Came to this place hoping they do miracle for me, but owner was honest and said he would not take this task, but gave me very good advice to use ammonia. I soak it overnight with some laundry detergent and water - in the morning water was grey, my white fabric turned white again and embroidery didn't fade at all! I was so happy! Can't thank enough for this advice! Then a few weeks later I cleaned my wool winter coat - came out clean and refreshed! These people know what they do, truly professionals. Will be recommending this place to my friends and family.

I was told that the denim/suede bag should be sent out to someone they work with who cleans leather and would take some extra time. Fav bag, so that's fine. The other one wasn't sent out. It was a LV, denim and very yellowed. I can not believe how beautiful it came out! I wish I had taken a picture before it went in. I am so happy about this bag that I will bring all my bags there for now on! Amazing transformation! The other bag, a YSL is still out because they took the time to ask me to sign a consent, just in case something goes wrong. I am just so pleased about how caring and exceptional they are compared tot the cleaners that have popped up lately. They have been around a long time and now I can see why. We spoke twice about the bag that had to be sent out & I truly am confident that it will also come back looking great! These bags cost so much &I'm so happy I brought them in to ask about cleaning. Worth the price to clean, and get more use out of these bags. Much thanks.

After I took it out of the plastic and showed the owners (man and woman) they both started yelling at me and told me that I was a horrible person and it was as my fault. They said I brought it in this way, which clearly I did not. Never been treated with such disrespect and to be screamed at was so startling and scary. Especially as a woman being screamed at by a man, I felt very threatened. I had my phone in my hand ready to call the police because I was not sure what these people were capable of. Side note - I was very gracious and did not raise my voice, all I asked them was for a resolution or some way to fix this mistake. Very scary experience.

If that's important you probably won't over look the bad parking, general apathy from the staff, and mediocre pricing either. Overall, kind of a "you get what you get, and don't get upset," vibe from staff when you walk in there. After I came back the next morning when my clothes weren't ready, the same staff were laidback or even seemed put off when I handed my ticket over the counter. It was like they're too busy for me even in an empty shop. Maybe there is more to it but I am just a customer that was disappointed in their service the day before. Positively, you could pay more elsewhere and they are open 6 days a week. I have lost buttons on new shirt but that happens at some other places. They send things out so who knows what they do there beside ring you up. I used them for months but maybe I can find somewhere else. They made me feel like my business wasn't enough for them to even pretend to be concerned about my items. I figure why bother, I might do better elsewhere, maybe feel better about price or service.
