When I called and asked about a return I was told they couldn't so I decided to go to the store. Once I arrived I had once again asked about a refund or exchange and was told that I could not be given one. The employee had called his boss not once but twice the second time he asked about on the receipt where it says "no refund will be considered without original packaging" which I had but still wasn't good enough. When the employee called the boss to ask if that counted he said "I don't give a shit if the customer changed their mind they cannot get a refund." I was given 0.6 rated coils which still are not correct they're supposed to be 1.0 or up. I was told try to turn down my wattage but they defeats the purpose of even buying it. I'm angry and upset that I spend nearly $200 in Christmas money and could not even get a EXCHANGE. I will NEVER go back to this place and will be putting in a claim with the BBB. They have lovely employees just should be better informed when it comes to customers who are seeking help on the correct device for them. As for the boss himself he is a selfish ignorant man. Although he may have been knowledgeable about cigars, his lack of knowledge of pipe tobacco was very apparent.
