Within a couple of days he had our estimate to us. Once we had our HOA approval (thank you, Justin, for taking the time to call them and go over exactly how he would be doing the yard, drainage, etc) Justin and his project manager came to the house and they both went over everything that would be done. We got a start date scheduled and they were here bright and early on a Monday morning. They got the yard leveled, forms set & rebar installed. On Wednesday morning the concrete truck was here and the guys busted their backsides and got everything just right. On Friday the project manager and one of his guys put the stain on the border and the following week, after everything was dry, they sealed it. Concrete isn't cheap, and with Just-in-Time, you definitely get what you pay for!! They did a fantastic job and I am so happy with their work!

Michael read the review and reached out with a solution. It was a bit of a compromise - but one that we found acceptable. Michael agreed to power wash the driveway and apply a topical stain that matched the color we were originally expecting. We, in turn, agreed to pay for a sealer - something that would not have been needed if the original concrete had retained its coloring. The resulting driveway is exactly what we wanted.
