All of these reviews are correct. These people need to be stopped. They absolutely target these rental cars. It's insane. I was towed well after hours and was parked just to run in to grab some food to go back to the hotel when I was towed. Called the towed company and was given the address at 11pm. I went down there and was told I couldn't pick it up because it's a rental. And I had hertz call the just a hour later and they did not answer and they stopped taking my calls too. If you're a tourist or driving a rental car, PLEASE read this. Our vehicle was towed within minutes. I fully understand that we parked where we should not have, and I take responsibility for that mistake. What I cannot understand is the level of aggressive, rapid towing that appears designed to capitalize on people the second they walk away. Because we were driving a rental, getting the car back became a four-hour nightmare. We were required to contact the registered owner and obtain a notarized authorization letter before the vehicle would be released. We were unbelievably fortunate that our rental owner, Arturo, was an amazing person who immediately stepped in to help us. Had he been unavailable, asleep, or unable to find a notary, we could have been stranded without our rental car for an unknown amount of time in the middle of our vacation. While waiting, I watched a mother with her children crying and begging over their vehicle. Seeing families and travelers visibly distressed while hundreds of dollars are collected from them made me seriously question the moral compass behind this operation. There is a difference between enforcing parking rules and what feels like a business model built around waiting for someone to make a mistake and moving fast enough to ensure they cannot correct it. Towing a tourist's vehicle within minutes doesn't simply cost them money. It can ruin vacation plans, cause missed reservations or flights, strand families, and create hours of unnecessary distress. Legal does not automatically mean ethical. I accept responsibility for parking incorrectly. I also believe consumers have every right to know how aggressively this company operates and how quickly a small mistake can become a major ordeal. If it could be less than a one star it would have been!! This company operates in a way that feels extremely predatory, especially toward families visiting the Old Town area of Orlando, FL. There are little to no clearly visible signs indicating a tow-away zone, yet vehicles are being towed quickly and efficiently -- almost as if someone is watching and waiting for people to park. It genuinely appears they are targeting rental cars. Many of the vehicles being towed are clearly rentals, which makes it even more concerning because tourists are the ones being affected. Families on vacation are left stranded in unfamiliar areas, forced to pay large fees just to retrieve their vehicles. To make matters worse, when you go to retrieve the rental vehicle, they refuse to release it because you are not the "registered owner" -- even though rental agreements clearly show you are the authorized driver. This creates an impossible situation where families are stuck trying to coordinate with rental car companies while paying mounting fees. It feels like an intentional tactic to increase storage charges. When I contacted the company, the "manager" was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of addressing concerns respectfully, he became hostile and even made threatening remarks, including saying he would "shoot them down" when the operation was called out as a scam. That kind of behavior from someone representing a business is completely unacceptable. The entire situation feels unethical and predatory. Whether technically legal or not, it certainly does not feel right. Visitors should be extremely cautious when parking anywhere around Old Town Orlando and double-check signage carefully. Worst towing company in the world hands down. they broke our Vehicle while towing it so we couldn't even drive back to our resor. They also were very unprofessional and used very vulgar language after all that they did. If I could give less than 1 star I would. This company has predatory practices specifically targeting tourists with rental cars! Renters beware! The company hides out near Denny's waiting for renters to park in the lot. The lot is not adequately marked as a tow away zone. Once this company tows your rental vehicle, they refuse to give it back citing Florida law requires the registered owner to retrieve the vehicle. This is not true. The renter can also retrieve the vehicle but they refuse to allow it. Not only did they refuse to give the vehicle back, they took the keys as if they were going to go get the vehicle for the driver and then stated nope it is a rental and refused to even give the keys back. There were numerous people at this company dealing with the same thing. Some with small children that required car seats and they refused to give this family their vehicle. To make matters even worse, other reviews indicate that this company will take its sweet time to answer calls from the rental company to request the return of the vehicle. This leads to fees for each day that the vehicle is in their possession. The State of Florida needs to investigate this company and its practices and I will be filing a complaint asap. They think that tourists will not bother with this because they are only here a short period of time. Please everyone report this company! Do not just let it go! read more

We went to Denny for my sons pregnant girlfriend to get food and while she went in there we went across the street we came back and our rental was towed. We explained to them whats was going on and once we went to the lot to get the rental one of the drivers became very disrespectful and told us we had 5 seconds to get our Shi* and get off their property and they were going to throw all of our stuff out the rental etc. I have filed a complaint with them with the BBB but thats not the end of it I will be contacting the attorney general in Floridanas well. read more

The place is a dump, and they use very shady and unethical practices. We got to Red Lobster early and decided walk around the surrounding area while they oven. When we came back 20 min later, there was "ALL AUTO TOWING" towing hooking up to our vehicle trying to tow our car. I explained to them that we were there to eat but the tow truck supervisor was very rude, and demanded money or else he was going to tow the car and charge me double if I didn't pay up his "unhooking" fee. My car was not lifted up and nothing was attached. It seemed like this tow company was in collaboration with Red Lobster. Definitely use predatory practices. "Pay the drop fee in 15 minutes or I'll tow your car and you pay full price". Surprised they still get away with this considering the many similar reviews. Dispatcher is also very rude and unprofessional. She lied about her worker having already chained my car. Fortunately I know the law and I'm not stuck in a job I hate. My truck got towed at Dennys restaurant,I called the number on the sign and they sent me an address.In the meantime time I watched the tow truck drive bypass 10 cars that were Florida residents and went right to a car with out of state tags.So I call the number on the sign and it gave me an address where I can get my truck.I googled the address and it came back to a good truck owner where I just came from.They have a real scam going on targeting out of state drivers.i will be contacting the attorney general of Florida because I'm pretty sure the are in this country illegally. read more

Just call another service . The dispatch sound miserable IF you can get them to answer the phone . And if you can get them to answer the phone once , don't worry about calling back . Th will forward you , block you or let it keep on ringing . The quotes are not accurate and they will flat out LIE and tell you the driver will call you within a time frame just to get you off the phone . If your auto ins uses this company as contract , request another company . They don't deserve the contract . In a stressful pinch and needed a tow. My insurance used this company to assign me assistance. I called for an ETA, the woman who answered my call was rude and short. About 5 minutes after that phone call and her telling me there was a 15 minute ETA, my tow was cancelled and said the provider cannot fulfill the request. read more

Not only did they tow someone's car after only 30 minutes, but when I got to the address given the office was locked. The man in the truck told me "half a block that way you'll see a sign" there was no sign and it was 90 degrees. Then even after I paid he said he had to "switch trucks" and left me and another customer standing on the street in 90 degrees in a bad neighborhood. Very unprofessional. LIARS AND SCAMMERS! If I could give zero or negative stars I would. I have never done this before, but I'm so upset and appalled I'm going to report this company to the Better Business Bureau. I was assigned this towing company by my roadside assistance company to tow my car from my house to the dealership. I waited 3 hours and the company still hadn't shown up so I called them and didn't get an answer so I called my roadside assistance company who told me the tow truck would be there in 15 minutes, if not call back for another company. Fifteen minutes passed and no sign of the tow truck so I called roadside assistance and they set up another company. At this point I had to go to work so my fiances took over the situation. Twenty minutes later All auto towing called and said they'd be there in 20 minutes. Roadside assistance said whatever company arrived first got the tow. I heard nothing and an hour later my fiance sent me a picture of my car about to be towed. Shortly after I got a call from roadside assistance who said the company wants to charge me an extra $109 because they had to use a wench to move my car. My fiance and his brother pushed my car out if the yard and onto the road to get pulled onto the tow truck, no wench was used. The company apologized for "not getting approval for a wench first" and said forget the charge. But, YOU NEVER USED A WENCH..YOU'RE TRYING TO SCAM MONEY FROM ME! THEN, half an hour later roadside assistance calls AGAIN saying that the company wants to charge me extra for "jumping my engine" Well that's funny because my engine is frozen and no "jump" in the world would work. Called 2 hours after insurance booked them. No response, no call back, no answer. After I called about 4 times there was no more ringtone and it went straight to voicemail. I am still waiting and have no idea where my car is because I had to leave it. 4 hours and the shop is waiting to work on the vehicle when it arrives. If they don't have enough time I will have to wait until the next day. Unfortunately the insurance companies book them anyways and likely keep them in business leaving us with the grief of dealing with them. Beware of this tow company, as they are fraudulent, prey on those in need and never follow through on administrative needs, as Florida Law requires. My SUV would not start 3 days ago in Macy's parking lot. I initially called and left a VM. A female called me back and arranged for my tow to Winter Garden for fee of 125.00 and she advised credit cards acceptable. My only request was I need a receipt And she said she would provide. The driver was nice but the the truck extremely old and sounded like the engine was going to quit at any moment. Thank goodness, we made it to my home safely. The driver the advised I had to pay by Zelle. I agreed, but again advised I need a receipt for insurance purposes. It has been 3 days, and still no receipt. I have called the office number, but no one ever answers. I have sent 5 text to the female, including the info needed on the receipt, but she will not send a receipt. Considering having the local police call them to assist with getting a receipt. BTW, After the truck pulled off, I saw a big puddle of OIL that had dripped on my driveway pavers. I set an appointment a day before needing to get my car towed. I received a confirmation call and text at 2am for the location of pick up and drop off. 45 minutes prior to pick up time, I contact the worker to confirm I'd be getting a phone call when he help is on the way. I troed calling, no answer. I received a text, he said I would be hearing from a day shift driver and he's clocked out. He demanded the key to my car; I told him that I would unlock the car for him but I would retain the key. Not sure how they even have a 1 star rating. Very unprofessional white trash answering the phone. Left my mother stranded from 7:00 to 11:30pm. Not update not status. Forwarded our calls to voicemail, but would pick up the phone from a different phone number. I would like to add that I haven't had the chance to curse out the woman answering the phone. You're better off finding Fred Flinestone to yabadabado your vehicle to it's destination. What a way to spend your Mother's Day!
