From the first call I was instantly at ease and felt trusting in Mr.Steven. He scheduled my estimate for my plumbing job and came out within a few days to walk me through and give an in depth estimate. He took his time, asked everything he needed to know, answered the questions that I had, and even encouraged me to call with any other questions no matter how small. Ms.Brandi (the office manager) was able to send me over my official estimate and help me with payment arrangements so there was no extra stress on my end. Brandi and I scheduled my job for the following week. Mr.Steven called before arriving for the job, him and his team were on time, they were respectful of my home, my pets, and my children when they arrived home from school.They did run into a few bumps in the road, as you do with tough jobs, but they went to home depot when needed and got it knocked out all in one day vs other companies who leaves when the clock hits 5pm. Jason is very competent, logical, shows up and gets things done! No excuses. He's not the cheapest date, but if you need it done right the first time, he's your guy! He squeezed me in, under the wire, to help me get termite damage remediated on a vinyl sided shed, per a VA inspection. He also replaced a window per the VA lenders requirement. He installed a kitchen range hood, installed door trim, and did drywall and paint repairs for me at a couple of properties. He's reliable and trustworthy.
