They went into the attic and found the cause of the mold and talked about how to take care of it. Their explanations were clear and thorough. They gave me a guide so I could do the removal myself if I wanted to, or I could hire someone else to do it; but they did not pressure me to purchase their service. I was pretty thrilled with their openness. I've already recommended them to the neighbors and in-laws, who also seem to be pretty satisfied with their work. I'm not really big on writing reviews, but I saw that the number of reviews these guys had didn't match the work they do. So I decided to give some input.

Our apartment complex got water damage after some heavy snow and Servepro took care of all the units that got hit. We were lucky to have the least amount of damage. These guys were really amazing. My wall looks as good as new. Also they fixed my blinds in my living room and brought me more slats that were missing from previous damage. And that wasn't even the part of my apartment that had the damage!!! Thank You so much for doing that. If I ever become a home owner these are the guys I'm gonna call if I need them.

This time they have been extremely slow. here it is 4 almost 5 months later and we are still without a kitchen! The contractor that they hired to do the drywall and flooring ended up putting a lean on our house in order to get them to pay. We called them to get an update and the lady that is managing our house is "out on vacation" and apparently did not leave notes for anyone else to know what was going on. This has been the most unprofessional experience. Then later that day they called and said "your cabinets are in". The franchisee owner brought Home Depot unfinished cabinets to replace our custom cabinets, they still had the packaging on them. When questioned they tried to tell me that my old cabinets came from home depot when I had a local cabinet maker make them 5 years ago. Further they billed my insurance for "quality custom cabinets" when she came back from vacation she promised that they would get the cabinets ordered, even gave me the contact information for the company making them. They finally gave me a date that they would be installed to then a week later call me and say that they have to push it back a week because they forgot to pay the cabinet company so they have not started making them.

They gave a date when they would start, and they actually almost made the date - had to delay one week due to a significant snowstorm (and they informed us of the delay early - i.e. when the storm occurred). We've had work done many times, and meeting a committed start time is not that common. Given how great the deck went, we asked them to also build a pergola for us on the cement patio. They were extremely busy at this point, but as a previous customer, they fit us into their schedule. Again, fantastic job and we've enjoyed both for months at this point. Highly recommended!
