Highly recommend Eden's Echo…read more Erin is amazingly talented and sweet and so helpful! The bouquets and centerpieces etc, that she created for my wedding, were absolutely magnificent. I explained my vision and she just ran with it, knowing exactly the atmosphere I wanted to create, on the most special day of my life. I can't say enough about Erin and her business. She was so very helpful to me, even helping me with things unrelated to the floral aspect of our wedding. She even came back to the venue and set up for my bridal portraits (had them after the wedding due to photographer getting sick). Anyways, I'm rambling but just wanted to share my enthusiasm for Erin and Eden's Echo.

For our anniversary I told my husband that I wanted a flower arrangement with the same flowers as the ones at our wedding. So after doing some research on Yelp, we found Lauren from Blooms To Go. One of my friends in San Antonio passed away recently and I wanted to send a special arrangement…read morefor his service. When I say special, I mean none of your Teleflora style generic flower arrangements. I mean something artistic, elegant, and/or unusual. I spent well over an hour looking through websites claiming to be for "the best florist in San Antonio" until I came across No. 9. The moment their home page loaded with their gorgeously gothic arrangement, I KNEW this was the florist for me. They don't have set arrangements to show on the site, so I called and spoke to Angel. She explained that everything is custom-made and their prior work can be seen on Instagram. Based on the vibe I got from Instagram and their website, I had no doubt that I'd be ordering from No. 9. Angel and I quickly discussed my budget, timing, the flowers she had available, and the color palette, including potential use of local foliage and flowers. The arrangement, delivered just this morning, blew me away. Even though I knew No. 9 would come through with something unconventional, Angel worked her magic and produced a heart stopper. If, like me, you can't stand carnations and baby's breath and prefer elegance, character, and heart in your flowers, don't pass up the chance to experience No. 9's arrangements.

If we could give 10 stars, we would. We got married at Hofmann Ranch on 12/28 in the midst of a…read moredeep freeze and catastrophic flight cancellations from Southwest. My husband, Phil, and I waited for 3 years for this wedding because of COVID. At first, it was going to be at Wedgewood Brittany Hill in CO, then it got cancelled because of COVID, then Wedgewood Carmel in CA when things started to reopen, and finally we moved it to Hofmann Ranch because my mom is struggling with complications from her double knee replacement surgeries that were postponed because of COVID and she couldn't fly to CA. The day before our wedding, Southwest cancelled Phil's best man's and his wife's flights, Phil's cousins' flights, and my friend's flights and my uncle had to drive all the way from San Diego the day before the wedding. We were beyond worried and devastated. Because of the Hofmann Ranch team, we felt so secure and so loved and our families and friends were able to meet each other for the first time and connect with each other. Britney thought of everything: making sure that my mom had a place to sit so that she could march with me halfway down the path of the patio deck, she held onto my train, she made a water color Phannie drink sign that was gorgeous, she made sure that we ate, she thought of every single detail and schedule change when our families kept talking and singing (this is what happens when you get a whole bunch of Filipinos together LOL), she made sure that Phil and I ate food, and there are countless other things that I am sure that we don't know about. Giving Britney my bouquet was the only way that I could say how grateful I was for creating a magical place and experience in spite of all the obstacles. Phil and I are so thrilled and feel like we were destined to be married at Hofmann Ranch. You have a special place in our hearts. I hope that your mother liked the bouquet. This is what giving it to you means to me.  We would like to express our love and gratitude to Britney, Sara, Chef Daniel, Mark, Joey, Josh, and the Limelight Photography team. Each of you made our day absolutely wonderful. Additionally, Cynthia's cake design and William's flowers were beautiful! I think that anyone who is getting married needs to go to Hofmann Ranch and that Britney and her team need to do their weddings! Thank you to everyone else that we communicated with at Wedgewood over the years and in the months leading up to our celebration. Creating a beautiful experience where our families and friends could meet for the first time and have fun was truly a gift. Have a wonderful New Year and thank you so much for an unforgettable experience. Each of you are a true blessing. May God bless you and your family always and may the Force be with you! With much love and gratitude, Phil and Annie #phannie2020
