Technician came out and from the get go seemed like he wanted to rush out. To start, this guy would not let me finish explain what was wrong with the machine, he just kept pressing buttons and saying there didn't seem to be anything wrong with the machine. Warranty company had sent out parts to be replaced, but this technician refused to change them and said that he would not spend all the time to replace them when it didn't need it. Cleaned out a draining filter and said that the machine was fine now. Worked for one cycle and issue came right back. Technician took the parts the warranty sent out and reported as fixed. Whole thing lasted 15 minutes.

I was patient with scheduling and gave them multiple opportunities to honor the warranty, but the lack of communication has been very disappointing. A technician came out, diagnosed the problem, and told me the fan was bad and would need to be ordered. He said the part would arrive in a few days and that he would return to install it. Three days later, he returned and stated that the repair had been completed. He told me it would take a few hours for the refrigerator to get cold. After several hours, it still was not cooling. I contacted him again, and he came back the following day. He told me that he had left the refrigerator door open during the repair and that it should start cooling. Unfortunately, it still did not cool. After that, he stopped responding to my calls and text messages. I was left having paid for a repair that did not resolve the problem. I eventually had to hire another appliance repair company. They diagnosed the refrigerator and replaced the fan, and the refrigerator immediately began cooling again. At this point, I am out the money I paid Appliance Rescue Repair, as well as the additional money I had to spend to have the refrigerator properly repaired. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I believe customers should be extremely careful and make sure they understand what they are paying for and whether the repair actually resolved the problem before considering the job completed.
