Please note that this is not the only Laundromat that has this problem, with the exception of the laundromat that is by Winn Dixie. They have a separate area where condo workers can wash and dry, they do have an attendant there and they make sure the condo workers use just the area they are supposed to use. This Laundromat should set up a designated area just for the condo workers. Most of the time there is no attendant here and the kids the condo workers bring with them run wild. It's like others have said, it's not fair for people that just want to wash their personal laundry have to RACE to the laundromat before the condo workers get there and most times they are already there waiting for it to open.

At first it appeared to be a few ruined pieces here and there but after a couple of weeks we found zippers that had been melted, buttons that had been broken, shirts that were faded, applicades falling from some of my best clothing. And tell me who in the hell washes linen? It was evident that my $100.00 comforter was not completely dried as they placed it in a box, shipped to me and what do you know...a million and one wrinkles. I had sweaters that was returned with fuzz-balls! My husbands Steelers Championship Jacket bright gold had been reduced to a boring eye sore. My kids had some similar issues with their items. Had I known my clothing would not receive the proper treatment, I would have kept them in Louisiana and considered my 10 year for the job. I called every other day and finally after three weeks, I received a call from Shaun or Shawn - whose name means " God is gracious" assured me that all I had to do was make a list of the items that were damaged and he would file a claim. My certified letter mailed to "King Fine Cleaners" was sent to his attention on July 25th of 2010. As of today January 12th 2011 - nothing! You'd think after being paid over $9,000.00, out of courtesy they would have at least reimbursed me for my certified letter.
