Definitely the biggest and best tip. It was cold and raining and he made sure that our entire class was comfortable and dry. The constant check ins and asking us how we all felt was really helpful for when emotions got high. I will never forget the test and the compassion that Mr. Greg had. He treated everyone with such a great amount of respect and really related to everyone in the class. I felt so much more confident riding and he gave encouragement throughout. I never once felt bad when I stalled (definitely user error). Thank you so much Mr. Greg for being such an amazing person and instructor. And thank you for texting me the next day to give me more words of encouragement. It meant a lot. One more thing to say is that I originally was meant to be in Mr. Brent's class. I was hours late due to work and he was so accommodating. He moved my days for me and put me in Mr. Greg's class so that I could still do the course. Overall, this was the best experience that I have ever had. I will forever recommend this course and these instructors to anyone and everyone who would like to learn.

2 weeks that the whole class wasted! The whole class failed the test! Does that tell you anything…read moreabout the instructor! ? Yes, it now tells me a lot! At first I was very excited to learn but as we continue our "education" we realized that we are on our own! I will start with the instructor: very unprofessional . If you ask him a question, he won't give you an answer! All he's able to say is " read your book". So if you are confused on something, you will be confused until you finish the Course cuz he's no help! Also, he did not cover the main points of this whole course! He didn't even explain what the single and transaction agencies are! Duhhhh!! The most important part is that he talked more about his personal life , cooking , been some weird agent in the navy, fishing , rather than the real estate topic. At this point I realized that he should've been a cook and not a real estate instructor because he really suck at this! The classroom is a mess! Not sure the last time it's been cleaned. The floors are covered in garbage , doors are dirty .. yuck.. and the grossest thing was that in the 2 weeks we were there, he never took the trash out. And we are not talking about a tiny garbage can, we are talking about a 50 gallon garbage bin full of crap and food for 2 weeks:/ after week one the room smelled bad! We actually mentioned it to him but he didn't even bother to take care of it. Very lazy, unprofessional and likes to intimidate people! He should not be teaching!

You can tell that she cares about her students. The academic advisors and finance department are extremely helpful, and always respond so quickly. I dealt with Ms. Kim and Ms. Diana, they are both wonderful. They are always willing to find a solution to any problem.
