There are 200+ stalls in the place selling everything from soup to nuts. One has to be the latter to show up in a weekend day or even any day during high tourist season. Since we aren't here in such a day, nearly all the stalls are closed, meaning anyone looking to "drive" a bargain is gonna "stall" out. Speaking of stalls, there are restroom facilities scattered throughout the market. Do yourself a favor and don't spend too much time in here. Meantime a lot of what one may find in there tends toward that which the tourist would likely buy: cheap tchotchkes and mediocre merchandise of odd origin and questionable quality. Also know that the market caters heavily toward Hispanics. Place is laid out like a grid in an aluminum sided building, and there is some semblance of temp control in there. So find a pattern (say back to front, side to side), walk it and GTFO before you totally die of boredom and your wallet dies due to dollar store dysentery. Blech!

I had forgot to write an update review on this flea market during my visit. Laying in bed…read more.. gathering my thoughts, I remembered I stopped at the flea market to just browse around. There were many vendors in the air-conditioned building selling various items such as t-shirts, casual dresses, electronics, perfumes, jewelry, purses & accessories, and much more. There was also food trucks in the back parking lot. After walking around for about thirty minutes, I decided to buy a few things for myself: a watch, a purse and wallet set, and five pairs of sunglasses...all at a good deal. I also wanted to get myself a T-shirt or a hoodie, but I wasn't feeling any of the graphics that they had, and the few that I did like, they didn't have my size. The vendors I bought the items from were friendly and gave satisfactory customer service. Despite it being a hot day, I did enjoy amusing my eyes at all the merchandise. Will definitely come back to check out any new items on my next visit.

Today at Recycling the Magic, I found the SuperStar of my Disney Pin collection. If you're into the elevated elements of Disney Pin collecting, you know a pin art piece like this is called a Progression. It shows the progress of a pin's production through the steps of its manufacture. Until this year's 25th Anniversary Pin Celebration, the Walt Disney Imagineering cast member company store Mickey's of Glendale was the primary source for pin progressions with a few exceptions from the Disney Gallery Stores and Park Pin Event exclusives. This extraordinary example is from Disney Auctions, the online source for many of the finest, rarest, and priciest pins ever made, and was an exceptional value, especially since it's priceless to me. Disney Fine Art pieces command thousands of dollars, and this was no exception. One thing I love about Recycling the Magic is you'll find something for every taste and budget. The thing I love the most is if your Disney vacation has emptied your wallet, you'll love the combination of museum and thrift store vibe that makes every visit, no matter how often you visit, a nostalgic and surprising treasure hunt. Low on Disney dollars? Bring your pre-loved Disneyana of any kind and the lovely and classy store proprietor Becky will offer you a fair price to re-home your stuff no matter how common. The warm and funny love of her life Jerry reigns over the cash register, and is the animation, watch, and jewelry expert. My personal favorite Pat is the pin expert, and my new best pin friend! Like the store itself, the staff is friendly yet sophisticated, helpful, and knowledgeable. The hard-working Ashton, Steven, and the rest will help you schlep stuff in and out cheerfully and effortlessly. The Disney Parks and movies background music enhances the experience, and before you know it, you're wandering through a Disney fantasyland as magical as the Magic Kingdom itself. I recommend a visit to every Disney fan and Cast Member I encounter, and even though current Cast Members should know that they avoid buying from anyone currently working for the company, your friends and family are welcome to sell. This was my first time at Goodwill in a VERY long time! The lovely employee at the front gave us a…read morecart and we walked through the store looking for Disney shirts! I was surprised to see they had a deal on the already discounted items where anything with an orange tag was 50% off. I got two shirts at $1 each! This store was extremely clean and well organized. I was able to find a Disney shirt that still had the original tag on it. The employees were super nice and this was a great experience so I would recommend the store to anyone looking for a good location!

This is the biggest Goodwill I think I've ever been to. There was so much to see here. I was…read morelooking for brown boots and was able to find exactly what I was looking for. They had so many different shoes to look through that they even had different areas set up for specific shoe colors. Since there are so many shoes for women, they are all pretty affordable. However, they were not as many shoes for men so they were a bit more on the expensive side. Most of the men's shoes that I found for my husband started at about $15 and went all the way up to over $100. For used shoes I wouldn't pay anything over $20. The cashiers were friendly. I saw an item behind the shelves that I wanted a price check on and the lady helped me. If you're in the area and you're looking to pick up some thrifted goods, I would definitely recommend checking this store out. They do have a restroom inside but you need to push the button by the door and wait for an employee to come let you into the bathroom. Make sure if you're with someone else that they take your items because you're not allowed to bring merchandise into the restroom with you.
