I recently had the pleasure of working with Robert, the owner of All Fresh and Clean for a restoration service after our furnace leaked antifreeze onto our basement floor, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From the moment I contacted All Fresh and Clean, Robert was very prompt in his response, empathetic to our situation, and quickly scheduled a visit which I really appreciated. He arrived on time and was incredibly professional. He assessed the damage thoroughly and explained the cleaning process in detail. The work he performed was nothing short of impressive. He used advanced equipment and techniques to ensure every trace of antifreeze was removed. It was clear he takes great pride in his work, as he meticulously cleaned the entire area, leaving our basement floor looking fantastic! What truly stood out was his attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. All Fresh and Clean exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're in need of restoration services, look no further. His expertise and dedication to quality work make him an excellent choice plus Robert is a really nice guy! He also does carpets, windows etc. and I will definitely be using him again for other services. Thank you, Robert for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience! read more

Robert is great! He is personable, punctual and gets the job done. Very fair pricing and does a great job!

FAST awesome communication! I messaged at like 6:30 pm last night, and Robert got back to me almost immediately and had an appointment opening for me before noon today. Robert is very professional and is quick and thorough. The carpet in the house is over 30 years old and has never been cleaned professionally, had horrible pet urine odor. Let me tell you, the carpet looks almost new and doesn't smell! Will be calling him again for some of his other cleaning services! read more

Robert did a great job on short notice!! I run a Girl Scout troop at my home, 20 5-9 year olds can make quit the mess! Along with my own kids and pets. Robert was able to get off all the hard to remove spots that the Home Depot carpet rental, and my personal carpet cleaner was unable to do!! My carpets look brand new again! Before and after photos included. read more

We were in desperate need of quality care carpet cleaning. Pride Carpet Care provided a speedy appointment, and went beyond the call of duty. Robert, the owner got stains out of my carpet I didn't think would ever come out. He was fast, yet efficient. I'm SO HAPPY there is someone local with a huge van mounted machine that can do quality work. He pays attention to detail as well. He cares about his work. I'll just say he takes Pride in what he does. We will definitely be using him in the future. Thank you. read more

Robert does a fantastic job at what he does! He truly treats every home like his own and you can see that he loves what he does. He is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I had so many questions and he took the time to answer them even before I decided to have him clean my place. I also had him clean the upholstery in my car and it was a night and day difference. I would highly recommend him! So much better to have him in my place instead of these big companies that don't care about you. Thank you to Rob and his local small business for the awesome job! I will always have him clean my home from now on. read more

We have been using Robert since 2014 he has always been great. We are in Lake View Terrace and he drives down from Acton to provide us with service. After the fire we needed so much cleaning done. There was soot everywhere. The windows, tile, grout, baseboards, screens just everywhere. It is so challenging and frustrating to try to clean the soot and it gets into everything. Robert came out, the service he performed was nothing short of magic. He got rid of all the soot and dirt, cleaning all of the windows, screens, tile grout and the carpet. He was here all day. I cannot tell you how amazing the house looks. We are so pleased, he is so easy to work with professional and efficient. His prices are competitive and very fair. We highly recommend him. read more

Light colored carpets and two large dogs...can be a disastrous combination...carpet is 20 years old and will need to be replaced in the near future. That being said, after using several different carpet cleaners over the five years we've been here, Robert's company is by far the most thorough and really did a superb job of getting out stubborn pet stains, odor, and general traffic dirt and grime..Very impressed! Very punctual, efficient, and quick to respond to phone calls and texts. read more

I hardly ever write reviews except when an experience is exceptionally different than I expected based on previous reviews posted about the same company. In this case, I was extremely disappointed in the quality of work and customer service provided by Rob at Pride Carpet Care after choosing him based on his Yelp reviews. At a time when we wanted everything to look great because we've put our house on the market and were about to start open houses, I was very unhappy with the results. The carpet in the master bedroom was just replaced less than 4 years ago. It had a few dark spots from coffee spills and footprints. Rob said he'd take care of them. When I asked him why the dark spots remained, rather than cheerfully suggest redoing them, he gave multiple reasons why they are still there. The remainder of the carpets came out very stiff and haven't softened up since. He assured us that cleaning our white sectional sofa would be a great idea but it came out looking no better than before, and in fact had a few brown spots that may have come from dirty water. The worst part was the large area rug in the front entrance that is the first thing you see when you enter the house. It came out with lines and dark spots. Rob seemed annoyed that I even suggested it was worse off than before. He asked us to leave it outside, which I thought was odd, and he would clean it again. It still looked like crap afterwards but he had every excuse about why I shouldn't expect it to be any different and basically refused to do anything to make it right and in fact has stopped communicating. At least he could have offered to compensate us for half the price of a new rug since he ruined it. We have been business owners for a long time and would never treat a customer this way. read more

We are so happy with the carpet cleaning that we received today. Our carpets were at the point that we were thinking of changing them. Robert was able to get the terrible strains out that they now look new. We called late yesterday afternoon, he came this morning, couldn't have asked for better service. Robert was very professional and informative. We will be using his company again in the future. The name of his company is correct since he takes Pride in his work. read more

I am so pleased to have found Robert!! He returned my call the same day and was able to schedule an appointment quickly. He cleaned 4 area wool rugs, two of which had stains and they all look like new again. He also cleaned my travertine shower and shower glass which had a lot of soap build-up and hard water deposits. The shower looks great. He steam cleaned my blinds which really needed some attention. Everything looks fantastic!!! Excellent and professional service. read more

Wished I had seen a review before I used this company--said they'd clean my shower grout & ended up totally discoloring it & ruining the grout--had to pay $600 to get it fixed. Friend reported the same experience with her carpet cleaning. User beware--go elsewhere. read more
