He suggested the boosts and they are not correct for us the coils are not rated to handle the salt nic that we use. When I called and asked about a return I was told they couldn't so I decided to go to the store. Once I arrived I had once again asked about a refund or exchange and was told that I could not be given one. The employee had called his boss not once but twice the second time he asked about on the receipt where it says "no refund will be considered without original packaging" which I had but still wasn't good enough. When the employee called the boss to ask if that counted he said "I don't give a shit if the customer changed their mind they cannot get a refund." I was given 0.6 rated coils which still are not correct they're supposed to be 1.0 or up. I was told try to turn down my wattage but they defeats the purpose of even buying it. I'm angry and upset that I spend nearly $200 in Christmas money and could not even get a EXCHANGE. I will NEVER go back to this place and will be putting in a claim with the BBB. They have lovely employees just should be better informed when it comes to customers who are seeking help on the correct device for them. As for the boss himself he is a selfish ignorant man. The show room was sparse with maybe a total of 7 tins of pipe tobacco and 3 jars of "in-house blend". They have a nice size walk in humidor with what appears to be a pretty good selection, although I did not go inside. They also have a nice smoking lounge. The counter person, who I interrupted his leisurely cigar, treated me as though I were an imposition. Although he may have been knowledgeable about cigars, his lack of knowledge of pipe tobacco was very apparent. Out of courtesy and in support of brick-and-mortar stores, I routinely buy at least something while I'm there. I picked up a ton of Samuel Gawith Full Virginia Flake at the exorbitant price of $18 for 50g... Needless to say I will not be patronizing this store in the future! The only reason for the two stars, it's next to a Dickeys' Barbecue!

I have never been disappointed. This is one of the few businesses in the Valley that is a testament to the fact that customer satisfaction is king. The store itself is very comfortable. Many humidors neglect to maintain air quality as much as el humidor. There is nothing worse when you are trying to enjoy a good smoke and have no choice but to enjoy what everyone else in the room is smoking. That's not the case here. With constant temp/humidity control and industrial smoke removal it is a fantastic place to hide from the world for a bit and just enjoy a great smoke.
