Not only did they complete the repairs three days ahead of schedule, they applied some touch up paint (not from the accident, but from previous incidents in parking lots) to our back bumper for free AND washed the outside of our car in addition to cleaning and vacuuming the inside. The staff was super friendly, and made sure to communicate every last detail to us throughout the entire process. Our car looks like new! I whole-heartedly recommend these guys.

Unfortunately I took the 1 and 1/2 hour drive to Cold Springs, only to find very limited stock of the vehicle and not at the lease priced advertised. In addition, there was very little in the way of their employees wearing mask in their display and sales area. This outfit seems to be giving a wink and a nod to COVID 19 compliance. The old bait and switch comes to mind from my experience. The stereotypical negative car dealer you see portrayed in movies is not as far fetched as you think. Went to another Chevy dealership close to home and found the vehicle and price I was looking for. Live and learn, if an advertisement sounds to good to be true, it probably is.
