Should be zero stars. Do not work with this company. Ordered a transmission on 04/14 and they promised delivery within 9 days. On 04/28 (14 days) they called and said there was an issue with shipping. Meanwhile I ordered another transmission and had it delivered and installed by the time they called a 3rd time on 05/06 to say it was shipped either 04/28 or 05/01 it was not clear which date but I said I don't understand if it was shipped the same date as the one I ordered from Ebay why it is not there. If I could give no stars, I would. These people are good at scamming and giving you the old bait and switch. They have done this enough times that they have it down pat!! They offered my husband $900 for his truck and $100 for the camper shell that was on it. Arrangements were made to meet the toe truck driver at the mechanics where it had been declared unfixable. The appointment was for 10am but the truck didn't show up until 2pm. Once the driver got finally got there, the check was made out for $600. and the offer was take it or leave it. Order an engine 10/29/25. Was quoted a delivery of 10/31/25. The engine never showed up, and no contact was made explaining why. After a couple of days of constantly being told the engine was out for delivery, and then having my phone calls ignored all together, I decided to cancel the delivery and dispute the charge with PayPal. The engine did eventually show up that day randomly, despite the fact they told me they would call me to let me know beforehand that it was in route. But by the time it showed up the dispute had already been placed, And I had already read the Google reviews with many people claiming to have this exact same experience. At this point I no longer wish to do business with them. You would think they would do the right thing from here but nope. Instead they decide to counter my dispute by submitting a fake tracking number. Ultimately I was credited my refund by PayPal, but This business needs to get checked. Apparently they've been doing this sort of thing for years and somehow flying under the radar. read more

I called early May 23 to order a tail light. They charged my card without shipping me the part. It is now 3.5 weeks later, 9 phone calls later, 13 excuses later and I still have no part. I was given a tracking number that never went beyond "Label Created". I have been given the run around with excuses about their phones being broken and their computers being down. At this point I feel they never really intended on shipping me the part. Early on I thought perhaps they were having a bad day. That then went to thinking they are simply inept. I now am convinced they are genuine crooks who have no intent on pleasing their customer. These guys should be run out of business and put in jail. read more

My car broke down in the middle of nowhere Michigan and it's an old foreign car, the only yard in the region that even had that engine was here; so the star is for that. I saw all the bad reviews and was desperate to fix the car I had instead of buying a new one so I called and paid for it over the phone, with the shipping address being the car garage where my car was towed to. He confirmed it several times over with me, hung up, said they'd ship it next week; the following week Fedex is contacting me to set up a delivery time for the used engine to my front doorstep in Chicago. No.. so they mess up on the shipping address after it was explicitly gone over many times; Fedex told me they hadn't even PROVIDED a shipping address; and then they want to pass the charges on for relocating the shipping address, to ME. After I paid for all of it, I'd already paid the $200 extra for shipping. read more

To make a LOOOOONG story short.... They were hired to fix head gaskets on an engine. The motor was returned to the customer and coolant was STILL pouring into the exhaust. Instead of taking responsibility, they just give you the run around and waste more of your time. read more

your review helps others learn about great local businesses. do not buy from this company.......we called for a motor....eddie guaranteed it was the exact motor...gave him the vin # to make sure too....eddie said he checked it all out and it was the right one.....we pay 1350.00 2 days later it shows up.....wrong motor...call eddie...his suggestion was to make it fit....so he said they will pick it up and give back my money......after 4 days it was picked back up.....he promised to have my refund the next week.....well 4 weeks passed and they only refunded 1000.00 back to us.....they charged a restocking fee and made us pay for the shipping both ways cause they couldn't sell the right engine.....these people should not be trusted for any reason...nothing but dishonest people work there...we contacted bbb and we are waiting to see what to do next....but please take our advise and buy your parts else where....i know we will never use them again and we are telling everyone we no not to use them....nothing but dishonest people..... please don't review this business if you received a freebie for writing this review, or if you're connected in any way to the owner or employees. read more
