I also like the fact that they are consistent with the car they drive -so even when I was with different instructor, I was able to drive consistently. The administration was also fast and efficient. I can pay the lesson via cheque or email transfer and I can can easily book lessons via text or email.

It's now the end of March 2022 and only received 5/8 of in-car lessons from October 2021 to January 2022. I don't think that is enough practice for a new driver. Website does not provide any information on how to request a refund - Answer: send an email to refunds@yd.com and you must do it within 1 year of course enrollment date. It seems that YD is meant for non-students because the only times that we could book in-car lessons was during a Pro-D or school vacation time. The Burnaby instructor was not available for after school lessons or weekends.
