When asked to reconsider, as the salesman and I had already agreed on MSRP, the response was that he (the GM) could sell the truck to someone else tomorrow and I could order another one from someone else. This is just poor business. Woodhouse was my go to for years. I will never buy at Woodhouse again. The way that the Pittack family runs the business now is shameful. I called the CFO and left two messages, as directed by the corporate office. I also followed up with two emails. No response.

And the tailgate still needing adjustment. Not sure if I trust them to fix it a third time. Do not go here.

Autographix is one I have come to love working with. Roger is fantastic! He is SO enthusiastic about everything I send his way, whether it be a small accessory or a larger project car. It's very refreshing to work with someone who WANTS your business! His attitude is really wonderful. I know that anything I send their way will get done in a timely fashion and I can trust that it will be accurate. I recommend Autographix to everyone. You'll be in great hands!! Edit: 8/24/18 I have been using Autographix for years now, and I stand by my initial review, they're great. It's super easy dealing with them.

I called this place at 0800 on the dot and was assured my car would be fixed "this afternoon". 1430 rolled around and I hadn't heard from anyone so I called and spoke to Austin. Austin told me "it was a busy day and it'd be around 1700-1730" and I was understanding bc there were probably a lot of victims of the storm so I agreed to wait. At 1730 still nothing, so I called and spoke to Austin again, who again apologized stating it would now be later (2030-2100) and that he guaranteed I'd be taken care of tonight, as I explained I had an engagement to be at this weekend that was important. Well, I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but here we are at 2100 and still nothing-I called and was sent to voicemail. Terrible customer service and a waste of my time, which is worth more than any "good deal" on a windshield. If you believe in good business, and integrity, you will not support this business at all!

Our service intake person was Annabelle N. She was kind, fast, efficient, and complete in her description of what would be happening to our car and in what order. The car was in fact doing all of that stuff!! Long story short, the car was done and ready to go. When we came to pick it up, we settled up. And, then, we had the best conversation about our upcoming trip. Not only is the service here at Woodhouse awesome, but the staff is just THE best! Nicely done, Woodhouse! Hiring super people, training them well, and supporting their professional journeys! My car place for all time!

After buying 9 new cars in the last 20 years from this dealership, we thought it would be a great experience. Once we walked in it didn't seem the same. A salesman asked what we were looking for, I told him exactly what SUV I wanted to see. He disappeared for 20 minutes and took us outside to test drive and look at a SUV that was not the one I wanted to look at. It was nothing like I was looking for but figured I would test drive it. To find out it only had 4 miles of gasoline in the tank. Very disappointing, had to drive around the block to make it back without running out of gas. Once we were done, we walked back in and I asked him again about the SUV I wanted to see. He pointed and said it was outside in the parking lot. I had to ask him if I could see it, which was really odd to me. He did not offer to test drive it either. There was definitely an uncomfortable feeling, he seemed to be reluctant to sell us a vehicle, seemed like it was putting him out. What happened to the customer service? I must say it was one of the worst experiences I had at a dealership. We left feeling in shock and disappointed. The next day we bought a new 2026 SUV from another dealership. No issues at all.
