Drastically needing a vacation during this past year, we needed someone to watch our fur babies. We…read morewent to our veterinarian to find out that they no longer board animals...however, they gave us the info to Creature Comforts with Mrs. Irene Sumner (Owner) in Caldwell, GA. We couldn't have asked for a better experience nor for a better place to leave our babies while we were away. The staff was polite especially miss Lynn, the yard was well maintained, the animals have well ventilated kennels along with A/C so they wouldn't get to hot in a confined building. They were given daily breaks with out times and dogs with special needs were maintained in a separate building so they would not be disturbed. We were given updates on our baby due to her having mild seizures which really helped ease my wife's mind while we were away. Needless to say we couldn't have asked for a better place to leave our babies while we were gone and will DEFINITELY be using them again. Thank you again CREATURE COMFORTS.

This service is a mobile bet care service where she comes to hiuThis is absolute what I needed during the COVID pandemic, I was looking for a way to groom my dog which would not expose me or my family to people. Our immediate thought was that we could groom our dog on our own; hence the before picture. What that picture doesn't show is the blood from when we tried to clip his nails ourselves. I hated that that happened because I knew that he was in pain and we had to put the cone of shame to keep him from licking it. A few weeks later my neighbor gave me this recommendation. I contacted Brandy via Facebook messenger. She answered in less than a day and told me what she needed and her rates. I told her what had happened with someone in my house trying a home made grooming and she completely understood, but did not make me feel bad about it. I asked her to keep me in mind when she made her way to my neighborhood. She contacted me about 4days later and I made an appointment. I was able to pay her ahead of time and tell my husband that he would not have to trim the dog, again. It worked out perfect she showed up on time and trimmed him all up. I am on active duty and deployed oversees so, knowing that my dog would not have to experience a home hair/nail trim was a big relief. The best part, is that I knew that I would have him groomed up and back in the house without having him in a random crate with other dogs nearby; like in other pet groomers.

I told the groomer I'd like to give him a good trim for the summer because he was starting to look like a little fuzzy bear cub. The girls at the front were very sweet and greeted my dog and chatted with me when I came to drop him off. I felt very comfortable leaving my fuzz ball with them! I knew he'd be in good hands! They offer other services for a little bit of a charge but all in all I think they're reasonably priced compared to other places. Although, it was a pretty pricey first time visit that required me to pay for shots he didn't have and a fecal exam, which is why I gave 4 stars (not from around here maybe this is a common practice!) But they are upfront with all the costs and there are no surprises! Hopefully he was a good boy for everyone!
