An absolute master class in culinary & hospitality experience…read more Started with the ponzu tuna crudo, very well done and balanced. This place nails it with variety & crazy modest prices! You know the character of a restaurant by the care they put into the menu priced that shows respect for their guests. They offer steak night (every night!) with entrees 50% off!! The filet was seared crisp outside, perfect med rare. The pasta's handmade that actually tastes like someone kneaded it with love, not a machine. Veal ossobuco is my favorite meal & this one is at the very top of a long list of past favorites. It melts off the bone, rich and slow-braised, with perfect acid in the tomato ragu. Was so satisfying!! Mac & cheese was way way too good! Best part was every dish hit the table so hot! I love food that is still steaming to the last bite. The picca chica cocktail was a perfect blend of spicy & sweet. Wine list is stupidly deep; you'll spot bottles you've never heard of, all poured by people who actually care if you like it. Lastly the crème brûlée was truly out of this world and so unique in taste and presentation. I'm quietly plotting my next reservation. Worth every bite. A special thank you to Colleen & Chef Lupe for their hospitality & genuine service!

The fact that they have their happy hour all day from opening to closed pretty amazing. All wines and cocktails were on point. My favorite there was Limoncello spritz! (Less than $10) Some of star dishes that flavorful and delicious are : Beef carpacio, Seasonal farmer salad, Chicken Masala. Spoke with chef Nico and found out that soon they will offer steak which I can't hardly wait. Staffs are always friendly from the host, servers and bartender. I usually sat at the bar and chat with Mark, Jose or Felice sometimes bar can get so busy but definitely worth it! I will be back for live music on Friday(check with them before you go, if you want to see the live music)

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the large fish tank as you walk in adds a luxurious touch without the crowds and chaos of the Strip. Hubby ordered fish and chips and I ordered the Short rib Grill Cheese ! Food did not take too long to arrive and it was delicious. Portion sizes are on the generous size. My grill cheese was amazing. The meat in my sandwich was so tasty with the onions and the bread was all cooked to perfection. My husband said that his fish tasted fresh and he really liked the batter and taste. I did not like the cowboy burger. It was under cooked. I asked for it to be medium well. But the candied bacon on it was good. The bartender didn't offer to take it off my bill but gave me 20% off. Which is nothing really on a $16 burger. I would suggest come for the apps and sides and cocktails.

We were looking for a new place to try for dinner before heading over to the Sphere. This was a…read moregreat choice. DRS is located in the Linq and is and one of their newest restaurants, located there for about a year. Just follow the signs. It's a bit in the back but easy to get to and the signs are bright and welcoming. The concept of the restaurant is that it is giving '70's vibe. The restaurant has that for sure, but the other floors have a lot going on. Some of the pre-entry gives more of a subway/graffiti feel. Some spaces look as if they would be great if you were gathering a lot of people for a fun night out or party group. Lots of bar areas and game tables. Super fun idea!! The restaurant does feel like a few restaurants I remember from the 70's. There is a dim ambiance but perfect for a meal as a couple or a family. There is a full bar with some of the classic drink recipes but they can make anything you request. The walls have a lot of celebrity photos and other posters. It is definitely 70's. The food was very good! We ordered a good variety. The grilled octopus is something my husband always orders. If it's not your thing, get the shrimp!! Bread and butter comes right away and was airy and delicious. We ordered the special bone in filet with crab. It was cooked just right and the seasoning was perfect. It also came with a wedge salad. This dinner was large and I was happy we decided to split it. That choice also left room for an amazing dessert of crème brûlée. A perfect finish to an amazing meal and experience. Oh! I need to tell you about Alfredo. He was our server and extremely helpful and passionate about this restaurant. He ensured that we made just the right choices. Everyone there was working very well together. It was a happy team !

Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Rob, Maitre D extraordinaire. Great energy, very welcoming, and he explained the dining experience without sounding rehearsed. The downstairs lobby is such a cool vibe. They have drink specials and a hidden little photo booth situation you have to discover for a free pic The dining room is upstairs and we were warmly greeted by everyone there. The actual dining room is dimly lit with cozy booths, a beautiful bar, and Diana Ross energy everywhere Our server Brisa absolutely crushed it!! Very knowledgeable about the menu, offered great suggestions, knew all her cocktails, and had a great attitude the whole night. Hospitality in Vegas unfortunately is not anywhere near where it should be on way too many occasions, and Brisa is better than most. Food..... Bone Marrow Bites were pretty good. The puree underneath was a really tasty accompaniment. Baked Potato Croquette was the table favorite for apps and disappeared immediately. Ribeye was cooked perfectly. Husband devoured it with zero shame. Steak Frites was also cooked really well. We got the Rhinestone Cowboy Butter which basically tasted like garlic butter in the best way. The Bone Marrow Butter was just ok. Thai Shrimp were coated well and full of flavor. Disco Fries were solid, standard poutine vibes. Mac and Cheese was supposed to be French onion inspired but mostly tasted like white cheddar mac with a little onion aftertaste. It has potential but needed something...definitely more salt. Harissa Roasted Carrots were super flavorful with a nice spicy kick. One of the better sides honestly. Mashed potatoes were bland. Like aggressively bland. Overall though, the experience was fun, stylish, and the service really carried the night. Definitely a cool Vegas spot and we'd come back. Shout out to Bing Bing for helping to give us such a great experience and for making the Marshmallow Inferno dessert. It's table side, eye catching and tasted fabulous!!
