPROFESSIOL GUYS!!! As a owner of your products and furnitures , you cant even say a word like, "please be careful with that furniture". When i say that , one of the most arrogant guy replied saying 'you are making too much of noise' . What???? Cant we say as customer that pack carefully and safe???????? Dont we the those little rights during the moving day? Complete unprofessionlism. HaVe never seen any movers to find it lazy to pack yohr funitures. They didnt wrap my couch. They didnt wral my bar table. When yoU ask them to do it, you will get the reply as , " I KNOW WHAT I AM DOING". So you pay money just to drag and drop your furnitures in the truck. When i asked them to atleast use my bubble wrap.to wrap my bar stools which inhad at home, the one of the most arrogant guy out of the three, then tear those bubble wraps for name sake and wrapped it like anything completely clumsy by seeing my face and asked " are you happy now" They mentioned in their agreement as dismantle.the furnitures and then fix them back in your new place. And once they came thw first thing they said, we wont do that. Then they said call to the sales person whoever booked nd check. When i told, you cant move the furniture out because of the size, that guy told we will move other stuffs and let this stay here. ARE WE A JOKE TO YOU GUYS? WHO ARE YOU GUYS TO DECIDE WHICH FURNITURE TO BE LEFT OUT. I never want to see those persons again in life. You pay money for their service but you need to beg them for packing everything safe. Zero percent professionalism. Dont ever send those three people for any other customer. Its my request. And out of all this chaos, the main guy out of the three demanded and kind of ordered" you must pay us 200 to 30o dollars tips". What really?????!!!!!! Many more happened on that day, but i am just stopping here!! EVEN IF THEY DO IT TO FOR FREE OF COST, I WONT RECOMMEND THESE MOVERS FOR ANYONE!!!! read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. THEY WON'T DELIVER OUR ITEMS. First of all, the "low rate" they'll quote you is a BAIT AND SWITCH. DO NOT believe that rate. We were quoted one rate and then when they came to pic up our stuff, they tripled it. I have never written a negative review in my life, but this company is forcing me to do just that. It has been several months and we STILL DO NOT HAVE ANY OF OUR ITEMS. Each time we call, they claim we'll have our things delivered "next week." It's been eight weeks of this. We scheduled a day and time for them to come pick up our stuff and they just didn't come. No one called. They said they'd schedule a time the next day. This caused us a ton of trouble with work and our landlords. No one apologized. When we asked for compensation for this inconvenience the owner screamed at us on the phone and threatened us. When the movers actually showed up, they charged us $200 for tape when all of our boxes were already taped up. I filmed the movers wrapping multiple rolls of tape around our mattresses completely unnecessarily. They also charged us hundreds of dollars for "bigger boxes" and for moving a table. Then they asked for a 20% tip. Now we call and call and no one tells us when we'll actually get our items. I'm filing a police report and a report with the attorney general of New Jersey in the office of Consumer Fraud. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. And everyone is so unbelievably rude. They do not care at all. And the funny thing is, we're pretty laid back and understanding and if someone reached out and explained the situation, we'd probably be willing to work with them, but instead they are rude and repeatedly show they don't care at all. Like, what does it cost you to do some basic customer service?? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THIS MASSIVE HEADACHE. read more

Absolutely atrocious! We had a 10:00 am appt and the movers called at 10:30 am to tell us they'd be 2 hours late. They also said they could come tomorrow as they weren't busy the next day. Um hello, who can just push a move to the next day?! Our ENTIRE apartment was packed up and we had elevators reserved at our new places. 0 regard for our time and the gravity of the situation. Then they say they're coming from Brooklyn and they can't get through the Holland Tunnel which if you're a professional mover in this area...you would have known that. The truck was not even branded w/ the company name but was an old Daffy's truck. The guys were so rough with our stuff...putting tape directly on our furniture and on our velvet couch. Dragging furniture across the floor vs having 2 guys pick it up. Damaged my BF's lamp and dresser and you can't get in touch with anyone at the office to put a claim in. Honestly the list could go on and on. Do yourself a favor, pay more and have confidence in the job. Oh yeah they were making boxes on the spot for our tv...cutting and taping boxes...which we were expected to pay for! We ended up taking them, mirrors and anything super fragile ourselves!!! If I could give less than one star, I would. I was told that All In One was the actual movers by their reservations rep, only to find out that they contract out their jobs. I was told that because my apartment was on the 2nd floor, it was included, only to find out it's only 8 steps....anything over is an extra charge. I've never lived anywhere that had 8 steps to the 2nd floor. When I called to speak with our rep, he didn't care (although he seemed so attentive prior to making my reservation) and told me if I had complained, he couldn't do anything and I'd need to call customer service. The movers parked in front of a fire hydrant and got a ticket immediately, then made us pay it before they would unload anything. Several of our new boxes were totally messed up. One of the worst moving companies! I should have used Delta Van Lines again, but it was a rush to get done. I wish I could upload the pics I took of my boxes here, but it's not allowing me. read more

I would give them negative stars if I could. We had a long distance move scheduled and we made it very clear that the move was needed to start exactly at 11:00 AM. The night prior - we called multiple times and were confirmed for 11:00 AM start time. The move day comes - it's 11:10 AM we call the movers and they say they will be there shortly. 11:30 AM comes - we call and the dispatch center says they will contact the drivers. They then call back and say we will not be there until 1:30 PM. We explained saying this is a long move and it's unacceptable that we did not receive any notification of the delay until we called multiple times after we were promised that the move would start at 11:00 AM as we had elevator reservations at both apartments. The dispatch went on to laugh at us and say I don't know what to do "do you want us at 1:30 or not". I asked what kind of service are you providing and he replied "the best - great service." After which we went back and forth without an apology and them continuously saying we can come whenever we are ready or not. Your choice. The call ended and then speaking to one of the managers who did not apologize and also said there's nothing to be done (the same individual who confirmed multiple times an 11 AM pickup and start). She proceeded to hang up on us. Then she did not answer any of our phone calls. I used a different number to call - which she picked up - listened to my first two words and then hung up again. Safe to say if a company can't even provide proper service over the phone and accept their mistakes - I can only imagine the true service provided when moving. As you can see - these reviews (almost all bad) speak for themselves. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, USE THIS SERVICE. YOU WILL REGRET IT AND ALL OF THEIR NASTY EMPLOYEES. read more

Long story, but bottom line: they LOST my PIANO, and QUEEN SIZE Bed, in addition to several small boxes containing sentimental items left to me by my deceased mother. Their job is to move items safely from one location to another. They failed. Oren, the owner, has responded here on Yelp offering to follow through with a very low settlement offer of $380 that I actually accepted. I followed up with phone calls and emails and Oren never responded. They essentially got away with theft in a worst case scenario, and incompetence in a generous scenario. Do not use this company. read more

Worst business expiration of any private company. I requested a refund from this moving company after determining their services to be woefully inadequate and unprofessional by reviews (I planned my move months in advance and made the mistake of paying their $100 deposit). Their contract and representatives agreed that I would receive a refund that would take up to 10 business days. It has been more than 30 days and no refund has been issued. They have a customer representative email for refunds... I have sent 3 emails over the course of 3 weeks with no reply, I also called multiple times to request the deposit refund as agreed. If this is how their business operates they certainly will not be getting any of mine. read more

Go to MovingClaims.net for complaints and refunds. I did. Also report them at www.njconsumeraffairs.gov/Pages/File-a-Complaint.aspx Charged us for 3 men when only 2 showed up!!!!! Of course this means they went into overtime to finish the job. Lots of extra money in their pockets. They offered a 16% discount on the 4 hours overcharged to us, but I should receive a 30% refund for the 3rd man not showing up, no? This doesn't include the desk they broke, the armoire that was "too heavy" for their super skinny mover to bring up the stairs, and the guy Orin on his phone. OH, BTW, they let someone without a drivers license drive their truck (skinny guy), but Orin on the phone said yes. They didn't follow the simple instructions (things at the back of the truck go in the garage, things in the front of the truck go in the house). They also were originally going to be 6 hours late because their only available truck "broke down" on the way to my house and was at the mechanics. Yeah right, liars, they over booked. You know, we booked the move weeks in advance. No one ever even came out to see how much stuff we have, so guess what, they couldn't fit everything in their truck. We had to do multiple trips ourselves afterwards. What a nightmare. Pam, the office manager, and Mike and Owen, the owner, stuck by their guns in only refunding $100 when I was overcharged by $300 in overtime. I asked for $200. Again, Go to MovingClaims.net for complaints and refunds. I did. Also report them at www.njconsumeraffairs.gov/Pages/File-a-Complaint.aspx read more

On Aug 13 I had my Items picked up by All in one moving company. They came early and packed up all of my item. I watched and counted everything and so did they. It came out to be a total of 26 items and everything was marked down. Before reading the contract I was told that it would take about a week for my belongings to get to me. I moved into my apartment on august 15 and called very often yo check on my belongings and every time I called I was told 2/3 days. I was told 2/3 days every week literally up until the day that my items arrived. The day that my items did arrive, the driver brought in broken items and immediately I noticed that I was missing items. I counted everything and it came out to 20 items. 6 items were missing. When I told the driver that my items weren't all there he tried to convince me that they marked some boxes twice. Believing what he told me I signed off on all the paperwork and started going through my boxes and noticed that I was in fact missing multiple boxes. I called the driver back about 30 minutes after he left and he informed me that I had to file a report through the company. I want to note that all of the items that I am missing are very important to me and also cost a lot of money I'm missing All of my nail supplies (over $2,000 worth of product) All of my waistbeads (over $500 worth of product) And ALL of my shoes (over $1,000 worth of product) I paid a total of 2,200 (I could be more the price changed the day off and I'm not exact on the number) This situation is really causing me allot of stress because everything that I had for my business is gone and that's how I paid my rent. I have absolutely nothing now. I'm having to start from scratch because my items weren't a priority for the company. This was the worst moving experience and I don't want anyone else to have to deal with everything that I'm going through in this moment read more

Make sure you tell them every last spoon or pillow you are moving or it will be extra. I sent them away and owner was rude and called me racist because I was not able to communicate clearly with the movers. Had her on speaker the whole time so the workers could hear what she was saying to me. She then hung up on me. Very unprofessional. read more

I wouldn't give this POS company any stars. My recommendation is to stay far away from this scam business. The people you talk to on the phone are no good and the people they send to load and move your household goods are worse. First off, they are contracted out from another POS company to get you suckered in to paying a non refundable down payment. Nobody comes to your house to assess how much you have to move. And they don't do weight, it's an eyeball assessment of square footage. Which basically means that they can put 1-2 items in a large box to fill their moving truck. For example, my family and I had a 2,100 square foot home of household goods to move. Nobody came to assess and walk our furniture, but decided on a "FaceTime" video that we had a couple of hundred square footage for loading. You'll end up putting down an extra amount of money for down payment. Our down payment went from $3,500 to $10,000. Also, they won't arrive, load and deliver when you need your stuff. My stuff wasn't out of my house until 2 days past the day I was selling my house. And I didn't receive my household goods until 4 days after I got into my new residence. I will also mention that they will squeeze as much money out of you if you move into a gated community due to the "HUGE" truck that won't make the necessary turns to get to your residence. And they'll charge an additional $1,700 for a small U-Haul to transport your stuff. This "so-called" business is garbage and is not even credited within the Better Business Bureau. It's a switch and bait and you'll end up in debt. STAY AWAY!!! read more

AVOID these movers at any cost! First off, my final bill was more than double the quoted amount. The workers are extremely wasteful of materials. Secon, since they don't allow liquids in the truck, I had to empty out the fuel in my snow blower and lawn mower before they could take it, yet they grabbed 2 mostly full gas cans and some bottles of oil and mixed them in a box with dog toys and loaded it into their truck. by the time I noticed the fuel and oil was gone they were already on their way. Third, I had a statue from 1908 that had orange tape on all sides saying FRAGILE and DO NOT STACK. Lo and behold, it is smashed. It wasn't heavy and due to their insurance waiver not even worth filling a claim. It was passed down to me when my grandfather passed away and is irreplaceable. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH ANYTHING FRAGILE AT ALL! All the boxes I labeled went to the correct rooms upon delivery. All of the boxes they labeled or forgot to label went to the wrong rooms on delivery. It was not made clear until after the movers arrived that they double dip on travel time. They charge for the trucks travel and movers travel. The only reason I put one star is that I can't leave anything lower. Other than that, I would never use our advise anyone to use their services. read more

***Avoid at all costs*** SHARE THIS STORY TO OTHERS LOOKING TO MOVE*** Looking into legal action against this company as they moved my fiancée and I out of our apartment in Manhattan to store our belongings until we provided the address where our belongings should be moved across the country. We paid for the move in advance as was required - and also promptly paid each month to have our items stored - supposedly in a climate controlled facility. At this time - it has been WEEKS since I first reached out to schedule the delivery of my belongings - which are contractually required to be delivered within 21 days of their receipt of notice on where the belongings are to be moved into... What a surprise when now employees STEVE AND ORIN have both gone completely M.I.A. And stopped returning phone calls or even answering them. Not to mention that they've both provided false information and contradicted themselves, eachother, and ultimately the contract that they provided. This has caused ultimate concern as at this point it has the feel that we are being scammed and will potentially never see our items again. Hopefully someone from the company sees this and is prepared to make things right and deliver our belongings as they are contractually and legally bound to. As I write this I sit in my empty apartment wondering if my stuff will ever be delivered... Steve if you read this, why not just give us a call back and be up front about when we will see our stuff again??? Is that too much to ask for? read more

If there is a zero then that what I would have given them. To start off, calling to get an estimate was very professional, reliable. Jay was extremely nice and is able to answer all your questions. Come the day of the move, the loading team was on time, they called ahead to get the right address, and started loading the boxes. They overwrapped items with blankets and tape (at some point, it was truly wasteful, especially that they would charge you at the end of the day). I was told 5-7 days they said.....I remained without any of my belongings for 21 days!! Tried calling multiple times...most of the time I wouldn't even been able to reach Ms. Pam Ortega. I was calling every day without amuch of an update... 21 days later, come the delivery of the objects...They come in the biggest truck I have seen and wouldn't go into my apartment complex....Got upset, rude and yelling at how they need to get a smaller truck and how I need to pay even more money.... The whole experience was so traumatizing that up to this day, I regret going with AIO for their "slightly" cheaper rates only to end up paying more and more at the end.. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.....STAY AWAY read more

All in One Moving did a stellar job for us. They were on time and had us packed and loaded in less than 6 hours. The estimate was a little off but we never had the chance to finish packing so they movers ending up packing more than half of our kitchen. Very polite and professional. This move was so trying. I had scheduled for my stuff to arrive on November 16th. It took them another 11 days for my stuff to arrive. And when I called on the 15th to confirm that my stuff would be arriving on the 16th, I got told that my belongings didn't leave Philadelphia until the 14th. My belongings got picked up from my former residence on November 2nd! For 12 days, it just sat in storage. Why? I don't know. Also, getting in contact with them was like pulling teeth out. They didn't respond to email (after I had given them deposit and picked up my belongings), and they wouldn't pick up the phone unless I called them multiple times. Lies and delays were what I got. They couldn't even tell me what day the driver would be arriving. It was only 12 hours before the driver arrived that they deigned to give me the number of my driver. In terms of the driver, he was very good. I'm not sure if he had anything to do with my stuff being left in storage until the 14th, so I'm going to assume he didn't. He was fast and very communicative. He moved my belongings without no damage. He worked fast and efficiently, put together everything that I asked for and helped double check to make sure that all my belongings were in my apartment before he left. I would advise everyone to never use this company unless you want a stressful move and to sleep on air mattress for almost two weeks. read more

EXTORTION. If I could give 0 stars I would. But then again, majority of my stuff showed up, so I guess you can take the one star. Company is comical at this point. Just want to preface my experience: I had read reviews prior to using this company and was hesitant because I saw some bad ones and thought "eh these are just one-off sour people". I've never written a bad review before but really don't believe this company should profit off anyone else's hard-earned money. They're scammers, frauds and con-artists and I don't say that lightly. Anyway, moving company showed up to my house on the day of my move. Loaded half of my things onto the truck and then said if I didn't pay $1,000 more, they wouldn't take my things. I tried explaining to the man and his team that I had already signed a contract two days prior for a set amount and given a $600 deposit. The set amount was for 250 cubic ft of truck space. I had measured and used under 150 cubic ft. The man said it wasn't about the cubic ft but that I was only allowed one row of space in their truck. He said if it exceeded one row of space then they had to charge extra - which is not what the contract states. Contract states you get up to 250 cubic ft. I called the owner of the company, Lisa, (at least I think she's the owner, not really sure because the company is beyond sketchy, clearly). I talked to her on the phone and told her my situation and that I was freaking out because I needed to be on a plane the next morning and there was no way I could book another moving company and have them come out that day. Lisa knew that was impossible and had used the shortage of moving companies due to the pandemic to her advantage when she increased the moving price $400 on the day (2 days prior) I had called to sign the contract from what my initial price was a few weeks prior. Lisa said she would call the guy and figure it out and call me back. She never called me back. Not to this day (weeks later). I tried calling and texting her multiple times that day. Tried calling the company's phone number and every time I got someone on the phone and told them it was me, they hung up. They started screening my phone number. I had no choice and was stuck with no help from the company. I told the man I wasn't going to pay. He had his team unload EVERYTHING they had just loaded onto the truck. I'm hysterically crying at this point because if I don't pay then none of my things get moved, my lease is already up, and I would have to wait another few weeks before another moving company could pick up my stuff. The man called me a "pendeja" (sounds like bendeja), which is a vulgar Spanish curse at someone calling them a stupid idiot bitch, basically. I told him I understood him and wasn't stupid BUT that I had no choice but to let them take advantage of me, I guess because I had to be on a plane and starting work that Monday. It was Saturday. The guy makes me sign the new contract and pay before they load things back onto the truck. I asked him if I could at least read this new contract before signing and he told me no and that if I didn't sign it they were going to leave. I ended up signing and paying because, what was I going to do? I had to start my new position with the company, across the country that Monday. I spent day after day trying to contact the company and eventually gave up and just hoped my stuff would even show up at this point. My stuff eventually showed up, yesterday, with a different sub contracted moving company. Which is good but still very upset they extorted me for $1,000 more than what we already contractually agreed upon. I called Lisa today on her direct mobile number and she screened me. I called the company number and asked if she was in the office. She was and they transferred me. When I told her it was me and that I was upset I hadn't heard from her and that I was conned out of another $1,000 from them, she said they couldn't do anything about it and tried to pawn me off onto someone else in the office. I have videos of the measurements taken (by an architect by the way lol - his job is literally measurements and maths) of the space my stuff utilized on the truck. 150 cubic ft. Very upsetting. If you go with this company because you think they're cheaper than the rest, just know that you will be conned out of more money later. Not to mention things will get broken and lost, as mine did. I ended up with other peoples things and an expensive mirror and bar cart broken and a few boxes missing. If it had JUST been that, I'd be like "eh, it's all good", as I'm normally really easy going (not that this review reflects that). Just don't want anyone else to get conned like I did and I don't believe this company deserves any business at all. Long story short: highly do NOT recommend this company. read more

All the other reviews are correct. Please stay away from this moving company! The salesman I initially spoke with seemed personable and knowledgeable about the moving process, but then used high pressure sales tactics to get me to leave a deposit for the move. (I should have known that was a red flag) I was told several lies including that I would not have any additional charges for wrapping the furniture as well as the fact that the travel time that I would be charged for is for the time it would take for the movers to arrive at my location in the morning. On the day of the move, surprise surprise I was told that there would be additional charges for tape as well " additional travel time from the first to second location, as well as from the second location back to the "main office" after the move was completed. On top of this, the movers were unprofessional. They intentionally wasted tape, only using about 1/4 of the roll before throwing it on the floor as well. As soon as I left the room, there was little movement and when I returned to the room all of a sudden the mover would hurry to appear to be busy moving. It only got worse from there. The movers tried to leave with the truck before it was even full, and the foreman got upset that I wanted to follow the truck to the final location (this was a local approx 20 mile move). So what he decided to do is weave through traffic at 80-90 miles/hour so I could lose track of them. He even blew through a yellow light that was turing red so I couldn't follow. When I tried to contact my "salesman", told me to call when I arrived to the second location. When I arrived at the location about 10 mins later he was "out to lunch". I could not reach him until the end of the day after I was forced to pay more than 60% above the original estimate. Long story short, please avoid this company at all costs. I dealt with a very dishonest salesman and an unprofessional moving team, (3 guys) 1 of which decided to make inappropriate jokes about my ethnicity. I would have much rather taken my chances with a Craigslist mover then this BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY. Please save yourself the headache. read more

Run away from these guys. The bad reviews are right on and the positive review from Andrea K. is probably a company shill. All went well until the truck was loaded. That is when the extra charges started. The big extra was when my goods arrived and they tried to hit me with a $1200 shuttle charge because their big truck could not navigate my neighborhood. Shuttle charges were discussed at booking and I was assured that they only apply to moves in urban centers like NY or SF. I live in rural Oregon. When I argued about the shuttle charges they said okay, they would cancel my move. They literally held my stuff hostage until I paid (cash of course). When my property arrived the boxes were beat up, some furniture items broken, and other items just missing. Among items missing were my TV sound bar and my shop vac. As far as getting reimbursed for the damage - good luck. They turned me over to their claims service in Arizona and I have had no response from them. Like I said, run from these guys as fast as you can! read more

THE WORST EXPERIENCE. 1. Actual price was over $3,000 higher than the original estimate. 2. MULTIPLE ITEMS BROKEN. The crew that was unloading the truck slammed our boxes down in front of us, including the box labeled "fragile". When we asked them to please be careful, they said "don't tell me how to do my job" and "everyone makes mistakes". Dishes, plastic boxes, CD cases were all shattered. An expensive steam vacuum cleaner was stuffed on top of boxes in the truck, the crew member pulled the boxes from under it, dropped the cleaner and shattered it, didn't pause to apologize. 3. ITEMS MISSING. Crew refused to check off boxes as they unloaded the truck. When they finished, they asked if it looked like everything was there since they have more than one shipment. Subsequently we are missing an entire box and stand alone shelves. 4. BED BUGS. Cover on one of the mattresses was damaged, and a week after the items have arrived our house was invested with bed bugs. It cost us thousands of dollars to treat the house. Dealing with All-In-One Moving company was the worst decision, cost us over ten thousand dollars, as well as loss of sentimental items, and all the emotional stress. We submitted the claim and got offered $78. read more

THESE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE CROOKS! For the record, I never write bad reviews. In fact, I rarely write reviews period but it would seem immoral in this case not to. They ended up adding on HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS in fees. They have ZERO communication between their office and the movers themselves. They seem friendly on the phone...DON'T BE FOOLED. My $720 estimate cost $1080. My customer service rep was also lousy. The salesman Adam I spoke with confidently told me that they could get the job done in 5 hours. He actually said that 5 might have been an over estimate. The move took 7 hours which cost me an extra $240 Adam did inform me that I needed to have everything boxed appropriately or there would be extra charges. I don't have much moving experience though so I called 2 weeks in advance to ask what to do about the big furniture. Adam told me to box the TVs, buy tape and they would take care of the rest. Come the day of the move they tell me that my glass furniture needed to be boxed in advance. and they charged me and extra $120 to box that stuff. I call Adam while the movers are there to ask for the $120 to be taken off the bill. My rationale was that I had told Adam I had glass furniture (which I did) and was not told about the fee. Adam goes on a condescending tirade about how I'm accusing him of being a liar and how he did tell me about the glass furniture and how even if he didn't tell me it was in the estimate he emailed me. In fairness I didn't read the email closely enough. It def was there and it wasn't in fine print or anything like that. However, Adam was told about the glass furniture, denied being told about it, was overly defensive about it, accused me of trying to cheat them looool, didn't talk to me in a professional manner, and most importantly did not wave the $120 (which he should have). That call lost them my future business. The movers themselves worked hard. Francisco the foreman was professional and him and his crew took good care of my stuff. They had to refund me $60 and Francisco took care of that personally and in an efficient manner. (One positive for AIO is they do handle paperwork quickly. Adam too, to his credit mailed me forms quickly and efficiently). On the downside, they were 40 minutes late and broke an entertainment center in my parents house while moving my things out. (It was an accident though and hopefully insurance will cover it). Overall I can't recommend these guys to anyone. The estimate was simply bogus, there were charges there that weren't explained to me verbally despite me calling and asking for help (though they were in the contract), and their sales rep made the experience with them unpleasant. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could, but that is not allowed. I moved from PA to FL and paid over 19K to this company for the move. They improperly packed my Sleep Number bed, even though I had the Sleep Number help page available for them. I had to have the Sleep Number installation team come out to my new house to put it together. They also yanked the wires out of a connector on one of the bed switches, I had to order and pa for the replacement. When they arrived at my house in PA they had an old version of the estimate so they were not ready to pack (even though I had included it and paid for it prior), and they could not pick everything up since the truck was too small. The packing was not very good as I found out at delivery when about 50% of the boxes were crushed. Legs were broken off 4 of our antiques and we had to fix them before we could place them in position in our new house. At delivery they didn't show up until almost 5:00 pm and that's when we found out that they didn't have all our stuff. They wanted me to sign acceptance and pay the full balance even though they didn't have all our stuff. The contrace and the pickup team told me that the balance payment had to be paid in cash or Postal money order, but when I spoke to the dispatch caller he told me that I had to have a cashier check or Postal money order, AFTER I had gone to the bank twice to get the cash and I had to go back to the bank to get the cashier check. The second delivery team was not told they would need to assemble thing that had been disassembled and they would need to remove the cardboard and paper. I had to call and have the owner tell them they were supposed to do that too. The communication between the delivery team and the company was very poor as many of the discussions I had with the company was just not passed to the team. This is not a company I would recommend nor would I use them again. Anyone else would be better. read more

Thank you. I normally do not give good reviews. The only time I comment is when I am not satisfied. But all of you are worth a good review. It was a pleasure working with all the people at All-In-One. It took several months from the time I first contacted them for an estimate and when I was finally ready to make the move. Over that time I worked with Kirk, Lizzy, Daniel and Nicole. All were most helpful, courteous and professional. I am glad I selected All-In-One. Both pickup and delivery were on time with what I had been told.. Omar, the driver that picked up my belongings, was wonderful. The two guys who wrapped the furniture and loaded the truck did an excellent job. Everything arrived looking like it did when it was picked up. I did my own packing and not everything is unpacked, but the boxes and tubs arrived with no damage. I certainly appreciated the driver, who drove to destination, keeping me up to date on expected arrival time (I think his name was Bijik but not sure). The person who was at the destination for delivery was impressed with the way everything was wrapped and with the way things were unloaded and put in the house. I hope I haven't left anyone out. I was very fortunate with the short time between pickup and delivery for a cross country move and was very happy it worked out that way. I was disappointed that the final price was slightly more than estimate but I know it is not possible to have final amount until truck is loaded and when you have a lot of stuff that is what happens. Overall, my experience was great and I would definitely recommend All-In-One to anyone that asks. May all of you have wonderful Holidays. read more

The price went from 8,000 to 15,000 after the van was mostly loaded. When signing paperwork, I noticed that the delivery title didn't match the company's title, nor did their DOT #s match. A very agitated worker at the other end of the phone could not duly account for the discrepancies, but assured me "All in One" would deliver. After writing all over the paperwork that "All in One" was the only company authorized to deliver, a company named, "ACIRFA" showed up at the other end, in an unmarked truck, 7 1/2 hours later than they announced in the morning. The delivery foreman seemed angry or torqued up on substances and refused to take furniture up the two steps inside. His assistant seemed fearful, hurried needlessly and ended up dumping 5 bins over the ramp's edge. There were lots of broken glass and ceramics. We begged him to bring in the hutch, which was a mistake. The foreman violently slammed into the wall and floor and knocked it out of alignment so the door won't open. All in One's "Insurance Co." refused to pay for the repairs, even for receipts that were submitted. This pathetic company won't take responsibility for anything. read more

I was really nervous come moving day to be quite honest. Once the movers called and said they were on their way I felt a little better. The crew came wearing "All in One" shirts which showed they were professional. They started to talk to me like I was a person not like I didn't know anything about moving. They explained things and then proceeded to load my items onto the truck. It seemed like they all must have been doing this for years the way they did everything with ease. I was already half really happy once everything was loaded and en route to my new place. When the guys got to my new apartment, they started unloading immediately. They all worked together very nicely and communicated well with each other and me. Once they were finished, under the time quoted, I was relieved and pleased and handed them their tips. I thanked them very much for doing a great job and that was basically the day. I would definitely use them again and have already refered them to one of my co-workers. read more

READ THE REVIEWS! This company is awful! We moved from Maryland to Utah. They picked our stuff up on March 23rd. It wasn't delivered until April 25th. There was NO communication from this company. We had to continuously call to find out when the truck would be delivering our stuff. They gave us five different dates with different excuses as to why they couldn't deliver our belongings. We felt like we were being held hostage. Needless to say, when the truck arrived there was only one person unloading a eighteen wheeler. I expected some damage but not as much as we had. It made me sick seeing our belonging damaged and the boxes that were clearly marked FRAGILE were majorly damaged along with the items inside. Several pieces of furniture that we have had glass which was broken. I could go on and on about our horrible experience with this company. Do yourself a favor and us a national moving company. Save your self the headache. read more

I just moved my mother and son and daughter-in-law from NJ and NY respectively to Chandler AZ. The team in the NJ/NY area that packed up everything were great!!! They knew their stuff and were nothing but professional. I've read complaints that they used too much packing tape. Hog wash!! I'm so glad they did. We had just 2 small dishes and the 5 foot long china cabinet shelves break - nothing else! We couldn't be happier. The office staff was helpful and courteous. Jay was so helpful that I don't think I could have done the move without him. The only negative I can say is that I underestimated how much stuff there was and the cost was well above our original estimate. You never realize how much you have until you are loading it into a truck! I would use them again in a heartbeat. read more

I would like to commend this moving company, especially two of there employees, Danny and Christian, on the outstanding job that was done with my move. Danny and Christian took great care with my belongings treating them as if they were theirs. They worked very hard and were done in less than 6 hours, which was surprisingly since I had a lot of things nor did they charged me for the tape, which was plus for me. Because there were suppose to charge me for it.. My only dissatisfaction was with another employee who was present but was a non-factor. I believe his name was Tito. He really did nothing. Maybe cause he a driver not a mover Should I ever I have to move again or if anybody is looking to move, I would absolutely recommend this company, as long as they send Danny and Christian read more

4 years since my first review and I have bought a home and used All In One 2 more times (one apartment move and finally the house). So 3 times chose them. Still very happy with this company. They did their level best to get my large wardrobe up the tiny stairs of an old house. They really tried. I later had to dismantle it and rebuild upstairs. Still careful, polite, friendly and clear on cost (they will alert you if you go over the estimate). They figure out how to get the big stuff in through impossibly small entries. In a way I will miss them as I do not plan to move again for many years. I continue to highly recommend this company. read more

These guys were great. We moved from a 2 bd condo to a 3 bedroom house, and these guys were attentive, courteous, and very helpful. The moved quickly and efficiently, wrapping up and offering to take stuff that we hadn't even thought of asking them to move. They brought blankets and plastic, and wrapped all of the big items we had, and some small ones. The three men who helped with the move were impeccably professional. My belongings were well-secured. They were careful with everything and didn't waste a second. Not once did they stop, not even for a breather. They worked very, very hard. Highly recommended. Thank you boys read more

I have read the other reviews and I respect their reviews about their experience. However, I had a completely different experience with my move. I moved from the UK to the Northern Virginia area. Granted, All in One did not pack my household goods but they did deliver them from the Hampton, VA area. I had almost 5000 lbs and live on the 17th floor in my building. The two gentlemen who delivered and unpacked my goods were exceptionally friendly and careful with my belongings. I noted only a few small items that were damaged (total damage was probably under $150), but that is expected in an overseas move. read more

Adam at All in One Moving & Storage was very professional and helpful from the very first contact we had with him. The estimate process was easy, the actual contract was extremely close to what we paid at the end of the move, and our moving day went smoothly and on schedule. The movers were fast and efficient, and when an item didn't fit into the new place, they offered to take it and safely store it for us until we were able to pick it up. Calls were always answered promptly and good attention was paid to our specific move and needs. Very pleased with this moving and storage company. read more

I recently relocated from New Jersey to Colorado and All in One moved all my belongings in immaculate condition. There were no price gouging or any changes in the quote which Sam provided and it was perfect move. I would give them 5 star rating not only because of the price and honesty but also for the professionalism of the moving crews. They are no nonsense guys and they do their work and make sure the things are all good. I would definitely choose them for any kind of move in my lifetime. All the best ALL IN ONE ...simply amazing...!! read more

They stole my property and admitted to it. Unfortunately, they were not bright enough to lock the tracking feature on my device, and my iPhone was tracked and found at their employee's home. Owner's son Michael is quite unpolished - as was his staff. Employees are a direct reflection of their managers. Both proved to be dishonest, shady and far from professional. Overall, I found AIO to be a disgraceful place of business. I will be filing a police report as well as a complaint with the BBB. Just beware.... read more

I contacted All in One Moving in Saddlebrook for an office move and have nothing but good things to say about them. They were professional and easy to work with. I got a price quote and then at the last minute, our move location and date changed and we had to make a quick move - All In One Moving accomidated us in every way we needed and saved the day! The movers were very kind and professional. I cant say enough good things about them and i would highly recommend them to anyone needing moving services!! read more

I suggest you DON"T BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU! They lied to me multiple times about the delivery date after they picked up our belongings, delivered my move approx 41 days after scheduled delivery date, changed the contract after my items were loaded in the truck (felt like a bait and switch), and broke my most expensive item ( large tv). Most of their employees were very rude and uncaring regarding my inquiring. I was concerned they were stealing our belongings. Use a different company. read more

I would not give this company any stars if possible. On the day of delivery I found that many valuable and irreplaceable pieces of furniture were broken and I was missing four boxes ( one with very important documentation). I have moved accross country seven times before this last time and never experienced such dissapointment with a mover. Please do not use their services. Even after the complaint was filed they failed to provide good customer service. read more

Local Guide · 9 reviews 14 minutes ago If we could give negative review we would! Poor management, poor attitude, discriminatory, works employees beyond what they should but refuses to pay overtime. (And they claim to be a "Christian" company.) Search thru other reviews to see this is a place to stay away from - customers AND job seekers! read more

Great Company Very professional, effective, careful. Their planning process was tailored to my needs. The execution of the move was impeccable. In addition, my job was very complex and required a certain amount of flexibility in terms of scheduling/routing; they were very accommodating and efficient. read more
