She checked and said some of the shirts had to be dry cleaned. The shirts were all to be same cotton shirts. No manager or owner there just a delivery driver which of course didn't care. I will never use that place again and will advise others to avoid it also. The girl should have looked and seen they were wrong but she didn't care.

The manager who checked me in did not give me a ticket nor could she give me a ballpark price. After weeks of not hearing from them, I stopped by and I was given the runaround because they cannot locate my rugs. Took my information and said I would hear from the owner. Since then, I have stopped five additional times with no answers from anyone but claim they are going to make it right. It's been over a month since then and two months since I've dropped off the rugs. Keep being told the owner is going to call me. Owner has never called me and manager keeps misleading me intentionally. Their phone number does not work either. Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Navy Blvd, the main plant, even though I live off Nine Mile Rd. I explained my timeline to a very nice lady named Vanessa. She said the items (two suit jackets and a pair of pants) should be back before the end of the week, but told me up front that was only an estimate. She explained an option to rush the items for an extra fee and they would be guaranteed complete by the end of the following day. I was happy to pay the fee since I needed them over the weekend. I returned to pick the items up today. There was no problem at all. The jackets and pants are perfectly pressed. The ladies that I dealt with on both ends of the transaction were pleasant and cordial. I'm very happy with the transaction (under $30) and will do more business with them the next time I need something cleaned. I'm choosing to post this in order to offer at least a single counter to the lop-sided reviews. That's my experience.
