I mentioned that I needed the battery replaced. They immediately took my key fob, opened it, saw the battery that needed to be replaced, got the battery, and replaced it. I bought the battery for a little under 6 dollars. I also got 4 AA batteries for about 7 dollars (Durucel brand). While the batteries were a bit expensive, it was the excellent service in why I will definitely recommend and come back to this store. Even though I didn't get to see the other items they had, I just needed the batteries and thanks to them, I was in an out within 5 minutes. They are indeed the place with helpful hardware folks! On a really basic note, the parking at this location is terrible. It's a lovely & convent shopping center but when they were planning it they did not consider the popularity and getting parking anywhere here is like competing in the hunger games. Very unpleasant every time right away. They just never seem to have what I need in stock. Even when placing an order for pickup I tend to have to go to a different, farther away location. Staff is really unfriendly at this location as well. No Studio McGee specific section p they just lump it all together. Shelves are often bare. I don't love that customer service and pickups are not the same location as is with most Target locations(completely opposite ends of the store). The lighting in the fitting rooms is horrendous. Incredibly dark. Mountains of clothing piled up there as well. Last time I was there I had 2 people cut me in line to go into a fitting room and the two staff members who were there and saw this said nothing and did nothing. They actually helped the people who blatantly cut I front of me with questions and then walked them into a room before those of us waiting (there was a physical line for the fitting room because only a few open and did not bother to open them all despite the line of people waiting) The plastic bag recycling is in the center of the store rather than at customer service. I just in general have not had a good experience at this location which is a shame as it is my closest location. Added a star because it at least has the updated footprint and my last one did not so theres a positive for me but that's the only one Edit: I was there for a pick up and had to use the bathroom. The women's was unacceptably bad. Like brown marks in the walls of the stalls. People's ruin on evey seat. I told staff but like wow. If you are going to use a public restroom please treat with an iota of respect and like some. Else had to use it after you and clean it after you have been there.

It took me a while to write this review. I am not a difficult person and I knew something was off…read moreabout this place from the start. I paid for a washer and dryer online and was quoted a monthly price, but I was still asked to come in and fill out more paperwork. When I got there the price they gave me was $20 more than what was quoted online and I still had to pay an extra fee for the next week. I just went with it. When they delivered my stuff they failed to bring a certain part that I needed for the dryer, I called every other day to get them to bring it but it took them almost three weeks. They are always adding on hidden fees, there is no online system in place to let you know exactly how much you need to pay and when, they just call you a day or two after your "due date" and tell you that you have a late fee, even though they failed to call on the day of. And every time they called, they tried to rope me into paying for the entire month, versus one or two weeks, telling me that I'm down to pay monthly. I never agreed to that. They are unprofessional and all over the place. The last good review on here was for five months ago, I'm guessing they have new staff who don't know what they're doing. I forgot to mention that when they come to my house they knock on the door like the police, I told them that I have babies in the house the first time they did that. I write reviews of every place I do business with or visit, this will go everywhere if it will save multiple people from the headache and force a business to do better.
