Absolutely terrible customer service. Zero communication. Signed up my daughter for driving school and paid over $1,000 in September. Could not schedule any driving time until December (after many and many attempt to talk to someone at this business). Today was supposed to be first driving lesson...well, the instructor is a no show. No call, no text, no email. What a disaster this place is. Agree with other reviews. Stay away from this business. At this point, I want my money back that they've had for over 4 month so I can get my daughter to another school. We'll see what they will come up with (if I can get a hold of anyone). read more

If a zero-star rating were possible, it would be too generous for the service I received at All Florida Safety Institute (AFSI). The experience I endured was nothing short of atrocious. After purchasing a package, AFSI failed to deliver the promised services, blatantly breaching not only their contractual obligations but also demonstrating disregard for Florida Statute 501.2105, which safeguards consumer rights. Their failure to provide the full service I paid for is a testament to their contempt for customers and a glaring reflection of their disorganization, lack of professionalism, and what I can only characterize as immoral, unethical, and hostile business practices. A cursory glance at reviews outside of Yelp will reveal a barrage of grievances, stemming not from unfounded vendettas but from consistent mistreatment by AFSI. The inattention of the instructor was palpable; engrossed in his phone, he resorted to playing YouTube videos in lieu of explaining driving concepts--a clear indication of either his lack of understanding or sheer indolence. The vehicle provided was equally substandard, with litter scattered within, malfunctioning brakes, and defective pedals--conditions that are outright hazardous, particularly for novice drivers. The guidance given by the instructor was perplexing and potentially perilous, advising against essential driving practices such as judicious braking and reducing speed while turning. His inattentiveness and misguided directions are liabilities that could lead inexperienced drivers into perilous situations. I strongly caution against enrolling in AFSI's driving programs--unless, perhaps, you possess a death wish or are an attorney in pursuit of a negligence claim. Furthermore, it is notable that AFSI has been unresponsive to numerous complaints, as indicated by reports to the Better Business Bureau. Their filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy (Case# 22-01923) has ostensibly done little to amend their corporate conduct or customer relations, despite the purpose of court-supervised reorganization. For those in the Jacksonville area seeking a reliable driving school, I emphatically recommend 10and2TrafficSchool. I took the 5 hour manual transmission course with Mike and had a wonderful experience. Instruction was top notch and stress free. Additionally, you get to learn to drive a stick in a Ford Focus RS, which is a blast! I'd recommend All Florida Safety Institute for anyone looking for driving instruction. read more
